Very nice and comfortable hotel in the very heart of Prague, close to all attractions. The room was in a nice classic style, quite spacious, fully enough for 2 people. Spacious closet. Comfortable bed. We got inner yard view, so there was no noise in the room. Breakfast was good. Hotel has downstairs small cafe and restaurant if you dont have mood to go somewhere outside. But there is plenty of choices for food in near by area as well. I definately recommend the place and will return here myself for sure.

Maybe a little too small bathroom, only one person can be there at a time. Some strange sound came from the toilet side quite frequently, it was really disturbing us and waking up during the night. Wifi was badly working and we were facing constantly the issues. Breakfast area seemed too compact and always very crowded. I would expect from such hotel class coffee from the coffee-maschene, not from can. It was very unclean in the breakfast area. We watched how staff is cleaning the tables and there were throwing all the crumbs on to the chairs and floor, so actually next who come to enjoy breakfast were seated on unclear chairs and were surrounded by unclean floor. this moment was really unpleasant.

Excellent location, right in the heart of New Town square (Mustek subway station), which is bustling with activities and close to all the historic sites by walk. The breakfast was also included in my price and it was a very good spread. I am so glad I booked this over an apartment option which was more expensive and had no breakfast. Hotels are so much better if available at a good price, easier check in, check out, reception services etc. I would highly recommend this hotel, lovely staff, exceptional location, nice rooms and facilities. Easy and fast to get to the hotel from airport by public transport, so no need to take a cab.

The location is absolutely perfect for tourists, with all amenities close by. The room was big, clean and comfortable with air condition, fridge and safe. Breakfast was also very good.

Tea/coffee making set in the room would have been great. Also our room had a bad smell at times, coming from the drains. We informed the receptionist who seemed to know about it. The cleaner did their best with bleach but there was still a faint smell when we entered the room after a few hours away.

The TRITON restaurant at the basement of the hotel was like a Michelin restaurant except the price! The staff was friendly. The hotel is very central.

The staff were really helpful and accommodating. They help you to the best they can. For the price we paid for our entire stay was really worth it given the kind of treatment we enjoyed. The breakfast was nice. The location is PERFECT for it's right in the center. Everything is accesible within a few minutes of walk. Every tourist destination is within a few meters. Despite being in the center, no noise whatsoever could disturb your sleep or rest, except of course for the occasional footsteps of other guests on the lobby. In fact, we really never heard one. 😅 The Cave Restaurant (Triton Restaurant) underneath the hotel itself was perfect. It was intimate. The food was excellent. The service was excellent as well. They are really accommodating. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Right in the centre of Prague. Breakfast was great, lots of choice Friendly staff,. Nice decoration. Great shower. Very spacious room.

Duvet cover didn't fit the bed , it was too small. Pillows are too large to sleep on. There was no tea or coffee facilities. Would be nice to have a movie channel on tv in English. Hotel restaurant is far to expensive.

Room wasn't pretty clean. Rest of food (left by previous visitor) I found in a fridge :) parking in ~10 minutes by walk, expensive. If apply quality of hotel and price ratio, I'd give 7 only. I wish to this hotel pay more attention to the details.

Location was was very convenient, close to metro, train station and old town. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Bonus, hotel room was ready at 11 am. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Hotel room door did not close automatically and maybe supply a couple more pillows.

we really enjoyed pur stay in Prague. Hotel was superb, staff very kind and helpful. only mention is to the breakfast, there were many choice as continental breakfast but not many croissants or pastries. that is my only missing point to reach 5 stars 10 to 10. thank you very much again for everything

The location is excellent and the room was great size and hot water, very quiet room over looking the gardens and the breakfast was different from other European countries but very good and plentiful. The staff were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble
