I've been here before, 8 years ago. And was pleased back then, that's why I decided to stay at this hotel again. And it was again super service, nice rooms, great breakfast. Some people may complain about the beds being a bit hard, I actually like that and slept very well. There's parking spaces and I could leave my bicycle in the garage. I had to leave early in the morning (at 5 a.m.) which was not a problem - there's a 24/7 reception. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. The breakfast room could look a little nicer, has a bit of a canteen look like this, but I don't really care that much about it. I already knew that the hotel is a bit off city center, but I actually liked walking a bit. There's also busses and trams just in case. The railway station isn't that far away if you take the underpass and then walk to the Podchod na hlavní nádraží/směr Seifertova entrance on the other side of the railway station's main entrance. All in all I enjoyed my stay here a lot.

I was expecting a single room, but there was a bedroom with a double bed, a very adequate kitchen with an additional bed, besides a huge shower room and a toilet. Breakfast was very adequate, help yourself, but not really special. Parking outside was free at weekends and 22:00-8:00 weekdays, but after that required payment and I am not sure how long is possible. The hotel had some spaces of its own that could be booked, but this was not necessary for us. Near a railway line, but we were on the other (street) side and heard nothing. Walking distance into town and close to the bus and rail stations.

Friendly helpful staff who speak English, a 24/7 snack/drink bar which also provides pizzas you can heat up in the evening, good breakfast range.

The heating in the room varied a lot. The dial on one radiator was broken, probably from someone trying to turn it. The staff replaced the dial, but I think these radiators aren't meant to be adjusted by the guests. The dials are fixed in place. We opened the windows sometimes to let out the heat, which was OK during good weather. The breakfast range was very good, but unfortunately, they served 'scrambled eggs', which are probably cooked in boiling water and quite tasteless.

The apartment room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was close to centre and station. Good restaurants around.

We came to check in a few minutes before 14:00 and the receptionist sent us up to our room and said it was ready, when we came to the 3rd floor there was this angry housekeeper that sent us back downstairs because the room wasn’t ready yet. This all would be understandable and OK if she wasn’t rude to us and to the receptionist, it was highly unprofessional and we didn’t feel comfortable. The room was ready at 15:00 instead of 14:00…

Having read a few negative comments about this hotel I was slightly worried but prepared to give it a chance due to the price. The hotel is situated in a quiet part of the city but has many nice bars and restaurants close by. My room was in the Plus part of the building but I didn’t find any problem navigating my way. I’ve stayed in many large hotels which I far more confusing. My room was located at the front of the building so I can’t comment about the proximity of the train lines. The street below was very noisy when the children arrived for school in the morning. I always travel with earplugs so I had no trouble sleeping! Contrary to other reviews my bed had proper mattresses and this had a thin memory foam topper which is maybe what others were confused by?? My bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well The room must have been recently refurbished as everything was brand new. The bathroom was spotless and more than adequate. Breakfast was a proper feast with loads of choice and nice fresh items in offer. Reception staff were very helpful advising directions and recommendations on where to eat. Overall I was delighted with my stay and for the price it was exceptional as a 3 star hotel.

Nothing. No safe for your valuables was about the only improvement I can think of.

Excellent location in beautiful Karlin - near the bus station, Metro, and tram lines. The room is a classic budget room, with a reasonably comfortable bed. Breakfast had a great range of options that could only displease the pickiest person on earth. There's a sauna that I never used, but a nice touch. Wi-fi was good enough to hold an online meeting but it was a little blocky at times.

Hard to make a proper criticism - it's a budget hotel so don't expect the greatest luxury. My one beef is small - pillows are meant to support your head, not disperse under the weight placed on top of it.

The location is great, near a metro and a tram station (3-7min walking distance). Through the tunnel near by, you quickly get to the area with restaurants and stores. The check-in process went without issues. Staff was friendly and explained where what is. The room was nice, comfortable and perfectly clean. This was our second stay in this hotel and we were just as pleased as the first time. The breakfast is great with enough different things to chose from.

As usual for such rooms and hotels, the sound proofing is poor. Sadly also the old windows made sure that during the morning the busy street can be annoying. But all of that can be solved with earplugs. There's nothing really major to complain about.

Overall, our experience was very good. The room was comfortable, the location very good with the metro station 5 minutes away by foot. The neighbourhood was also very pleasant. The staff was always at our disposal and was very helpful.

The area was pretty loud, with the windows facing an inner courtyard and railway tracks, but it wasn't impossible to fall asleep. Even though we enjoyed the breakfast, when I asked about vegan options, I was informed that there was a good variety of foods and that I would find something for myself. The said options were baked beans, lettuce and tomatoes. Luckily, there was no problem with my bringing my own food to the dinging hall.

The hotel was easily accessible via the tram and metro. A 8-10 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 6-8 min walk to the tram that connects to Old Town. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was quite big but was a little old, requires renovation.

The hotel has an in-house sauna which you can use for 20 euros/hr. Unfortunately, it was not working when I asked to use it. The rooms could do with some renovation work.

It has a very good location, near to the enter, with decent price, overall good value for the money. Our favorite Breakfast place is just down the road. Tram and Busses are approachable with 5-10 minutes walk and its a very quite and peacefull area.

There is no Air Conditioning, but its true for most of the hotels in Prague / Czech as summers have become hotter in past few years. The facilities were basic, and clean. Comparing with the price and location there was noting to complaint about.
