This hotel is highly reccommended!! Every service was absolutely perfect. The room was so clean and nice, and it has been cleaned by the staff every day. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable. Furthermore, the breakfast has been placed in a fancy premises, food was delicious, plentiful and there was a huge selection of it. Plus point for the 0-24 reception service, who helped us in everything in such a kind way. All important attractions were within walking distance from the hotel, it was convenient. If I visit Prague again, I will stay in Perla Hotel again!

Hotel in fantastic location, ideally situated for all sightseeing. Excellent value for hotel so central. Room was very good and clean. Beds were very comfy, air conditioning good. Wi-fi excellent in room.. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice - just help yourself! Luggage could be left during day. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Not a negative, but there was only 2 x pods of coffee left in room per stay. Would have liked that each day. Excellent coffee machine though.. (this may be the norm here)..

The location was perfect, walking distance to most tourists places. I really enjoyed the breakfast, different choices every day, great mix of foods. The stuff members where very atemptive.

The blackout curtains of my bedroom didn't fully close so there was always light in the room. The floor of the room didn't look clean at all, there was hair and dust. There was also a used tower in the bathroom under the sink.

I didn’t like the moment with the city tax. I did know that I need to pay it. Usually it is taken while checking in. But not with me, as your guest. I was asked to pay immediately while checking out, as the fact, when I was in a hurry with my suitcase and the taxi, which was already waiting for me outside. I overpaid the taxi driver - waiting minutes increased from 1 minutes to 10 (!) and I was almost late for my flight.

Friendly staff, they understood that our flight was cancelled and we only paid for the nights we actually stayed there. Breakfast was great, the room was cleaned and we only had to walk 5 mins to the city centre.

It would get noisy at night, but this is expected because of the position of the hotel. However, we had no problem sleeping, as we were tired from exploring the city.

Breakfast was delicious and diverse. Eggs, sausage, ham, fruits, pudding, yoghurt, cereal, cake, etc. Room and everything was clean. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is very central and very quite. I didn't hear outside noise or any neighbors. I'll be back. :)

The pillow was a bit old and used.

It was excellent experience for me. I liked that staff was friendly and always ready to help. location of the hotel was great, as all the museums and landmarks were in walking distance. breakfast was also quite delicious.

Everything was great

Staff were lovely and were able to accommodate all requests we had. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was large (two twin beds connected and we each had our own blanket so no battles at night for the sheets) and the giant, fluffy pillows were the best! Air con worked well which was needed as it was very hot during our stay! Breakfast included in the stay was nice and the food was always replenished quickly. The location is amazing, right in Old Town, we walked everywhere and there are metro and tram stations very close. Was not bothered by any noise at night.

Bed was a bit hard, safe is smaller than standard but we were still able to put what we needed in it.

Location location location - we walked practically everywhere even to the Prague Castle. We got to meet the owner and he is very friendly and nice. All the staff are great and friendly.
