We stayed in this hotel for 7 days. The personnel were super cute and helpful. Food was delicious and amazing, we ate so much and we could eat only in the evening. Room cleaning was so good, they even vacuum room floor everyday. The room is really spacious and has a table, so I could easily work with my laptop there. A fridge and a teapot in the room is a good option, cause it was possible to drink tea any time.

A shower is a little bit uncomfortable as it doesn't have upper holder and cabin is not hermetic so a little water spill on the floor. But despite it I would stay in this hotel next time.

I liked everything about this hotel, one of the best hotel I've ever stayed at, modern and clean rooms, daily housekeeping, quiet area even though there was infrastructure working on the street in front of the hotel you can barely hear them, excellent location, delicious breakfast,excellent price. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I would like to thank the young ladies at the reception for being professional and kind and helpful i would like also to thank the housekeeping staff for doing a great job making up the room every time. If i ever visit Prague again I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nothing, it was very nice hotel.

This location was absolutely perfect for our family as we have family who live in Prague about 2 blocks away. The breakfast was really well done and as we spent Christmas at the hotel it was nice to be close to our other family in the room next door. Getting into old town was simple on the bus system that was just down the block from the hotel.

The water temperature in the shower was unpredictable going from hot to cold unexpectedly. It didn't take away from our great time in the hotel and Prague though-just an observation.

Room size fantastic - we had the the family room 504. Small issue first night with shower sorted the next day. Great Thank you. Breakfast very good excellent choice of food. Very friendly staff. And great stay. Very easy access to Trams and Buses for a 20 minute journey into city centre and all the tourist sites. Beautiful City.

Slight smell of smoke possibly from neighbouring room but unknown. Did not smell in our room just outside in hall.

It's been my fourth or fifth stay in this hotel, and it is as good as always. A spacious single room with air conditioning and two beds for 50 euro in a well-connected location in Prague is really great value for money. You can take a bus or a tram from a nearby stop and get to the city center in a matter of 20 minutes. The staff is ready to tend to your needs, they also speak multiple languages. My special thanks go to Kamila, the reception girl, who was extremely friendly and so kind as to fulfil a couple of my side requests :)

The rooms may need a bit renovation, but all is good in general. The garage gates are somewhat small for a large car, but with a little skill you will be good.

I liked that we had the option to park our car in a private parking lot. The staff was very friendly, very helpful. The room was good for what we paid.

I wouldve liked the option to also maybe have dinner at the hotel and more diversity with the breakfast.

Staff was friendly, location is good: not in the city center, but multiple buses and trams available nearby. The room is nicely furnished, spaceous, well equipped (small fridge also included!), the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is generous and diverse, food prepared as if cooked for their family :) Good hotel, well worth the money, sincerely recommended.

Good location with walking 30min distance to Old Town. The room was large in size with good quality beds/mattresses. Bathroom clean and with all what we needed. Air conditioning works well with 32-34C outside. Nice breakfast. Paid parking but exactly what expected. Access to garage for car by elevator.

Missing remote control for rom TV, which hotel staff can't replace for us.

The breakfast was varied and delicious.

The hotel is located far from the metro, aan minus is that you have to climb up, that is, the steep climb is suitable for adults, but families with children or elderly people need to look for other accommodation

Breakfast was exceptional, abundant, and varied, my compliments to the cooks there. Even though I had to leave the hotel early on the last day, they prepared a formidable to-go breakfast for me.

The hotel staff should be ready to provide information on where and which buses to take to the nearest Metro station, Florenc. That would help a lot.
