Location was great for all of the old city, and the rooms were a good value. Front desk staff was very helpful with making extra arrangements for taxis, giving recommendations for restaurants, and directions. Very clean and quiet rooms with air conditioning. Beds were comfortable, and towels a good thickness. Waitstaff at breakfast was very efficient. Breakfast itself was plentiful, varied, and very good.

Our room was a bit older. Shower dripped a bit onto the floor and the carpet was older. Could have used an extra outlet by the bed for my husband's CPAP machine.

Every single thing was absolutely brilliant. When we got there we were given a free upgrade, brilliant. The room was exceptional. The bathroom I couldn't get over it, Grohe taps and showers, they aren't cheap at all. The staff were fantastic.

I honestly cannot say anything bad about the place. If I did I would be lying, and that is the truth. If anyone said anything bad about the place they are lying

The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the old town and around 20 minutes from the new town. Staff were so helpful, they couldn't do enough no matter what we asked for. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed. Breakfast was a good selection, both continental and hot

My only complaint is having to pay for what we thought was complementary water. If you don't want to pay don't drink it

Breakfast had a great selection to choose from. Rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and good bar serving cocktails at a good price. Hotel is a great location for walking to the Old Town Square and walking distance to lots of attractions. Would definitely go back to the same hotel.

Liked it all, no complaints.

-Breakfast here is magnificent, diverse, and delicious. -Our room was spacious and clean. We had a very good night's sleep as the beds are very comfortable and the room is very good soundproofed. -The location is also a plus as it is very close to Florenc bus station and also very close to the old town square and Charles bridge. overall the experience was very enjoyable and we recommend this hotel.

-The fridge in our room was very weak it barely cools the water bottles. -The kettle is very old and does not switch off automatically after boiling the water so keep an eye on it. -There are no electric plugs near the beds.

Very clean, modern hotel, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb, pretty much everything you'd want, with hot and cold options available, also with the added option of having a freshly cooked omelette made for you by one of thier chefs, which were delicious! The room was spotless, beds comfy , and made up daily. The bathroom was also clean an modern. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from the main square in old town. There's also a big, modern shopping centre, and a supermarket just 5 minutes walk away from the hotel which was handy. I would definitely book here again. So far the best hotel I've stayed in in Prague, and I've visited many times!

There's nothing I didn't like..

Great location and close to old town and main attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Tereze in the restaurant. Fabulous service! Breakfast buffet was wonderful ; lots of variety and plenty of choice. Good quality fresh food. Comfortable large bed. Would certainly recommend as a great place to stay in Prague.

Shower is in the bathtub which is very high. Might be difficult for some as there isn’t a handrail. In my room the bathroom layout was quite strange with toilet directly behind the door.

The location is exceptional, the old town of Prague with its sights is just a short walk away. The staff was very nice and they went out of their way to make our stay great. Very helpful, day and night.

If I have to say something negative, maybe it's the parking. Your car can't be higher than 1,50m. Then again, there's Palladium Parking just a few meters away, so that's not really a problem.

This is superb hotel. Everything was amazing- from the check in experience, the ambience in the lobby, the staff, the rooms, the food- couldnt fault anything at all. We were travelling in a big group and on the first day the hotel was not able to give me a room next to the rest of the group but this was quickly rectified the next day. The facilities were very good, the restaurant was good, breakfast spread was superb and the bar service was good too. A special mention to the restaurant staff- they were really accomodating to any requests we made. This was appreciated a lot as we had babies, fussy children as well as members with different dietary requirements. The location is spot on- walking distance to old town- lots of bars, restaurants, shops and museums nearby. the Hop on Hop off stop is within walking distance too. The jewellery shop within the hotel was quite nice- we bought beaufitul silver and garnet jewellery at a decent price. all in all a very good experience- we will defnitely be returning again!

Amazing choice for breakfast. Not true English bacon but the rest of the choices outweighed that. Lovely cool reception and loved happy hour on the cocktails. The location was excellent. Walking distance to the main town square.

My room was on the street side and with the windows open it was a little noisy. The matress was too bouncy so not the best night sleep. Shower not great either. There was a fire alarm and the staff didn't look like they knew what was happening, not very organised, didnt usher ny guests out and the front doors had been locked. This was not a very good/safe process.
