Excellent! The hotel is located ultra-centrally, on a beautiful and large boulevard, with a metro and tram station very close. It is close to many top tourist attractions such as the Prague Astronomical Clock - Old Town and the Charles Bridge or the Prague National Museum. You don't need a tram or metro to reach them, you can easily reach them on foot. The staff at the hotel Reception is exceptional. They are extremely professional, very polite and helpful. They speak English very well. They helped me with any information I needed. I thank all of them (I wrote down only Karel's name, but absolutely all of them are equally friendly and operative in solving any problem). The hotel is very safe, the room was very safe. The elevator is modern and large. The hotel in general is very clean and quiet, and the room is excellent. The room is very large, very clean, with very good beds and equipped with everything you need. I booked a large room with a large terrace with a table and two chairs. The attention to small details in the equipment of the room can be easily observed. The bathroom is very clean and pleasant. Excellent wifi. Map. Tea and coffee maker. LCD TV (several national programs, but I assure you that you will be too tired after a day of walking to watch TV!). I found the price-quality ratio unbeatable. Attention: if you want additional services, such as airport-hotel taxi or check-in at earlier times than mentioned on Booking (or the hotel's website), earlier than 3:00 p.m., these services are possible, for a fee. For additional services, follow the messages you receive after booking the room on Booking, it is important to request what you want in advance. The hotel will answer you very quickly and accurately. The services offered are accurate and perfect! It is a perfect base for exploring the indescribable beauties and tourist attractions of this fantastically beautiful city, Prague!

Location was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size and was lovely and clean. The shower was great. The view from the window was also fantastic.

Having to move from one hotel to the neighbouring one for breakfast was a slight inconvenience but nothing to mark down for. Main feedback is that the room had a lovely great big bed, but was fitted with two smaller single duvet covers, as a solo traveler I’d been looking forward to having a big bed to myself and even if I had been travelling with my partner I would have still liked the duvet to match the mattress size. Also it would have been nice to have had a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival.

Booked this hotel 6 nights for a conference: the location was very good and the room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view on St. Venceslao Square. During my stay they did come in for the cleaning. Quick check-in and check-out. The staff was very friendly. Recommended.

They show you the price in euros when you book but you can pay only in crowns (cash or credit card) so I paid more compared with the price in euros showed in Booking. Showing the price in crowns would be better, in my opinion, since the change crown-euros will depend on the market. The rooms in front of St. Venceslao square are a bit noisy, so you'll need to have ear plugs.

Location, comfortable, fairly spacious

No one on reception. Had to check in at the sister hotel 50 yards away. A little confusing upon arrival. Ordered a taxi through the hotel. As we checked out there was no one on reception duty. A taxi was waiting outside and confirmed my name and location (the airport) so I got in. 30 minutes later the hotel ring to ask where we are as our taxi is waiting? We had got the wrong taxi! The male receptionist would not accept my explanation and said that we would still be charged the taxi fare and put the phone down! Yes we have been charged £30 on our card. Otherwise fine, but be aware of the unmanned reception issue!

Excellent location, just in the middle of the famous square, 3 min from Mustek metro station on foot, 10 min from Museum metro station on foot, 15~20 min in total from Prague central station via metro A & C(changed at museum) Cafes and restaurants are everywhere around the hotel, no worry for the breakfast/dinner missing. Large bathroom with a bathtub, Electric kettle with 2 mug cups & 2 grasses, Large double bed, big window, The staff are helpful and kind, The room/hotel is clean. I recommend this hotel for solo travel for women, too. :)

You might get lost in finding the reception in the beginning as it's not located in the building ROKOKO. The reception is next to Marks & Spencer, around 30m from the Mustek station exit, with the sign "HOTELS". The reception is just by the square, so it shouldn't be so difficult to find it.

perfect location just in the heart of Prague good security for entrance in spite of reception in nearby buildings (20 m distance)but the staffs welcoming was excellent good security for entrance flexible cooperative checkout free quick access to the elevator In spite of the old furniture, the rooms, and toilets were very clean with excellent housekeeping services

if can give the door access in advance so we can drop the luggage temporarily till completion of check-in in the other building beds are quite hard and need to have a softer mattress street noise caused sleep disturbance in the early morning hours garage parking is very expensive high rate

Very Central locations, next doors is Starbucks coffe, inside the passage house is an antique Cinema, 1 step away from Metro entrance ! Very spacious room with a Balcony, on the New years eve, it was perfect spot to watch te fireworks!

The Hotel Charged me 29 eur more than stated in the booking , HOtel explained that that is the Currency exchange interest, very huge one, as booking statement was in euros but hotel charged in Check Crown, but no where else when I payed with my card I had to pay such a huge ineterst on currency exchange only in this hotel, so I suggest you to shoose paying in cash otherwise its what a Taxi drive form Airport costs t9o the Hotel! But Luckily Booking.com refunded this amount!

The hotel is at the center of Prague which is really convenient and super cool. Great value for the price. Even though it is located at a very noisy area, the windows are great and you cannot hear anything and have a really great sleep during busy nights. Our room was so big really and it has a tub. Great stay for this price.

They have three hotels EA Rokoko, EA Apartments and EA Hotel, serving with just one reception. It took 45 minutes to check in. Besides at the room there is no shampoo, not enough toilet paper, not any herbal tea or coffee next to kettle, and the mini bar was empty even though there is a price list. They serve breakfast but I think they do not have a kitchen because they did not put a price list so we cannot order anything to the room. Of course these are the small things and since the hotel is at the center you can have whatever you need in seconds.

Location great, directly in the shopping area. Walking distance from train station and old town.

Check-in took way too long, combined with mistakes done by staff etc.

Staff were helpful and the room was a good size. Convenient location for the city center, public transport and main station.

There was a very serious safety concern in our room on the fourth floor. The large windows could be opened fully and were of a size that a child could easily fall out. In our room the window lock was broken and the window could not shut properly, so the window was always slightly open, meaning even the wind could open it fully.
