The ladies @ front desk were great. Overall, very nice hotel. Close to train station. Walking distance to all sights.

When checked out about 6 am the gentleman on the desk was RUDE. I asked for a wake up call. Didn’t get wake up call. He told “not working.” There was two other male hotel employees. I aske gentleman on the desk “why didn’t you send someone to my room then?” He replied “don’t do that.” In a very rude way. Then he totally ignored me.

I didn't have the buffet breakfast but I had their equivalent of a full breakfast from the adjoining cafe. It suited my requirements. The Hotel location was superb. It was within walking distance of all the amenities & places you would want to see as a tourist.

Just one thing: the air conditioning unit was above one the beds. I just think the position of this unit could be better situated above the door. We needed the air-con on as it was hot in Prague whilst we were there. As an asthmatic sufferer this affected my breathing, unfortunately. But at least we had air-con, as it was much needed.

Location of the hotel was good and the porter on the door worked hard to help us in every way you could.

Having stayed in 5 star hotels elsewhere, this does not compare. The hotel is nice but tired and when you are expecting and paying for a 5 star, this was disappointing.

So close to the station, reachable within 5 minutes walking. Surrounded by nice sites to see. Friendly stuff and so comfy pillows 😁

The prices don’t match the service and it doesn’t seem to be 4 stars hotel. No room service or bars available in the evening.

The moment you enter the staff are so lovely and our room was great super comfy beds and a window you could open to get some fresh air when needed. Breakfast there was a great selection that caters for everyone. Esplanade Hotel is a very short walk from the train station, making the location perfect for not only trains but it is perfectly located for sightseeing along with cafes and shopping. We would definitely recommend staying at Esplanade Hotel if you are visiting Prague We

This is a fine hotel; comfortable and clean and in a very convenient location. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

The walls between rooms were not good at keeping out noise from the adjacent room, where a TV and people speaking could be heard late at night.

If you are looking for clean room with a comfy bed, helpful staff, just walking distance to the main train station and tourist attractions this is the place for you. Buffet breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety of food.

If your body frame is on the larger size, you might find the shower cubicle too small. Didn’t bother us but it’s worth mentioning no tea/coffee facility in this particular room. Room service needs improvement re: how to reset bed linen & how to replenish toilet amenities.

Very nice hotel close to Vaclav square and just short walk to the old town. Easy to get there by car and there are plenty of parking lots nearby (though booking in advance highly recommended). Friendly staff.

Actually stay was seamless so nothing material to complain. What I can say is that the rooms are not perfectly soundproof so you can hear noices from the corridors, pigeons on window-sills and even some from other rooms. But it wasn't very annoying overall.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. I had contacted them through Booking.com on several occasions to confirm travel restrictions due to the Covid situation and each time their reply was quick and informative. The hotel is beautiful. A step back in history with a lovely breakfast under a spectacular chandelier. Some beautiful glassware to purchase from reception and some wonderful pieces of history on display. Location is perfect, a short walk from the main square, which is ideal to if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle. Right opposite the Metro for anyone wishing to get there via that method. The beautiful opera house could be seen from our room.

It was a shame the restaurant and bar weren't open, but we were fully aware of this prior to making the booking. A wonderful addition for a 5 star hotel would be robes, slippers and hot drinks facilities in the room. Perhaps also a wider selection of cereals to accommodate children more.
