The location was perfect for exploring Old Town - we were minutes from the clock tower! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to your needs. When you check in, you are given a map and quick overview of the must-see sites in the area. We carried that map around with us everywhere! The room was the perfect size for our family of four, with two single beds downstairs and the bathroom and a double bed upstairs. You could hear the noise from the street, but in spite of the close proximity to the Old Town action, the hotel is tucked away enough that the noise wasn't bothersome, but rather a reminder that we were staying in a very cool location. It was clean and comfortable, and again, the staff was amazing. They really made us feel welcome and while we didn't have any major needs, we felt like if we had, they would have been accommodated. We can't speak highly enough of the hotel or the staff!

The only thing that would have been better is having a smart TV in the room. We forgot our Fire Stick, and there were only Czech cable channels available. We don't watch much television anyway, but with a 5 year old and a teenager, it is nice to have the option when the littlest has gone to bed and the rest of us aren't quite ready to sleep yet.

The staff was very gracious and helped with planning the places and experience to do during our stay. The lady at the reception is super nice and genuine. The location is excellent and in the heart of the city. The check in was very smooth and super quick! The room was very clean, had an electric kettle and coffee available. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. Definitely give this a visit if you want to stay in the city center!

The AC was a standing AC and the vent was just through an open window so the hot air was not really blowing out of the room. The ventilation could be improved although the cooling still worked and we slept through the night.

Fabulous location! Walking distance to most of the historical sights. An abundance of bars, restaurants and shops within short walking distance. Staff very helpful. Family room would be ideal for two adults and two children due to the two rooms.

The air conditioning comprised of two noisy mobile units. One of the units just recirculated the warm air trapped between the two windows. We opened the windows to cool the rooms. It was very warm in Prague during our visit

Location wonderful, right in the heart of Prague. Room beautiful, plenty of space, great view. Small fridge in room plus kettle with tea and coffee provided (though no milk - no problem, we bought some). Very nice staff, very helpful. Particularly liked the fact we could arrive after reception had closed and were messaged the code to get into the hotel plus code to open security box to obtain room key once inside. Worked perfectly. We had intended to stay with family who were ill so we found last-minute accommodation and could not believe how lucky we were to find this perfect little hotel. Shall recommend it to our friends. Prague is my favourite city.

Nothing. I really didn't dislike anything. We went in March when Prague wasn't busy, but I could imagine that the hotel, though on a small side street, could get loud at night, but I suspect that can happen anywhere in the centre of Prague.

Me and my partner stayed here for 5 days. This hotel is located right in the middle of everything you could want to do while exploring Prague, less than a 10 minute walk to the Old Town square, Charles Bridge, as well as lots of bars and restaurants nearby, etc. This also made it convenient for dropping in and out of the hotel when we needed. The rooms were very nice and clean. We always came back in the evening to fresh towels, tea cups, restocked instant coffee and neat bedding which was more than we could have asked for, the fresh towels alone are much appreciated. On top of that the price was very reasonable, in fact it was one of the cheaper options when we were looking around and we couldn't have been happier.

This is a terrific place to stay within a very short walk of the main sites of the beautiful city of Prague. It's on a quiet, small street, but only seconds from restaurants and bars. What's more important is the excellent service. When I arrived, 'after hours', I had the wrong code to access my room key. But within minutes, via Whatsapp, I had the correct code and was up to my room in no time. It's a great combination of relaxed and accessible, with near instant responses to any concerns via contemporary communication. I think this must also keep the cost down, as this is, by European standards, exceptional value for the location and space you get. I travel for work and I won't be looking anywhere else for a place to stay in Prague.

The hotel is located in the city centre, about a 5-min walk from the main attractions. Lots of restaurants & shops nearby. The receptionists were very kind & helpful and offered to print our boarding pass when we asked for the nearest printing service. We arrived at 12:00 and got an early check in as our room was ready. All documents were already filled in for us when we checked in (police forms etc). On the last day, we kept all our bags at the reception till our afternoon flight. Room is spacious, although a bit dark. Very clean and comfy. Great communication as well.

The location is very good, it's very close to the main square. The staff is very polite and helpful, but they are not in the afternoon there. If you need something (for example we have a problem with our card accessing the room), you must contact them by WhatsApp. The bedroom is not big, but the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is big, clean and modern.

It is located in the heart of Oldtown, go any direction and there is an abundant amount to explore. Rooms were very cute, not like a stuffy traditional hotel. There is not a breakfast provided, but they have coffee and tea to get you going, and there are so many bakeries, cafes, & restaurants to choose from. Front desk staff was very attentive, helpful (taxi service, restaurants) and during off hours there was always someone to help on WhatsApp. There was also a lift for my mom who has some mobility issues.

Super cute, lots of charm, great location! Close to old town square and about 12 -15min walk to Charles Bridge. It’s in old town so built in AC isn’t a thing here, but this property has a portable AC unit in the rooms! It can be quite loud, but worth it in the summer to have a cooler room. Easy check in instructions, staff was accommodating when I got delayed and allowed me to check in without the front desk open. Thank you! *Has elevator for luggage just fyi*
