This hotel offers alto for the budget friendly price. It’s in a good location, with east access links to anywhere you need to go. The hotel was always clean and comfortable. I like that on a night time you needed a card to access to the reception so security was great.

I can’t really complain about anything for the price paid.

Location was great for all of the old city, and the rooms were a good value. Front desk staff was very helpful with making extra arrangements for taxis, giving recommendations for restaurants, and directions. Very clean and quiet rooms with air conditioning. Beds were comfortable, and towels a good thickness. Waitstaff at breakfast was very efficient. Breakfast itself was plentiful, varied, and very good.

Our room was a bit older. Shower dripped a bit onto the floor and the carpet was older. Could have used an extra outlet by the bed for my husband's CPAP machine.

Breakfast was wonderful - very fresh and varied buffet with v. good coffee. The room was very nice, too. The bathroom has a Tub that is very tricky to get in and our of if you are a senior. The hotel's location is very good. 1-2 blocks from Republic Sq. Close to the Old Town.

We stayed at the hotel for a good number of days -5-6 nites and a final night on our return at end of trip - I was surprised that we were given a room on this last night that was not of the quality of our previous stay - if anything there should have been some loyalty recognition.

The location is amazing!! A five minute wait from anywhere and if it's still on a quiet street but not dangerous or scary. The room is really good, the bed is comfortable, the water in the bath is hot, there is a kettle and a small fridge and things to make coffee and tea, curtains that do not let in any light, daily room cleaning, the staff of the hotel are charming and kind and help with any problem. Classic European breakfast

The air conditioner is the hotel's central air conditioner. (which are adjusted according to the air temperature outside if it's cold then put it on heat, if it's hot then on cold) In the room there is an option to put on the hotel's automatic mode or different types of ventilation. And a little to soften or increase the virtues.. As someone who suffers from a cold. The shield does not warm me in the bed it was pleasant because the blankets are thick but the room is very cold.

Very nice hotel in the center of the city. Only 10 min. to the old center by foot. Close to many good restaurants and a big shopping mall. Good breakfast included in the prices with an extensive choice of drinks and food. Internet connection was very fast. The room has everything you need for a short stay and is pretty big for a hotel room in a capital city.

Friendliness of staff was a bit disappointing. Staff at the reception never said hello and did not even look up when you walked by. Other staff such as cleaning staff were friendly though. Breakfast room was not very cosy and felt a bit crowded at times.

Every single thing was absolutely brilliant. When we got there we were given a free upgrade, brilliant. The room was exceptional. The bathroom I couldn't get over it, Grohe taps and showers, they aren't cheap at all. The staff were fantastic.

I honestly cannot say anything bad about the place. If I did I would be lying, and that is the truth. If anyone said anything bad about the place they are lying

Excellent location within easy walking distance of all the main locations. Room was basic but clean and comfortable with both a small fridge and a safe. Good selection of hot and cold foods available at breakfast and always will topped up. Also there was happy hour in the bar each day when we returned from sightseeing which was always busy, with a lovely ambience. Thank you also to reception who were able to provide me with a travel converter plug for use during my stay, as well as extra towels for our bathroom. It was most appreciated. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would use it again in the future

Other guests coming down to breakfast in the morning wearing their pyjamas. Not acceptable!!

The property is about 5-10 min from any central place, like the astronomical clock. That is a good thing, unless you like the craziness of the crowd. It is quiet, clean, a larger hotel with all the amenities. We had an apartment , as they call it, AC was working ok, one system in the bedroom and another in the living area. Bathroom was good size, with good hot water and pressure. Breakfast was excellent, hot eggs if you want and all other things that usually you can find on a good breakfast buffet, including 3 machines where you can make your desired type of coffee, espresso or capucino.

The sofa in the living room could have been a little bigger but it was not that bad.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, there are good ways to get to the Old Town and the other parts of Prague. There is also a mall nearby in case you want to do a quick shopping.Also there are many ways of transportation by tram,bus or metro. The staff was very nice and breakfast was good with lot's of variations.

Personally it didn't bother me but it is good to know for future visitors.The hotel is a bit outdated.And for a 4 stars hotel there are some things that are missing like bathrobe,shoes etc.

Great location. Walking distance to attractions and restaurants. 3 minutes walk to 9 floors Palladium shopping centre. 20 min walk to Charles bridge. The castle is about half an hour walk but I recommend you to take the uber as there's a lot of walking and stairs inside the castle complex. Pleasant staff. Bedroom sparkling clean, the kettle looked like never been used before. Comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent quality cotton bedding and fluffy towels. At breakfast I really enjoyed the fresh ground coffee machine. Omelette and fried eggs stand. Home made waffles. I will certainly recommend this hotel to my daughter that is planning to visit Prague.

No sockets close to bed. Such a high standard hotel, maybe they should have a swimming pool?
