Staff was fantastic. We arrived on the second day of Christmas and we were a bit lost. Rashid at the reception desk looked after us and help us to arrange parking and gave us lots of useful information on how to get around in Prague. We felt looked after all the time. Location is great. A short walking distance from Vaclav's Square, yet still off the beaten track. A few good restaurants nearby. We recommend Deminka (Czech food, great beer, very busy at dinner time - recommend reservation). Very close to the 22 tram (goes through Old Town to Hradczany), and metro station. Nice breakfast in the morning.

We had a room on top floor and it was too warm. We could not cool it down, as the aircon seem only to generate heat. We needed to sleep with the windows open, and the street is rather noisy. Maybe other rooms don't have this problem. Also, there was no kettle in the room, so no late night teas.

Pavlova metro stations are nearby), couple of trams, and couple of attractions If you instal Moovit app or something similar, you can really get anywhere in the city in 20-30 minutes max with public transport. You can buy tickets online or at the metro stations which are valid for 30 minutes, 24h or 48h. Bus, tram and metro - all included.

1. Noisy location (hence the earplugs) As for the noise, when all the doors and windows are closed you barely hear anything from the outside. Or if you go mental from street noise - request a room that's not facing the street. 2. No nearby parking If you are travelling by car, for the parking, I recommend investigating P+R places. We used Holešovice (24h is around 5 euros), but there are a couple more in the city.

The hotel is in walking distance to the railway station and also to the historic city, so one could reach everything easily and at no extra expense. The room was good and to our pleasant surprise was equipped with a little fridge which was great for cold drinks in the room. The breakfast was quite standard, nothing exceptional here but ok.

The hotel is situated on a very busy road, hence there is quite some traffic noise. The windows were however double-glazed, therefore the problem was pretty well solved, though one cannot have fresh air at the same time. Staff in the breakfast room should consider giving smiles to their customers.

10 mins walk from the main train station and lots of food and drink options within 5 mins walk. Room was serviced daily. I read a few reviews regarding noise- you can hear sirens but the double windows do a great job of blocking most of the noise. They do provide earplugs too if you need. Room also had a minifridge which was nice and the shower was hot and had good pressure.

Would have loved a kettle in the room but not the end of the world.

Rooms were like offered, very nice bathroom with underfloor heating - that's exactly what we needed after a rainy, cold day. The double bed was split as wished, so staying with my teenager was easy. Breakfast buffet beyond expectations.

Brits be aware, no kettle in the rooms. But the receptionist was very helpful showing us how to use the one in the breakfast room. The trade-off of being very central is some traffic noise. Since living in a city myself, that's how things are.

We stayed at EA sonata on our last nights stay in prague, we requested a double room which was confirmed but received a twin, we never complained. The room was clean and spacious with large bay windows which opened up to a view of the city street, you are provided with towels/toiletries and a mini fridge, the beds were comfortable and a good breakfast is included in the price.

The down side.. my sleep was interrupted around 5 times the noise from outside from people shouting and partying and the sirens on police cars/ambulances went on until 7am in the morning this is no fault of the hotels, I think this is due to the location but be prepared upon booking

Hotel is places in a great convenient location to get around the city (walking or using public transport). Staff was very helpful and friendly. Comfortable stay and not noisy even though it is in a busy area.

Nothing to complain about really, one morning (06.00 am) was a bit of noise coming from the attic as it seems there is a storage room or something there but it is not like it happens every day.

Our room was so dated it was Uber cool, away from the street and so was quiet, dark, and the air con kept us cool (even on 30 degree days);great for a good nights sleep. So, good value for an air conditioned room with private bathroom and toilet. It’s a short walk from main station, old town and even closer to Wenceslas square.

A couple of minor things needed attention -bar fudge didn’t work, depression in floor,toilet seat askew

Great location! Right next to Narodni museum and a big shopping street. It was very easy to get around. The room was big and the bed was comfortable.

We could not find any English channels on the TV, but we also didn't ask reception, so that was fine. The shower head position means that you cannot avoid spilling water on the bathroom floor, but we just used the extra towels to clean up the spillage.

Excellent location, 10 min walk from main railway station, 5 min walk from the National Museum. Delicious and varied breakfast (vegetables, pastries, cheese, ham, sausages, bacon, hot dishes made from eggs, coffee, tea, juices). Friendly staff, its possible to leave your luggage before/after check-in/check-out. Clean rooms

The street is a bit noisy, but hotel provides earplugs. A lot of russians :(
