The breakfast was adequate, with a variety of choices in abundant quantities. Also, the breakfast room was very clean and was being cleaned continuously during breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Many congratulations to the cleaning team, excellent work! The location is very convenient. The street is quiet.

The room was way too hot. I appreciate heating in winter of course, but that was too much. And there is no way to regulate the room's temperature yourself. The street looks... shady, due to the presence of a lot of, ehmmmm... how do I say this... "sensual" establishments. However, we did not feel unsafe.

The breakfast was just amazing with so many options. The staff was so friendly and helpful, they all could speak english and communicate in a great way, specially the lady at the reception with dark hair wearing glasses. The room was very spacious, almost like an entire apartment, with central heating, confortable beds and duvets, a small TV room, and a great bathroom! Not to mention the small details as the fact they left some sweeties for us over the pillows on the check-in day. The location even not being at the historical centre (which is just 10 minutes walking distance), is at commercial centre, with so many options of restaurants, bars, coffeshops around, theatres and operas around!

Really good location, right next to Wenceslass Square. You can walk to almost anywhere in the city centre. The staff was very helpful and arranged transportation for us (at a cost) to and from the hotel, and for a dinner-show we attended. The included breakfast was varied and tasty.

The curtains in the room didn't fully block the light from outside. Not a problem for me, but might be for people who need total darkness to sleep well. Also, since it's so central, there are clubs nearby, so you occasionally hear drunk people yelling at night.

The room was very comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed for our short stay in Prague. The location of the hotel is very good and within a walkable distance to all major attractions in the city. There are also a few options of public transportation nearby, should you need them. The breakfast they served had a lot of options and was very complete.

The Wi-Fi didn't work for us very well in the room. You have to access it on reception to have a strong signal. The room can get a little hot in the summer, specially because of the carpet flooring.

Very good location - close to the center, walking distance to many popular touristic objectives - but also very quiet. The street is not busy, is not noisy and our rooms was also on the back of the building. No view needed, as we were leaving early in the morning and coming back late in the evening. Breakfast was good (Nescafe coffee machine could be replaced with better one), all staff was nice in general (reception, housekeeping and breakfast). Room was properly heated, all very functional in the room and bathroom.

Sometimes there was a bad smell coming from the drain, but it wasn't very disturbing, considering there were big windows to open in the bathroom itself.

Extrem friendly staff!!!! The hotel itself represents not a typical four-star hotel as signposted, but to my mind typically three stars. I don't mind this subjective Impression, as the staff was everyday so friendly and helpful as never seen before.

The hotel ist mit a typical four-star hotel and therefore the high price dies not correlate with the features in the hotel. This fact was Not so important for my expectations, but night bei important for others

Good location, walking distance to many attractions and metro. The national museum is 5 minutes away. The bedroom was well decorated, had a sofa and chair and fridge. The bathroom was large and all newly furnished. Breakfast was plentiful with yogurt toppings, eggs , check sausages and vegetables as well!! Nice breads and spread. Coffee machine. Staff was great and they kept my luggage while away for a couple days, assisted me with excursions and bus tickets.

The location is close to the old town square; approximately 15 minutes of walk. Metro/subway station can be found within a short distance. A handful of restaurants and shops are located nearby. The breakfast was versatile and pretty good with lots of choices. The bed was comfy. The water pressure in the shower was pretty strong. There was a mini fridge in the hotel room which was an extra plus to keep your drinks cold. The hotel staff were really helpful. They let us keep our luggage in the luggage room even though we checked out in the morning. That allowed us an extra couple of hours to roam around the beautiful city. Above all, a nice and comfortable stay.

I have read many negative feedback's from the past but this hotel and services are definitely a really good value for money. It is well located, comfy, clean and the staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast provides a lot of choices, yes perhaps not the one we used to have at home, but this is the purpose of discovering a new place / country / culture. The dining room is in the cellar and has therefore no window, but this was in no way a problem as it is a beautiful room and in no way was too dark. The studio split level is definitely something unusual and we have no regrets to have chosen it.

The quality of the "fruit" juice at breakfast time was disappointing compared to the rest, it's water with syrup, and not really good one. Some might like it, but no big blanket was available, it was instead only two times a one person blanket.

A hotel should always be assessed in relation to money you pay for it and we paid a fair price. There is hardly anything to be not really satisfied with here (apart from breakfast). We were particularly happy with the size of the studio we stayed in (it was also either quite freshly renovated or really well taken care of), comfortable bed, heated floor in the bathroom and an excellent location in the centre.

As I mentioned, the only disappointment was the breakfast. I just expect much more from a four star hotel in the centre of any European metropolis. The coffee was quite bad (don't think it's a big deal to buy a better quality coffee machine) and despite the great selection of items, many of them tasted not fresh or heated up again.
