The location and hotel room are awesome. Tram nearby so with no time in the city centre or the old part of town. Very clean and friendly people working there!

The airco wasnt working (well). Also no plugs to charge near your bed and you can not control the lighting from bed. Also keep in mind that the breakfast is a little dressed down when your not visiting during peak season. However still good and lots to choose from.

It was absolutely wonderful experience to in Carlton. Prague is a medieval city, full of old-fashioned and romantic stuff. So Carlton is a perfect place to stay if you want to get a deep dive into Prague's atmosphere. Everyday cleaning, amazing king-size bed, a lot of space, bathroom made of marble. Miraculous breakfasts different day by day. Near tramway station from where it's easy to get to ane historical place of the city. Staff is extremely helpful and polite.

I didn't find slippers, what would be perfect to have, but this is the only small minus.

The best point of this hotel is location, since several trams that are dispersed further into the city are passing literally in front of it, something that guarantees accessibility to the whole city. Since Prague has such an eficient integrated transport system, location is indeed a plus, granting accessibility to almost any destination. For those who like to move to the active vibrant life, but don't want to be immersed on it and want to sleep, the Carlton is located in a tranquil neighborhood close to nice restaurants upper hill. I loved as well the solid wood in furniture, the space for clothes and the finished details on the bathroom, plus the bathtub was great!.

For a few days the breakfast is perfect. If you are staying longer, after the third day, the breakfast can be monotonous. The matrix on the bed was a bit soft for my preference, but the bed was perfectly Big!

The location was amazing, just a little bit outside of the heavy tourist areas and a 2 minute walk to a tram stop. The front desk agents were all very friendly and made the check-in process smooth. The breakfast was also really good! My favorite being the scrambled eggs and the fresh fruit. The rooms were very clean and comfortable as well, amazing value for the price.

The walls are a little thin, so you may hear other guests conversations, but this wasn't a major problem for me. And don't forget to bring a washcloth or loofah as one wasn't provided.

Even though the hotel is a little older, it still has a lot of charm. The room was comfortable, spacious and warm (in the middle of winter) and the bathroom was of a decent size and clean. The breakfast options were excellent, with a bevy of savoury and sweet options to choose from in the lovely cellar setting. Very comfortable lounge area to relax in, and the English-speaking staff were pleasant to deal with. The Hotel is between 2 tram stops, and it's only a few stops to get into the Old Town. A good value stay in one of Europe's most beautiful cities.

A small amount of noise from the room next door could be heard in the bathroom, but it didn't affect our sleep.

High ceiling rooms, spacious and clean. Nice restaurant with good breakfast. Top location , many bars , restaurants and shops nearby, yet didn't hear much noise from the street. Good value for money.

Mostly minor things. Furniture tad retro. No electricity sockets either side of the bed. Our room had a tub and the shower was mounted very low for a 2 meters guy, unadjustable. Room doors slammed shut, a noise you don't want to hear after midnight.

Good location near to a tram station, you can get to the center in around 15 min or even less depends on where you are going, clean room, the space was good, pretty much what u see on the pictures, the staff was good in general, some more friendly than others, breakfast could be better, but definitely I would stay here again

The hotel staffs were nice and competent. The hotel is not far from the city center and the central train station is only few tram-stations away. The room was clean and cozy. We were provided with enough towels, toiletries, tea/coffee making stuffs. The room was air conditioned. The included breakfast buffet was really great . We could store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which I found really helpful.

My girlfriend complained about hearing noises from outside at night, especially from the people using the elevator. But I personally didn't have any problems with noises, I slept without waking up a single time. The hotel staffs at the check-out day weren't as friendly and nice as the staff on previous day but they got their job done.

We got the room number 305, which is like a small apartament. Big rooms, very comfy bed and two sets of pillows. We visited the city during winter, each room has it's own radiator and there was no heat issue. Smart TV in the room, a small mini bar. Breakfast was great, a lot of choices. We also asked for an early breakfast due to our flight and the staff was helpful.

Not much to be said here and that's a good thing. Maybe the only thing worth to be mentioned, at least in our room, we didn't had a power outlet around the bed, only if we unplugged the lights but then we would not have light in the bedroom because those were our only light sources.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It had everything needed and was very clean. Breakfast was nice and the location was great. We had to check out early due to flight and we asked if early breakfast is possible so they said they could prepare us sandwiches but we were surprised at how many things they packed us for the road which was surprising and warmed our hearts. I had a birthday one of the days and the hotel staff prepared me a little surprise too which was unexpected and lovely. We would definitely be returning!
