The staff is professional yet friendly. We appreciated the late check-in/out times, it is great that they have a restaurant, we used it most nights as we would arrive tired and hungry. The room was very clean, comfortable beds and generally quiet. You can reach any location by tram/ bus but it will be quite a journey. Free parking was very useful, supermarkets were close.

A hanger for towels and one for coats would have been useful, the ones you can hang on the door are only 5 euros :) we stayed for 4 nights and the breakfast became unbearable to eat for someone who eats only savory, the meats were of very low quality ( salami, bacon) other than that you would only have cheese, sausage and omelette, every day. More variety is needed for breakfast.The location is somewhat ok, but we couldn't find restaurants close and the journey to any point of interest in Prague will take you at least 40 minutes by public transport.

Nice little hotel in the middle of a housing estate. Good breakfast, with replenished items promptly. Friendly staff, willing to accommodate.

The surroundings aren't very nice, but if you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's not a big deal. I find the price-performance ratio somewhat unbalanced. It is, after all, a 3-star hotel. I have had experiences where, for a similar price, it's possible to get a 4-star room closer to the center of Prague. Smoking guests standing right by the entrance, making it difficult to enter the hotel, is not a pleasant experience either. Perhaps I would consider setting up a smoking area somewhere else.

Very good option for one or two night stay. Means of transportation are very close to the hotel ( in roughly 30 min you will get to the city center). I really appreciated breakfast and great quality-price ratio. The room was cleaned and pretty furnidhed with all basic equipment ( towels, blankets, fon, soap)

TV only with Czech channels and the shower tube cannot be inclinated, but nothing that impacted negatively on my staying.

It's a nice little hotel in a quiet neighborhood, which met my expectations. Breakfast was excellent, as well as the hamburger in the small but cosy backyard. The staff was helpful and polite. Great value for money. I would definitely go there again.

The pillow was a bit old and not so comfortable. It doesn't have aircondition. I was there in September and it was OK, but if you go there in July/August, it might be tricky without aircondition.

Room was comfortable with a balcony. Easier to Check-In. Reception staff understands English language well. Bathroom and water supply everything superb.

It would be great if breakfast items are tagged in and also in English so an International guest can understand better. Cleanliness is ok but not sure when does the room service is on? Timings of Room Service? What is the procedure for towels if required to be changed? Room Service doesn't change itself. Overall it's good but could be better if more welcoming attitude is shown to people who can only speak English.

For breakfast there was enough choice and everything was delicious. the location was ideal for traveling to the center, to the castle, to the Charles Bridge by tram without changing trains. The hotel has an excellent restaurant with a good offer and good food, for solid prices. It's worth it.

We got information on which trams or buses we can use to get to the city and back during the day or at night. However, we did not receive information that tickets are also sold in the hotel.

very clean, good breakfast included, tram and railway station nearby. 30min to Prague downtown. single and 24h ticket can be purchased at the reception. food offered by the restaurant is simple but good.

breakfast is good and offers sufficient choices but could have a little bit of variation day to day. like different kind of ham, cheese, salads, etc. nevertheless it’s good.

Nice staff, great breakfast buffet for families, free parking, and very close to the tram terminal. The rooms are spacious with a private bathroom and the beds are very comfortable. Would repeat for sure. Thanks.

The location is far from the city center, but Prague's public transport system really makes it up.
