The hotel was close the city centre and the sites to visit. Had a wellness centre available though we didn't use it. Breakfast had a decent selection. Staff were friendly.

That you had to pay for tea and coffee in the room was my only negative really.

Location is good, near to the railway station. I really loved the room: small, but well-furnitured, with small fridge, table and a huge comfortable bed. And it was really clean. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with everything you want.

The communication of the réceptionist was rude, not only with us, but everybody else too, who dare to arrive earlier than 14.00. It is really unnecessary, because everybody knows check in can happen after 14.00, and wait till then without complains. Another thing which was inconvenient, via App we talked with the Hotel, but the last question, how and in which currency could we pay, we did not got response. It caused many inconvenience not only for us, but to other visitors too. There were conflict on price, currency and payment Method at the reception. This could avoid also.

Housekeeping everyday, comfortable room size, water heater in the shower, hospitable staff, decent breakfast spread, cute window placements (i got a room at the 4th floor so i had the roof window -- which can be opened and closed using a switch.) Near tourist spots, transpo stations, restaurants -- all within walking distance.

Could get a little noisy due to the location. They do provide earplugs though, but i didn't have to use it because i slept okay during my whole stay. Building is also kinda old and some parts could use renovation.

Clean, comfortable, good location - very close to the tram and subway station, stable Wifi, helpful staff at the reception. Good selection for the breakfast.

Safe in the room was closed and we were fighting little bit with the staff to open it, so it could be used. However staff was very supportive. It was little bit noisy in the first evening from the corridor. The door entry card stopped working once and it had to be reset at the reception.

From the first minutes the staff was very kind, polite and helpful. The receptionist tried to find accommodation for us, because we arrived 6am, but even if there was nothing available, he tried. The cleaning ladies, saw us waiting in the corridor before they had finished our room, and even if we told them to take it easy, and that there is no problem, they tried to finish faster so they will release the room. They left us more shampoos:) The breakfast?! Oh the breakfast! I have traveled recently to Canada and USA, the breakfast that EA hotel offered, is not comparable neither to USA nor to Canada. Amazing breakfast, full always, variety huge, great great!!! Never underestimate the smaller hotels! Never!!! You might find a gem

There were a lot of hair in our shower, under the metal thingy. So the water couldn't go away faster. This is something to be taken care of. Other than that ALL amazing!

Absolutely everything. The location a few steps from the cities center - the national museum, and by the metro station, etc Could easily walk to the old town (900 m). Rooms were very clean, breakfast yumm and included all sorts of food (different eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, veggies, sausages, yogurt, pastries,…). The receptionist are there 24/7 to kindly support you with any request. On my next visit in Prague, am for sure staying there again.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Cosy rooms with pleasant oldschool interior. Tasty and healthy breakfast. Great location for touring the city.

If not for the 4 stars proudly hanging over the entrance I would've completely overlooked these things: the bathroom should've been cleaner - there was grime around the sink drain and on the shower doors and the back of the tap was covered in a thick layer of calx. Also the ventilation is very poor - we've had to put extra effort into airing out the smell of the ridiculously chlorinated water after every shower.

This hotel is good. Although the building is old the hotel is nicely renovated. Our room was really spacious and well cleaned. The staff at the reception was exceptionally kind and friendly. Even though we arrived at 11:00 am and check-in was from 3:00 pm he offered us the check-in at that time. Breakfast was exceptional. Lots to choose from and definitely tasty. Great hotel for short trip to Prague whether it is for business or vacation.

Shower in our room was a bit leaky. Bathroom fan was a bit underpowered. Otherwise this hotel is great.

The receptionist allowed me free early check in. Room was clean and nicely equipped.

The older receptionist wasn’t too friendly and tried to shortchange me by decent amount. Once I pointed it out he gave me a calculator and said to count it myself. I’m sure he knew what he was up to. He allowed me early check in but made sure to tell me usually it would be 500ck/$20 extra. But didn’t charge me. Room is nice but the road nearby gets quite noisy.
