1. Location perfect: right behind National Museums, a 15-minute walk to the clock or old town. All the bars, shops, etc few minutes walk, still very quiet, clean street. No loud tourists or drunken hen/stag do's. 2. Facilities- perfect check-in and out. We arrived late at night, and there is an automatic kiosk, to issue the keys. No issues, easy check-in. 3. Apparent: super clean, brand new, looks better than in the pictures. Comfy bed, all appliances: iron, washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge, cooking utensils. Even a little champagne bottle- a lovely touch. Highly recommended staying here. Great place for a longer stay too.

It was absolutely perfect! It was brand new, had a beautiful bathroom, an incredible bed and the best pillows ever. It had a big screen TV with access to our Disney and Netflix account, a great balcony, a washing machine with a drying rack, and secure access to our apartment. The location was fantastic. It actually is the best accommodation we have stayed in.

Ask for two extra pillows and they will bring them immediately. We appreciated that.

Lovely place, super clean and brand new! the rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable and the room has everything you need. For the hot summer days there is airconditioning ;). It’s a 15 minute walk to old town and there is a mini market across the street.

There is nog parking space included. Make sure you make a reservation for a parking spot a couple days before you arrive. Mr. Parkit.com shows you the closest parking areas. Unfortunately all the parking spots were fully booked on the day we arrived so we had to park our car far away from the hotel.

Great location, freshly renovated historical building, beautiful fully furnished apartments, hassle free self check-in, absolutely recommendable!

They were doing noisy construction work on the building right underneath my window on a Saturday at 8AM but thankfully they were able to relocate me to another room. Just a small nitpick - please change the settings on your room TVs and turn off motion smoothing/processing, it makes every movie look terrible, like a bad telenovella shot on a phone. The settings are unfortunately locked for the guests to change it themselves.

Honestly speaking, the best place I have ever stayed! AC, fully equipped new kitchen, a coffee machine with coffee pods (!). Even a fridge and a vacuum cleaner. Good quality room & bathroom design. I love how functional was everything: Smart home to regulate windows, a lot of drawers and towels. A Self check-in machine is a technological breakthrough 🤩 People on reception were nice and helpful. The location is just perfekt! Quiet but central.

The walls were not so much soundproof. When other rooms were cleaned (at 11), it disturbed a bit. The integration with Booking.com was not perfect. I wanted to extend my stay for a night, but I could not do it through Booking (despite my room was available). Luckily, the aparthotel support helped me and we found a solution via phone. Thank you!

Great location and facilities. Also felt secure and comfortable at all times. Would also make a great place to stay if travelling for work as the bed is actually a fold out couch (though you wouldn't really know it) so it can be folded in then you have a room to work in with a desk there as well.

The only downside was the pillows! They were really awful and we ended up finding the couch cushions under the bed to stuff under our mattress to make our pillows be chunkier. Soooo thin and too soft

Excellent stay. Friendly attentive staff. High quality fittings. The room was of a very high standard. Complimentary wine, bottled water, tea and coffee included. Fitted with air-conditioning, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Laundry/dishwasher detergent also included. The location was great too. Less than a 5 mins walk from Wenceslas Square and the Metro / tram.

Looks and feels like brand new, great location. Museum station is near, the old town is about 20 min walk. Fully equipped (microwave, fridge, nespresso, smart tv, airconditioning), very clean, nice bathroom. Great use of space, looks small but suprisingly spacious, with a lot of cabinet for clothes. Very clean, we had a small terrace, we drank the coffee there in the morning it was lovely. We could leave the luggage after check out for a few hours.
