Amazing location . Walking distance to all attractions. Amazing thing was Starbucks is next to hotel to have coffee or hot chocolate every morning. All stores are nearby. Very good location. The hotel staff were very helpful and good people. They helped me by providing plug as I was travelling from India had no idea that here the plugs are different but the reception guy helped me by providing the plug free of charge. Very nice staff . Hotel was clean and room cleaning was on time and perfect. Highly recommended

Excellent! The hotel is located ultra-centrally, on a beautiful and large boulevard, with a metro and tram station very close. It is close to many top tourist attractions such as the Prague Astronomical Clock - Old Town and the Charles Bridge or the Prague National Museum. You don't need a tram or metro to reach them, you can easily reach them on foot. The staff at the hotel Reception is exceptional. They are extremely professional, very polite and helpful. They speak English very well. They helped me with any information I needed. I thank all of them (I wrote down only Karel's name, but absolutely all of them are equally friendly and operative in solving any problem). The hotel is very safe, the room was very safe. The elevator is modern and large. The hotel in general is very clean and quiet, and the room is excellent. The room is very large, very clean, with very good beds and equipped with everything you need. I booked a large room with a large terrace with a table and two chairs. The attention to small details in the equipment of the room can be easily observed. The bathroom is very clean and pleasant. Excellent wifi. Map. Tea and coffee maker. LCD TV (several national programs, but I assure you that you will be too tired after a day of walking to watch TV!). I found the price-quality ratio unbeatable. Attention: if you want additional services, such as airport-hotel taxi or check-in at earlier times than mentioned on Booking (or the hotel's website), earlier than 3:00 p.m., these services are possible, for a fee. For additional services, follow the messages you receive after booking the room on Booking, it is important to request what you want in advance. The hotel will answer you very quickly and accurately. The services offered are accurate and perfect! It is a perfect base for exploring the indescribable beauties and tourist attractions of this fantastically beautiful city, Prague!

Location was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size and was lovely and clean. The shower was great. The view from the window was also fantastic.

Having to move from one hotel to the neighbouring one for breakfast was a slight inconvenience but nothing to mark down for. Main feedback is that the room had a lovely great big bed, but was fitted with two smaller single duvet covers, as a solo traveler I’d been looking forward to having a big bed to myself and even if I had been travelling with my partner I would have still liked the duvet to match the mattress size. Also it would have been nice to have had a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, from the moment I arrived to the second I departed. The people working here are all friendly and helpful and couldn't do more for me if they tried. Breakfast catered to all tastes and there was always somewhere to sit when at any of the bars. The pool and spa facilities is a real good plus also when having a busy day sight seeing, it's good to have an option of relaxation at a hotel

There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel it was perfect for what I needed it for.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space. Excellent position for sightseeing. Staff were very helpful

There was not someone on reception all the time, so you do have to go a few yards down the road to the apartments where there was someone there to help. We had tea and coffee in our rooms, but not black english breakfast tea. So, if like me that is what you want, do take some with you.

Location, comfortable, fairly spacious

No one on reception. Had to check in at the sister hotel 50 yards away. A little confusing upon arrival. Ordered a taxi through the hotel. As we checked out there was no one on reception duty. A taxi was waiting outside and confirmed my name and location (the airport) so I got in. 30 minutes later the hotel ring to ask where we are as our taxi is waiting? We had got the wrong taxi! The male receptionist would not accept my explanation and said that we would still be charged the taxi fare and put the phone down! Yes we have been charged £30 on our card. Otherwise fine, but be aware of the unmanned reception issue!

Booked this hotel 6 nights for a conference: the location was very good and the room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view on St. Venceslao Square. During my stay they did come in for the cleaning. Quick check-in and check-out. The staff was very friendly. Recommended.

They show you the price in euros when you book but you can pay only in crowns (cash or credit card) so I paid more compared with the price in euros showed in Booking. Showing the price in crowns would be better, in my opinion, since the change crown-euros will depend on the market. The rooms in front of St. Venceslao square are a bit noisy, so you'll need to have ear plugs.

The central location allowed for easy access by foot to various areas, including Old Town. The room I was given was the one requested overlooking Wenceslas Square. The double paned windows kept out any noise. The front desk staff was very approachable and easy to talk to.

The wifi could've been better. It improved as I walked to other parts of the room or at certain times of the day.

Excellent location, just in the middle of the famous square, 3 min from Mustek metro station on foot, 10 min from Museum metro station on foot, 15~20 min in total from Prague central station via metro A & C(changed at museum) Cafes and restaurants are everywhere around the hotel, no worry for the breakfast/dinner missing. Large bathroom with a bathtub, Electric kettle with 2 mug cups & 2 grasses, Large double bed, big window, The staff are helpful and kind, The room/hotel is clean. I recommend this hotel for solo travel for women, too. :)

You might get lost in finding the reception in the beginning as it's not located in the building ROKOKO. The reception is next to Marks & Spencer, around 30m from the Mustek station exit, with the sign "HOTELS". The reception is just by the square, so it shouldn't be so difficult to find it.
