Everything was reasonably clean and comfortable, co-habitating with other guests was pleasant, no disturbing noise, etc.

The receptionists were nervous and awkward, the check-in and check-out process felt pretty unprofessional, I would expect better. If the hostel accepts card payments, they should have a card terminal, not take my card and enter my card details into the system manually, then pester me about confirming the payment on-line. Unnecessarily inconvenient for no discernible reason.

Great location, located in the main area. You can find everything within walking distance. Clean room and bathroom with hairdryer. Towels are also included. Electric sockets are provided for each bed. There’s a common area with tables and kitchenware which opens 24 hrs. I think there were 2/3 rooms on the 5th floor with maybe 12 beds in each rooms. It has only 2 bathroom so keep that in mind. (I woke up early so I have no problem).

No lift. We brought a large suitcase and we have to go up to the 5th floor. The bunk bed has 3 beds and I got the top one and there’s no curtain. The shower on the 5th floor next to the stairs needs to be fixed. It works but you need to straighten it. I don’t think they provide soaps, only hand soaps. If possible, there sould be an auto light button for each rooms at certain times. Because the lights were off at 7 PM and I was too afraid to turn it on 😅

Fantastic location literally in centre, so was easy to get anywhere you wanted. The list of recommendations at reception is worth listening to, particularly for food! Rooms and bathroom were kept clean and I liked that the lockers are locked with your key card. The room itself is quite large so didn't feel cramped even with 16 (though it is Prague, so experience could vary depending on who's there).

Entry can be hard to find at first as the sign for the restaurant in the same hallway is more obvious. Top bunk is quite high up and apparently shakier (luckily did not have it). The kitchen is also more for quick meals - don't think there is a fridge - as common space is smaller.

The receptionist girl is awesome, very friendly and helpful. Room was always clean and the bed very comfy. (plus the towel) Very clean kitchen and provided me with everything I needed. (plus the free fresh coffee) Location is awesome, right in the center of the best part of the city. A very safe security system with the magnet card that works to open the front door (after late time), the room door and the locker.

One bathroom had a broken shower, probably someone had broken it recently, as I noticed that everything was well maintained.

No lift was available..One has to climb 4 floors Charging point was present at ground level bed...For first and second level bed no charging point next to the bed

The hostel was as described. comfortable ( good beds ), clean even if other travellers are really not respecting the shared facilities ( especially the bathroom ), and the reception staff were very polite and helpfull ( special recognition to Tania ) And the hotel is at a very good place in the city center.

- the bathrooms are not sufficient for the number of guests ( 2 showers per floor ) - and event if the hostel is not responsible there is only 4 small refrigerated drawers to store the guests food and my food have been stolen by someone... :( - and at last, there is no elevator and if you get the upper floor's rooms, it's kind of exhausting to climb with luggage

Staff was so good! They helped a lot and they gave really good recommendations. I arrived before my check-in and they let me leave my luggage to explore the city. It’s so easy to walk the old town and a lot of touristic places. Kitchen was clean and had a lot of things to use.

Trying to find the entrance was kind of hard for me. Also, if you’re in 3 bunk rooms, I recommend not choosing the middle one. It was claustrophobic. I knew there is no elevator so it was not a surprising thing for me, but if you have heavy luggage, keep it in your mind.

Location is perfect for me; close to tub station and easily access to major tourist spots. Also, staff are helpful and friendly.

Bath room is not that clean sometime as it is sharing room and many people share two bathroom on the same floor; however,staff also suggest us to use bathroom in different floor if we would like to. Also, I stayed in 3 people shared room; my staff was accidentally throw by cleaner; I believe it is because other people check and my slipper was left outside my closet so they misunderstood it

Excellent location in the old city. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable mattresses. Overall cleanliness, including bathrooms. Good security with keycard to access accommodation area, individual rooms and lockers. Small but functional guest kitchen. Good WiFi in ground floor common area. Best of all, REAL coffee free from a De Longhi coffee machine.

The hostel is in a five floor heritage listed building with rooms on levels 3 to 5. No lift, so it's a 100 stair climb to the top floor. This may not be the end of your climb - the bunks are triple deckers. Try to get in early for a bottom bunk. There are no privacy curtains on the bunks. WiFi on the top floor is weak. Hostel is not well signposted. Look for the fat soldier figure on the street outside the passage at the end of which is hostel reception.
