Our stay was awesome! I came for my birthday and they even had a birthday detail with me! The blonde girl from reception that helped us (I don’t remember her name) was so sweet and very attentive to us. Also all the workers from the hotel were very nice. They care about every little detail to make your stay perfect. The room was big and with all facilities that you need; mini bar, TV, hairdryer, kettle… Also the buffet breakfast has all types of food and was very nice! The tram is only a 5min walk away and it takes around 20min to the Old Town. It’s a nice hotel and in a very quiet area. If I’m coming to Prague again I will stay here again!

A neat and clean hotel. Very friendly staff, especially the guys at the reception. A plentiful and diverse breakfast with fresh ingredients every day. Secure parking available in the hotel courtyard. The hotel is just a few minutes from the tram station, and you can be in the city center in about 15 minutes. It’s located in a quiet street with little traffic.

Considering the price and the hotel's classification, I have no complaints. If someone expects a super modern hotel, they will have to pay significantly more. For the price of this hotel, you get everything the hotel promises.

Easy access to the centre via tram at Delnicka, then a couple mins walk. Staff were great, new guy was training and took us to our room, very friendly and helpful :) Nick checked us out and was also super friendly. Loved the extra touches (bottle of wine in the room, Prague pass, welcome drinks in the bar and free drinks at the panorama cafe) staff couldn't have been more helpful. We took advantage of the panorama cafe ticket and went there on Saturday afternoon, well worth the view! Staff there were also friendly and my free glass of fizz was delicious:) would stay again! Rooms are big, nice separated bathroom, and comfy beds.

Would highly recommend this hotel , very clean and good food, city centre is only 10 mins away by tram, with the stop 1 min from hotel entrance, staff are very friendly especially libuse and jana who gave great advice on sight seeing

Nothing negative about my stay here

We were delighted with our stay. the staff was nice and helpful. The hotel room was unexpectedly large and bright thanks to two large windows. The breakfasts are excellent, a large selection. We received 2 bottles of wine as a gift. 2 tram stops from the metro. 2 large and 2 small grocery stores nearby. next time we will come here again.

Hotel was pretty nice especially the stuff. We had to leave early they even gave us water, candies for the road for us to be more comfortable. Because we had a baby we couldnt use SPA but just for that they gave us a voucher for next visit and a bottle of Prosecco.

I like it all. Everything was pretty good.

There are many points to praise and I would go from top to bottom: 1. Hotel staff is extremely polite and capable, very Customer service oriented. I would take an advantage here and give all my praises to one of the hotel’s members and her name was Bohdana. She is what one Receptionist should be, and even more. She knew what to say and how to act in guest’s favour and benefit. True heart of this Hotel! 2. If you stay in this hotel you can get some vouchers for discounts, for certain cafes and restaurants, but most importantly for museums or other buildings of cultural importance to the city. 3. Location and comfort.

I had a nice stay at COLORFACTORY SPA Hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a pleasant view. The comfortable bed, fresh scent, and welcome bottle of wine were lovely touches. I also appreciated having a kettle with coffee in the room—it added to the cozy feel. The café had a calm atmosphere with soft music. The wellness area was also a relaxing spot to unwind, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and a peaceful seating area with soothing music. Breakfast had a good selection, including fresh fruits, veggies, bread, eggs, and sausages, and the staff were attentive. Special thanks to Kirill and Elena, who were especially friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is about 25 minutes by tram from the city center, making it a good option for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great value that's close enough to the center to go exploring. I’d happily stay here again!

The staff was great in helping us get into a room that was perfect for working abroad. They made accommodations to make sure we were able to work while on our 3 week stay with them. It is very close to public transportation and has a delicious restaurant in the lobby. Overall the stay was great and the staff really made this stay fantastic.

The fitness center is boiling hot and the equipment is quite dated. would love to have it air conditioned and more running equipment. We had to compromise to make this gym work for us. As avid runners and only one treadmill it definitely limited our options when we overslept and couldn't run outside.

We were welcomed by a very friendly and helpful stuff. They gave us some tips on how to get to the city center and how the public transportation works. The tram station was a few minutes away from hotel, so we had no issue reaching the city center. Parking lot is behind the closed gates, so the car was always safe from any harm. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We had windows towards the parking lot so it was very quiet throughout the night (in general the hotel is in a calm district, so there is no problem with traffic noice at all). The hotel has a nice little wellness (jacuzzi and sauna) which you book at the reception (due to limited number of people at one time at the wellness). The best part of our stay was the breakfast. The food is freshly prepared and there are many different options on what to eat. I can warmy recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Prague
