Location is great, accessible by metro and tram. Close to the main train station, close to the bus station. Can easily get into the centre. Area feels safe and quiet. Staff are friendly. The hotel definitely resembles good value for money. I have stayed here repeatedly so it definitely is a good option, especially if you are on a budget. Room and bathrooms are clean. They are dated but ultimately if you aren't in the hotel for long besides sleeping then its not much of an issue. On 2 of the nights our room was in the Adeba Premium (or Adeba Plus or something like that) and it was a noticeable difference. Floored vs carpet and the bathroom was a lot more modern. Then on 2 other nights the rooms become a lot more limited. You get a fan vs air conditioning, rooms are carpeted, bathrooms older, etc.

There really isn't anything to dislike as you get what you pay for.

The room was large with a shower, I got the double bed I requested, it was perfectly clean, and the breakfast was definitely worth the 4 euro cost (order it in advance when choosing your room type, it costs more if you buy it later), they had eggs, bacon, sausage, and there was also a counter with some healthy options too, and the coffee was excellent. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the metro which isnt great but it also isn't too bad so I will definitely be choosing this hotel for future business trips.

The windows are old school wooden ones, so occasionally you will hear a car outside, but if you have headphones/ear plugs this hotel is perfect. Definitely recommend.

Nice hotel at a good location, very value for money. Comfortable, clean rooms. Nice staff. Many choices for breakfast, staff is always there making sure we don't run out of anything. A big selection of sweet and savory items, even special diets (lactose-free, gluten-free, vegan etc.) can be managed.

Our room was a bit old-fashioned, but cleanable surfaces were spotlessly clean, so as the bed, nevertheless. It would be time to change the carpet, however, and maybe update the room's decor a bit to have a better atmosphere. For this price, however, it's good value for money.

Staff was super kind and room was very affordable. Easy check in and check out process. Area is super safe. I would stay again.

To not make a mess I ate a crumbly lunch on a towel. Then I left the towel on the bathroom floor like the instructions said, so when they cleaned they would know to replace it. The next afternoon after they cleaned, I opened one of the folded towels post shower and there were the same crumbs in it- so i’m assuming they didn’t replace any of my towels. I hope they replaced them before I got there. It didn’t bother me much but I feel like that still a cleanly issue that should be brought up.

Clean, provided toiletries, staff were polite and friendly, room was nice and bathroom was spacious. Easy check in process, and you are able to add on breakfast if you choose not to select it during check in.

Parking was luck of the draw, the parking in front of the building is free till 8am if you can get a spot, unsure what time from though but you can pay for parking after 8am if you choose not to move your vehicle. Or you could pay around €12 to use their private car park. An additional charge of around €10 for pets which could have been detailed in the description.

The room was nice. The staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was as good as my previous 2 stays. Woud and have recommended this facility to others.

Some type of bathroom night light would be nice for those of us who need to use the facilities while sleeping. Maybe consider having an electrical adapter from 220 to 120 volts for guests who might need one. Mine didn't fit the outlet but luckily I found an electrical supply store near the Krizkova Metro Station/

The location of the hotel is perfect - just 3 stops by tram to the centre of the old town. A lot of restaurants and food stores nearby. A very kind, friendly and helpful stuff. Excellent cleanliness, rich breakfast.

Some of the rooms that the members of our group stayed were so small that one could hardly turn round. The beds were hard and the pillows inconvenient. We saw that the hotel had started to refurbish the interior of the rooms with new matraces and we hope that in the near future the stay will be excellent.

I've been here before, 8 years ago. And was pleased back then, that's why I decided to stay at this hotel again. And it was again super service, nice rooms, great breakfast. Some people may complain about the beds being a bit hard, I actually like that and slept very well. There's parking spaces and I could leave my bicycle in the garage. I had to leave early in the morning (at 5 a.m.) which was not a problem - there's a 24/7 reception. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. The breakfast room could look a little nicer, has a bit of a canteen look like this, but I don't really care that much about it. I already knew that the hotel is a bit off city center, but I actually liked walking a bit. There's also busses and trams just in case. The railway station isn't that far away if you take the underpass and then walk to the Podchod na hlavní nádraží/směr Seifertova entrance on the other side of the railway station's main entrance. All in all I enjoyed my stay here a lot.

I was expecting a single room, but there was a bedroom with a double bed, a very adequate kitchen with an additional bed, besides a huge shower room and a toilet. Breakfast was very adequate, help yourself, but not really special. Parking outside was free at weekends and 22:00-8:00 weekdays, but after that required payment and I am not sure how long is possible. The hotel had some spaces of its own that could be booked, but this was not necessary for us. Near a railway line, but we were on the other (street) side and heard nothing. Walking distance into town and close to the bus and rail stations.

The apartment room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was close to centre and station. Good restaurants around.

We came to check in a few minutes before 14:00 and the receptionist sent us up to our room and said it was ready, when we came to the 3rd floor there was this angry housekeeper that sent us back downstairs because the room wasn’t ready yet. This all would be understandable and OK if she wasn’t rude to us and to the receptionist, it was highly unprofessional and we didn’t feel comfortable. The room was ready at 15:00 instead of 14:00…
