The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with several grocery shops and restaurants around. It is easily accessible from the old town through tram 22. The room was clean but with a little unpleasant smell. The bed was quite comfortable. They kindly allowed me for an early check-in which was very helpful. Very good value for the money I paid.

The lady in the reception (evening) didn't have a friendly behavior. Quite reluctant to answer any question or to deal with requests. There are a large number of steep steps, if you plan to reach the hotel from tram 22 stop (Drinopol). Quite difficult for elderly people or for those having large luggage. The other option is using bus 191 and getting off at Rozynova stop. It is slightly farther from the hotel (compared with the Drinopol stop) but there is no steps or steep path to the hotel. This option is very good also for those coming from (or going to) the airport, because bus 192 has a direct connection with the airport (no need to change bus/tram or metro).

This is a traditional Czech hotel, with a predominance of dark brown everywhere. There is a three-sided lift to upper floors and to the basement for breakfast, which was self-service and very comprehensive, including hot items. Very frequent trams 22 and 25 stop close by at Drinopol, BUT be prepared for a steep climb of 79 steps up to the hotel, which is in a quiet street, with 24-hour reception. Beer lovers are catered for by the Bernard Pub, just past the city-bound tram stop. The hotel was good value, in a pleasant distract, and the room was serviced daily.

The carpets were in a poor state in places. The TV only had Czech programmes available. You need to be fairly fit to get there from the tram!

The hotel is a little old fashioned but is very good value for money. Breakfast was fine and generous. The night receptionist Masha(?) is both friendly and informative. It is a twenty minute walk into the centre or a tram from the main road that is reached via steps in two minutes. The taxi to the train station arranged by the hotel was prompt, efficient, the driver friendly and interesting, and not expensive.

provided slippers, shampoo, soap, towels, toilet paper, even hair dryer and TV, everything clean, decently quiet, breakfast was included in price and for that it was really good variety in choice of food, matrasse is on a very comfortable tighter side, temperature easily regulated

because of the shower being pretty tight and the knob on the tap sticking out, you have to be careful to not push it the wrong way while you're showering, I imagine larger people might have issues in the shower, but that's the only thing, everything else was great. the travel from the airport is about 40min. and the bus is I think only every 20-30min., but for that distance it was really fair price compared to some other hotels. There could have been an extra fleece blanket for cold sleepers, but I did not needed it. A small extra pillow would have been perfect though. For longer stays I would prefer inside restaurant but there are outside options in close distance from the Hotel which I did not use, since I was staying only one night.

Female receptionist was not helpful at all. She wasn't rude but she just didn't care about anything, wasn't willing to help about reservation, because I had small problem with booking. Even when I needed to pay she didn't liked the fact that I had only euros. All in all she need to be at least a bit polite.

Comfortable a bit old style hotel. Breakfast included, that was above average for this price point of a hotel. Nice and spacy room with a good bathroom. Hotel on a hilltop, with a good view of the city (keep this in mind if you are badly walking, then might not be for you)

Certain things could need refreshment, such as the carpet in the room. Would have been better with work space in the room, instead of a TV standing on the only table.

Everything was fine. Great price for a good room and an average breakfast...

Really nice rooms for such price. Beds are comfortable and the furniture is new. It is located within 20 minutes from the old town, which is not that bad considered this hotel's price.

Access to the hotel is a little bit complicated from the tram stop and requires to pass a lot of stairs (equality of 3-4 floors in a building) - if someone is disabled or elderly, it can be a dealbreaker Probably the worst coffee I've had on the breakfast, however, the rest was cool.

Excellent value for the price paid included breakfast which was varied and good start to the day , would be better with bacon and crispy bread 🍞 rolls etc , easy access to airport and city centre traveling on bus 191 , despite the cold weather room was warm and comfortable and bedding and towels were clean and fresh, hot water for shower at all times , breakfast was plentiful and varied,staff helpful and friendly therefore recommend

Its a typical Basic hotel. Well located, by traim 22 - the stop is 5minutes from the hotel - about 20 minutes to the city centre. But you must climb 79 stairs to reach the hotel, so be fit. The room quite small, there is only a tv, nothing else. Bathroom is good size. The staff is kind, the breakfast is ok, there is warm food also. Its valeue for many.

The room is ascetic, but ok for a short time.
