Location and the staff very professional and helpful

It's bit dated now the furniture in the rooms

1) location was good for transport, between 2 metro stations and near trams 2) I was able to check in early 3) everything was very clean when I arrived 4) despite its busy location, the room was extremely quiet, even with the window open (4th floor, away from square) 5) I was able to store my luggage between check-out and my flight, without charge

1) there was no water when I arrived 2) I had to wait a few hours for the water, to clean up after flight and before going out 3) the wi-fi signal was rather weak late at night (half strength) 4) the room was a good size, but the layout was awkward, putting the edge of the bed too close to the fixed furniture (desk, fridge, luggage bench) — see the photo I included

The location is wonderful. Lots of shops and a great view of the Wenceslas square, unfortunately, the square is under construction so you can’t really enjoy it at this time. Bring close to good connections is really valuable though.

The rooms could be better with a remodel, the furniture looks really old and carpet is not dirty but it looks like it due to many years of use. I wish we knew we will be staying right in front a construction zone, it was noisy early in the day.

Location of the Hotel is Perfect. Easy access to the major sightseeing spots in the Old Town. Breakfast was good- the usual varieties were all available. Arrived before the check-in time by one hour; the staff was helpful to allow us early check in. Market, Exchange houses, shopping stores are all reachable within a few minutes walking.

The design inside the rooms may be improved and modernized.

Absolutely everything! Walking distance from train station and Christmas markets in Prague, our main focus in this trip. Breakfast was delicious and rich, you couldn't be more satisfied, as there were options for all tastes and choices. I'll definitely come back in my next trip to Prague!

The breakfast was excellent.

1. The beds were not made properly after the first day. Just spread, crumpled and not neat at all. We have never seen before in any grade of hotel. 2. We have to express disappointment.with booking.com. Five minutes after we booked the room at CHF 150 per night, the price for the same type of room was shown as 121 CHF per night. We felt cheated and will re_consider using booking dot.com in future.

Nice hotel in the heart of the city, stayed for the 3rd time, love the location. Very good breakfast. Great staff, special thanks to David at the reception.

Our room was on the 1st floor with the stone floor and maids were making a lot of noise every morning with their cleaning carriages - dun-dun-dun! Should consider putting rubber protection on the wheels.

Great location, friendly staff, large bathroom and spacious room. Clean bedding and towels. We had a back room, which was quiet, and the air conditioning worked well.

Overall, the room was neat and clean, however, the upholstery on the chairs is in need of some cleaning. The liquid soap dispenser should be replaced - the one over the sink kept falling apart and spilling its contents into the sink.

Very good location in the heart of Prague and very friendly staff at the reception, in the restaurant and in the cleaning areas.

Attention, the hotel charged more than what was confirmed in the booking.com reservation confirmation (in my case 288 EUR instead of 273 EUR). I tried to get this corrected via the hotel and booking.com but both refused, although I had sent the evidences and the obvious difference between confirmation and actually charged. I then gave up because of the amount but will stop using booking.com for a while.

I was particularly impressed with the hotel’s location. It was conveniently situated, making it easy for me to access various places of interest. The room was another highlight of my stay. It was clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. These aspects significantly enhanced my overall experience at the hotel.

I would like the hotel to include breakfast in the price of the room.
