We highly recommend the hotel for a stay in Prague and sightseeing. Perfect location. Very nice service. Good breakfasts. You can find a place to park your car on the street in front of the hotel - you just need to provide your car registration number at the reception and pay for the parking. This is much better than parking your car in a parking lot outside the city.

One note: the hotel has 1 parking space in the garage - beware of large cars such as combi or SUV, it will not fit and the car lift is very narrow only for tiny cars.

it was lovely the bed super comfy with many pillows they changed bedsheets and towels every single day the view was amazing perfect spot close to everything old and new town the breakfast had many options for every taste all delicious and they also made me a special cake because they saw it was my birthday a gesture that shows how welcoming they are and with great attention to detail also the room was warm and the price very reasonable a true vfm

there was nothing that i did not like if i ever visit Prague again amarilis is my place to go

hotel is located in the very center of the city, within walking distance from the main train station. Despite its central location, the hotel is situated on a quieter street lined with parking spaces. I’m not sure about the parking options for guests, but I appreciated not having to worry about a taxi waiting on the side of a busy street. It also makes unloading luggage or helping children out of the car much easier and more relaxed. Hotel offers 24-hour reception. Rooms have curtains that allow for a more pleasant daytime sleep. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Staff is helpful and kind. There is a small convenience store across the street that stays open late into the night.

Although they serve a perfect breakfast, the hotel does not have its own restaurant for lunch or dinner. However, finding a restaurant in the center of Prague is really not a problem

"We're married couple stayed at the hotel for four days. The location is excellent, close to Wenceslas Square, the metro, and the tram. The rooms were clean, with daily cleaning. The breakfasts were excellent—everything was fresh, tasty, and in sufficient quantity. On the seventh floor, there is a 24-hour open terrace where you can sit and enjoy a view of the city, which we did. So , I highly recommend it, and many thanks to Michaela for her help."

I would add the sale of draft beer in the hotel bar - that's a joke... everything was great !

Clean rooms and overall clean hotel. Breakfast was good. Sausages, eggs, baked beans etc. Also some bread, cheese, fruits and granola. The dessert section was amazing. There's a really nice roof top terrace were you can see the city. The location is really nice as there are plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions in a walking distance.

The airconditioning in the room didn't seem to do too much and we couldn't set a preferable temperature. This wasn't a big issue because it wasn't crazy hot anyways. Otherwise great place to stay!

Breakfast had plenty of options. The location is just off the main pedestrian street, but all major attractions can be reached on foot or public transportation. The bed was comfortable, but most important, the staff in the dining area as well as the reception desk were simply outstanding! From enquiring if we had special food request to suggesting attraction and ways to get to them, to reserving our train to Vienna, and helping me to recover my email account which had be locked! Could not have received a better customer service from everyone and for the full week we visited this magnificent City Prague!

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable, we also had a small balcony which was nice. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was great, everything was within walking distance and there were nice restaurants and cafes close by.

Breakfast wasn’t the best, there weren’t that many options to choose from and the biggest problem was that there was not any gluten-free options. The rooms weren’t very soundproof, we could hear all the noises from the hallway and other rooms.

Only had breakfast on one morning, had to wait for an available table but not in a rush so no problem, plenty of choice for food and the coffee was good.

We had to ask for the heating in our room to be turned off as it was too hot for us. The balcony we requested was very small, really only big enough for one person to stand outside. Being at the back of the hotel there was nothing to look at except the building behind.

We really love the location which is very close to the city center. The staff was extremely welcoming and they explained us everything. What we really enjoyed was breakfast which was rich and offered a variety of meals.

We had only one problem. The hotel looks clean on the surface but if you looked more carefully in the room it wasn't what we expected. There were stains on the carpet and also the curtains. In the bathroom it looked like there is a mould. And no one cleand under the sink for a very long time. Also we had some black short hair on our pillow.

Very good location, close to the main train station and Wenceslas Square. Nice breakfast. Cleaning is good, bur could be better. Fast Wifi. Warm room with heating. Tea coffee facilities with refrigerator.

They got the TV of their own brand, not a smart one. It was not possible to watch anything other than satellite channels, so could not connect our Netflix or Disney subscriptions.
