Clean, comfortable room with nice amenities. The concierge giving a tour of the facilities and a short history of the building was a nice experience. The staff was great. The hotel was peacefully quiet which one could expect from a former 15th century monastary. The location is removed from downtown but a short walk to Prague Castle, Strahov library, and on the tram line to downtown.

The electric lock failed as I was checking out with my bags in the room. I was delayed about 20 minutes getting to my taxi to the airport waiting for the lock to be fixed. It would have been nice to include a buffet breakfast in the price, as comparably rated hotels which charge less include this, maybe with the option to pay separately for scratch cooking. Also would be good to know if you are reserving a room with the view of the city or not. I am not sure if I missed that somewhere but my view was of the street

Beautiful building and rooms, great breakfast if you like to have a real meal in the morning, the view over the city from the lunch room is amazing. The hotel is slightly away from the old, very noisy and touristic city centre, while still in the beautiful part of town and accessible on foot (40 minutes walk from the medieval center, watch out for the slope!), and with the park nearby one could almost feel in the countryside.

This is an ancient building, even though it's beautifully designed, inner walls between my room and the next one were quite thin. The neighbours had powerful voices, liked to watch TV, and weren't very delicate moving in the bed, which had a knock-on effect on my side. Without earplugs it would have been a painful experience, so I'd recommend having a couple of those at hand.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient to restaurants, sightseeing and the tram and metro stations. The breakfasts was plentiful and delicious. We would definitely stay there again, as it was so convenient, and a great value.

I would have liked there to be a full-service restaurant in the hotel, instead of one just serving breakfast, but this was a minor issue as there were so many restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance.

Spectacularly located a few steps away from the Castle, it offers an amazing view from the breakfast hall. The room was comfortable, and it’s quite special to sleep in an old monastery in the heart of Prague (the façade of the hotel is just unique!). I have enormously appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff, and the opportunity to check-in earlier than the usually allowed time, as I had arrived with a morning flight

The building was surprisingly historical, we didn't expect to stay in a palace or castle, but that was the general feel of the place. Our room was rather big and spacious, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a couple-day stay. The location was great, just a pleasant walk downhill to the city center (walking back was harder :D ). The staff in the hotel was extremely nice and helpful, very professional, spoke perfect English, and was always ready to assist and accommodate our every need. The breakfast was great and the dining room had the most spectacular view of the city.

Getting to parking was a bit challenging for those not familiar with the city, but staff once again went above and beyond and explained everything in great detail, so it was actually easier than it seemed at first.

The staff are superb, always courteous and helpful they even called us to see if we wanted them to call a taxi or needed help to get back to the airport which was a nice touch. The hotel's interior is stylish with arced ceilings, tiled floors in the hallways and thick walls. The bedroom was really comfortable with complementary water and tea and coffee in the sitting room further down the hall. There is a reasonably priced small bar outside so you can sit and take in the fantastic views. Overall a great place to stay. My best advice is to get the tram back from Prague centre and visit the brewery about 2mins walk. If you want to staying in Prague you will not be disappointed.

This is an excellent hotel overlooking the City. The view is sensational. You can easily walk into Prague or catch the tram that runs very regularly and is about 100m away. The staff were very welcoming and always helpful. The room was very clean and very quiet at night. There is a terrace bar which is open in the day and has great views. Around the hotel are several restaurants and the local shop opens long hours. It is nearby several historic churches, the monastery and Prague Castle. We had a great time there and would highly recommend it.

This is an astonishing place, home to munks in the 1600s. When I arrived, I was a bit overwhelmed, being asked if I wanted a glass of champagne whilst I sat down by the front desk. My room lacked a view, but was luxurious and quirky. The location is much better than I had anticipated; it was nice getting away from the busy streets. The building is beautifully located, with a breathtaking view of the city from the dining room (see "outside" photo), where the fabulous breakfast is served. Though it's 20 euros, I fully recommend adding breakfast - I have never had such a buffet in my life, and eating a lot in the morning saves lunch money anyway. The staff were incredible.

I'd love a view from the room, but the building is simply not built to face the views from the bedrooms.

Questenberg hotel is quite unique. The historical building, which looks like a church from the outside and like a monastery from the inside, has it's charm and is a very pleasant change to the usual accommodation you get. The location is also wonderful - easily accessible by public transport (green metro>>tram) is in the much quieter part of historic Prague behind the Prague Castle. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast, even though not included in the accommodation price, was exceptional. You also get to eat with a great view of the the city.

The room in the first floor we got, was facing the street, which can get noisy because of the cars - even though it is far from the main street, the few passing cars were noisy because of the street paving. Also regarding the room - we chose the Superior option, but when arriving we were disappointed since it looked more like the Standard room. Hard to say which one we got. Upon asking at the reception we were told it is Superior room. Lastly the bath room - better ventilation would be welcome, because you could smell and feel (not only) the moisture from the bathroom after using it for quite some time.

The service was excellent. Kirill at the front desk was very lovely and helpful; he helped us make dinner reservations and got us a taxi to the airport when we checked out. The view from the terrace/breakfast room was also incredible; you got to take in the city's entire skyline. The location is also great for exploring the castle. it's an easy 30 minute walk into the historic city centre, though of course if you're walking back it's all uphill!

The breakfast was delicious, but at 24 euros was overpriced. Similarly, the view from the terrace was spectacular but the beer is some of the most expensive you'll get in Prague!
