Oh, what a delightful adventure it was! I recently had the pleasure of spending four magnificent days in Prague, and my heart is still fluttering with excitement. Let me share my unforgettable experience with you, dear wanderers. First and foremost, the location! My charming abode was nestled conveniently close to the iconic Wenceslas Square, a bustling hub of culture and history. Yet, to my sheer delight, the surroundings were blissfully tranquil, allowing for peaceful nights of slumber. As I stepped into the refined atmosphere of my hotel, I was greeted by a warm, helpful staff eager to make my stay extraordinary. It was my engagement anniversary, so they prompt attended me with surprises. The air-conditioned room was a haven of comfort, with ample space to unwind after a day of exploring this captivating city. The attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring a seamless experience throughout. Ah, the breakfast! Each morning, I indulged in a sumptuous spread fit for royalty. A delightful array of options, including smoked salmon, was a delicious way to start my days of discovery. Prague's enchanting streets beckoned, and I ventured forth to uncover the city's treasures. The 24-hour reception was a reassuring touch, knowing that assistance was just a call away. Throughout my escapades, the hotel's strategic location allowed me to reach everything with ease, from historic landmarks to the chicest boutiques. My stay was, without a doubt, one of sheer delight and unforgettable memories. From the splendid surroundings to the attentive service, every moment was wrapped in magic. Prague, with its enchanting allure, is waiting to embrace you, just as it did me. A perfect harmony of splendor and serenity awaits, dear travelers. Absolutely nothing.

A boutique hotel in a very good location. The rooms are large and spacious, clean and pleasant. About 200 meters from the main Wenceslas Square with numerous restaurants and shops, while the hotel itself is located in a side street which makes it quiet even if the room is facing the street. Staff very helpful but discreet. Walking distance to the old market -10 min. Breakfast varied, tasty in a very nice atmosphere. The decor of the hotel is boutique and which makes it cozy and a very pleasant stay.

The hotel does not offer complimentary mineral water in the room which is a bit surprising. You have to buy in the store.

The location is perfect, tucked away on a quiet side street but very central. Perfect to see the city by foot but also very close to metro station. The room was large and comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel whole heartedly.

Breakfast was very good with a great range of foods but they ran out of granola on Sunday and it was still not replenished on Monday. Coffee sachets not replenished in the room after 2nd day. Incredibly minor points to be honest which did not impact the overall service of this hotel.

We really enjoyed the close proximity to the heart of Prague and where all the action is at. The staff was nice. The true award goes out to the cleaning staff. They kept the rooms nice and tidy for us during our 4 day stay and they even cleaned our laundry no charge. Good place.

We did ask for a car service early in the morning but the person we told may have forgotten to put it in the notes. So at the last minute it felt like there was no communication or lack of it.

The hotel has an excellent position right next to the city center, yet it's on a side street, which makes it very quiet, even surprisingly so given the louder/bustling vicinity! The room was very quiet and comfortable, beds super comfy, good AC (though a bit hard to control at times), very generously sized bathroom with floor heating. The staff was very attentive and the breakfast had a good variety (scrambled eggs, sausages, cold cuts, many sweets, coffee) and was delicious. Definitely excellent value for money.

Everything was great, can't find anything to complain about :)

Although there was not a great deal of variety at breakfast, everything was freshly prepared and well-presented. The bread in particular was lovely and fresh, with a good range from which to choose. The room and the bed were very comfortable and spacious. The location could not be better, being a 2-minute walk to Wenceslas Square, and access to the Metro and trams. The staff are absolutely first class, especially the friendly, helpful and smiley breakfast staff.

All was good, and we would most definitely stay here again.

Nice and warmly welcoming, very helpful check-in procedure. Open buffet and the standard meal sets (e.g. scrambled egg station, selection of cakes, fruits, coffee and tea etc.)

No automated coffee machine (espresso, cappuccino, and other automated options are not available). Access to the hotel from outside is with the room card but the pad might not work, better to ring the bell)
