the location was excellent, near the metro station Mustek and 15 mn in a walk distance to the old city center. Quiet and large room . the towels and sheets were very clean.

There is no kitchen facilities. we asked even for glasses. The cleanliness can be better. There was a hole in the curtain. There was only one electrical outlet in the kitchen.

Located in a very central spot. Clean.

Being located on a central street brings some downsides when combined with poor soundproofing. Our room was just above the garage door, so we counted all the cars entering or exiting the garage. The noise was quite significant throughout the day, and really disturbing at 5AMs when garbage was collected from hotel front.

The hotel is located in the center of the city and very accessible and the room we stayed was very spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful.

The location was amazing and our room looked onto the main strip. The room was big and spacious and very warm.

We stayed here twice. Overall a great place to stay! Right in the center of Wenceslas Square, although the rooms are pretty soundproof so we didn't hear much outside noise which was great. The rooms we stayed in were pretty spacious and had mostly everything we needed for our short stays. The beds were comfortable and there was A/C available. The breakfast was incredible!! We stayed there a second time just for the breakfast. They had everything you could want. Also, a big thank you to Karel at reception! He was very friendly and very good at his job juggling all of the stress of guests while still being kind to everyone.

No microwaves and no washing machines in the apartments. There was also kind of a gross smell coming from the bathrooms (both apartments we stayed in had the same smell), but it wasn't any kind of deal breaker.

The staff so helpful. The room clean . The bed was hard if you like that.They allowed us an early checkin and a late checkout for a small price. The breakfast was great alot of options, clean space.Close to transportation and can walk to many central attractions.The room was good value for the money.

I dont have any "not likes". But as aside note and not the hotels fault..the area is very busy and construction going on out front. I wish they had better options for toiletries in the room.The 1 item in the shower not sure if it was body soap or shampoo. This is a very silly thing to say but we traveled with a back pack for the night so didn't have theses items and toiletries are listed as amenities .

The location was amazing. Right in Wenceslas square and walkable to every single thing we had planned to do! Secure underground valet parking was available to reserve for 35€/day and was worth it. Cleaning staff was super friendly and attentive. Reception staff also very friendly and helpful. It was very nice having a small kitchen to use for simple meals. The refrigerator even had a small freezer to re-freeze the ice packs we brought which allowed us to pack perishables on the way home. There was a dishwasher but no tabs or detergent. I wish it was provided or that I would have known so I could have brought some with us. Overall great stay!

Just wish there would have been dishwasher detergent to go with the dishwasher.

The room was well appointed and the staff very friendly. Perfect place to overnight if catching a train. Short walk to the station. Complimentary fizzy water. Restaurant available from 6pm except Sundays with bar food available at reasonable prices. I had a lovely conversation with one of the bar staff who had excellent English.

The towels were thin there was only 1 pillow and only 1 elevator station so I had to traverse long corridors with a suitcase that doesn't wheel well on carpet. But really these are very minor considerations.

Comfortable, exceptional location! Great value for money, right in the centre and close to the old town (5 minute walk) and Hradčany, Prague Castle etc (25 minutes walking, 12 minutes with tram). The staff… incredible. Reception is open 24/7, everyone is super nice and accommodating. We’ve stayed in 4 different hotels in Prague and this one had the best staff, by far! The room has everything you’d need.

Our room didn’t have AC and was on the 6th floor, kind of like an attic. Great view, but bear in mind, it might be very hot in the summer, something to keep in mind. It could be just a bit cleaner, there were some hairs in the bathtub.
