The size of the room is more than what we need. We traveled with a 2-year-old son but no cot was required because queen size sofa bed in the living room and two single beds in the bedroom were there. High standards of hygiene. Convenient to go downtown. Decent variety and quality of breakfast (when considering the price). Above all, the price is pretty attractive, hence very good cost performance! I consider myself a pretty critical customer but this hotel is one of the very few hotels to recommend!

We were just unlucky that the assigned room does not equip a bathtub. It was a shower. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about.

- Relatively central location, - Easy access by car, - The room is quite clean (contrary to my expectations after reading some reviews here), - Elevator access to the upper floors' - Pleasant mattress (firm enough for a restful sleep), - Comfortable pillow, - The temperature in the room was suitable, - Clean bathroom, - The water pressure in the shower (a particularly important aspect for me) was very good, - The furniture in the room was OK.

- Parking on the street "exists but is completely lacking", you are recommended to go and park at another location a few hundred meters away at another hotel (approx. 5-7 minutes on foot) - Breakfast quite poor and the coffee very bad, - The electronic lock on the room door was destroyed and left like that (ugly appearance when you get to the room), - The staff, although kind, still do not excel in hospitality.

The hotel itself was quite nice. Well-sized rooms, good showers, kettle and tea in the room etc. The neighborhood was quiet, so we could open the window. Reception staff waited for our arrival before closing up, so we had no issues checking in. The hotel location is not super central, but we had an event in walking distance, so it was good for us.

Unfortunately, the bed was creaking. The breakfast was OK, but the coffee was no good. It tasted like instant coffee despite coming from a machine :( Reception is not 24h, although there's a phone number you can call. Only body wash in the shower, no shampoo or balsam.

It is at a very GOOD LOCATION, near to pubic transport stops, pubs, restaurants, and a big shopping mall. It is a really quiet one way street with few cars, you can't hear the tram with closed windows and the district police station is one street away too. The city centre is 15-20 minutes away by tram, I recommend you to buy a public transport multiple day ticket mostly if you are a student. The BREAKFAST is nice, everyone can find something for their taste. The BATHROOM was clean and nice you get a hairdryer too. The STAFF is kind and speaks English well. The BED was very nice. It was very good for the PRICE.

If you book a 2 or 3 bed room you only get an electic water boiler and a small fridge, you only get a KITCHEN if you book a 4 bed room. In one of our rooms (we booked 2) trash bin were missing and the BEDROOM carpet was cleaned but had spots from before.

- we read about this in an earlier review and did not think it was an issue, but weirdly was: It seems they save on toilet paper. The rolls are really small and the paper is so thin you can literally see through. When I asked for a second roll at the reception they seemed surprised by the request. I'd gladly pay 50 Cents more for a room for not having to worry about such a thing...

Nice big room with high ceiling. Enough storage space. Separate toilet. Perfect location. A lot of restaurants, shops, parks were within walking distance of the hotel.

- slippery floor in walk-in shower, quite dangerous - one of the towels had brown spots on it, even if it was clean I think it was inappropriate to offer it - regarding breakfast : pastries were inedible ( according to their consistance - I guess 3 days old ), so only bread and toasts were ok to eat. It was every breakfast issue.

1.the room is clean and there are most basic equipments(hairdryer,fridge, hot water bottles…) 2.the breakfast is kind nice 3.if you take the trum, you just needs to walk around 3-5mints to the hotel 4.the staff are friendly 5.the price is good

1. poor sound insulation,I can hear the people talk clearly next room 2.the space design in the room is not really good,the chair and the desk are too close to the bed and it is easy to hit the corner of the bed,and there is a pillar in the room, sometimes you will bump into it if you don’t pay attention. 3.Between 9:00-9:30 is the rush hour for breakfast,you may have no seat between this time.

We were a group of friends traveling to visit Prague for the Christmas. Since everything was super expensive at that time, I found this place at a comparatively reasonable price and hence didn’t have high expectations due to this being cheaper. Honesty I must say this place exceeded our expectations. The place is at great location - 2 minutes walk from train station and 15-20 minutes easy walk to the center. The guy at the reception was super sweet and friendly. The rooms were super clean and the room service was amazing. We were also greeted with a complimentary wine. And the breakfast was on point. All in all we could recommend this place without a doubt to anyone visiting Prague - it’s the best value for money.

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

The room was spacious and comfortable. From the hotel, you could easily take a number of tram lines that went to different sections of Prague. That was a definite plus. And the breakfast was really nice, you get both hot and cold options :) I felt it was really worth the value. Will be staying again whenever we come back to Prague.

The only issue was the check-in. We wanted an early check-in and the hotel responded saying they would be happy to accommodate if the room becomes available early. However, we went at the time of regular check-in time; i.e. 2.pm, but had to wait another 35 minutes or so for the room to become ready. The front-desk staff was very apologetic and we understood that such things can happen depending on the state previous guests left the room in; nevertheless, it was not ideal since we had a three-year-old tired child. But, it seemed like a rare occurrence. On a side note, Netflix doesn't work. Wouldn't really matter if you are in the city to sight-see :)

Kings residence is in a fantastic location. A quiet neighborhood with a good selection of cafes and bars and 30 seconds from the tram stop for quick transport to city centre/airport. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

Key card system is poor. We had 8 people staying in 4 rooms and every room had a problem at least once with key cards not working. As reception is not manned 24 hours a day, this was quite concerning. Additionally rooms are not serviced daily, so we needed to request additional toilet rolls as there were no spare in the toilets. The Aircon in some rooms was not particularly effectual.
