Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Prague. Easily walkable to all areas of the city, and right near the train station for day trips. Breakfast buffet was great, with a variety of food on offer. Rooms were spacious and modern, with lots of light and comfortable furniture and bed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Prague in comfort and style.

No airconditioning in our room was the only downside, especially on the hot summer nights.

The staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, 24 hour reception so always someone willing to help with anything, they really went above and beyond. The room was very large and comfortable, with great storage space and facilities including a TV and kitchenette area. Really had everything I needed and then some. The location is really excellent, right across from the main train station and within walking distance to most of the major attractions and tram stops.

As I went there in winter, there seemed to be a little trouble with the heating/air-conditioning, sometimes the room was unbearably hot, sometimes it was very cold. However I didn't bring this up with staff at the time so not sure if it was something they could have fixed. There was also a funny smell in the room that seemed to be caused by the heat, quite musty, but again not a huge deal and probably more weather related.

All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. The location allowed us to see so much of the city on foot. I would highly recommend Miss Sophie's Downtown, especially if you are traveling with kids!

It is hard to say what I didn't like. These are only small things. It would have been nice to have a microwave.

Great location, large room, espresso machine in the room, clean, nice decor, charging ports by bed, good breakfast buffet and all staff where great. you can get drinks cold or hot at reception anytime plus snacks. I would recommend and stay at again. Area felt safe as well.

Daylight comes in around the curtains, hard to maintain a blackout for sleeping in the dark.

Easy access central location near Old Town, right across the street from Metro station. Comfortable and quiet room. Everything was new, and clean. Outstanding breakfast with great array of choices that were diverse from day to day.

The kitchenette could use some more equipment, like a microwave to heat some semi-cooked food, or drinks. Extremely difficult to find a parking space if you have a rental car, fortunately we managed to find one above the metro station.

The service was excellent, the staff were warm and helpful. The room was perfect comfortable well equipped and spacious. The location is absolutely ideal.

I have nothing to say here....all round it was a most enjoyable experience

This is a place to stay in Prague, nice and accommodating Receptionist. The rooms are big and comfortable, we got kids, and they put some free stuff for them too. Highly recommendable, that surely will not be the last time we'll stay there!

The room was spotless clean and I love the design - modern and minimalist. Very specious room and lovely staff. I would definitely come back.

Too close to the main train station and you need to walk a bit on order to get to center old town.

The apartment was very big and clean and comfortable, the stuff was helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location is good. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the old town and there is a tram station around the corner. The hotel is across the the road from the train station and the bus to the airport, so it’s easy to get to. Their is a supermarket at the station as well, so it was helpful for us, as we traveled with children.

In the bathroom the washbasin is really small and there is no place to put the toothbrush and toothpaste near it. But other than that, everything was perfect!

Everything! The room was spacious and really clean. The view from our room on the 6th floor was outstanding. Breakfast had an excellent selection and was replenished immediately when it got low. We will definitely stay there again.

A room key was required to activate the lights, which really wasn't a problem. The problem came when our other key wouldn't work with a key in place to activate the lights. Not even a staff key would work. That could have been a real problem.
