Everything!!! Location, location, location (like a real estate ad)!! Just steps from the world famous Charles Bridge and the Astronomical Clock at the old town square!!! Book a room with the breakfast option and you won’t regret it!! It’s not your typical run of the mill “buffet” hotel breakfast; you get to choose from a wide array of brunch entrees and coffee/ alcoholic beverages. And it comes with your room reservation!! Can’t beat that!! Both hotel and restaurant staff were great!! Everyone was nice but special shout out to Anastacia from reception and Mikayla (sorry if I misspelled your name!) at the Venue restaurant!! Top notch service! And the rest of the team too that I didn’t get the names of. Would love to come back!! And hopefully soon!!

Maybe just the staircase. As someone who has huge feet, it was hard to access the steps because they are too narrow. And it’s a spiral staircase with no elevator. So just be mindful of that.

I honesty can’t describe how satisfied I am with choosing this hotel. Staff is so kind and helpful, rooms are renovated, modern and cozy and hotel is situated in best location. Walking distance from hotel is around 13 min to Charles Bridge, 10 min to Old Town Square and 2 min to Wenceslao square….And the most important part of the stay -breakfast are to die for! I have eaten in many different places before but I can’t even compare it to this place…and they serve it until 16:00:) you can choose from many different choices, savory, sweet, vegan, with vegetables/ fruits and all of the dishes are amazing and so unique..My personal favorite was Guinoa bowl and Turkish eggs..definitely do not forget to try homemade limonades!…If I will ever come back to Prague again I will not hesitate a minute in deciding where to stay. The rooms are very nice and cozy. The bathroom was clean and spacius. We appriciated a small refreshment with water, tea, coffee and croissants. The hotel is right in the city centre but on a very calm street. Perfect!

The only disappointment was the communication with the hotel. When you are making the booking, there is no information about when they serve breakfast. Once we booked the hotel with breakfast, we received information that they serve it at 8 AM. We needed to leave earlier so I sent a message to the hotel asking if there is an option to get the breakfast a bit earlier. The answer was "Yes, we have options, ask at the bar when you arrive". When we arrived, the reception girl told as there is no other option, sorry. If we had known it before, we would have booked the room without breakfast or booked another hotel with early breakfast.

Clean spacious room with comfy (including quality mattress and pillow). Full amenities (towels, linen, hair dresser etc.) provided with ensuite WC and shower. Vintage style deco married with modern touch! Green policy applied. Within easy walking distance for central and famous sights (easy walking level). Provision of excursions and a variety of services, have a look on the brochures! Easy access from the airport, the train station or the national bus service (average walking distance and use of public transportation available depending on the arrival site). Variety of cafes, mini-shops/food stores and restaurants close by. Try their brunch restaurant, is one of the best in town! Staff is friendly, smiling, helpful and always available when needed. Generally good value for money, a quality choice and in a quiet although central area of the city!

Very good and centra location. Small but cozy single room in an old culturally protected house. (Can only talk about the single room experience but the property of course has larger double rooms). The staff is young and positive, and even bring up a complimentary cake to the room each day. Nice touch with refills of water with real peppermint and lemon slices. Good value for money (for the central location) with the breakfast included.

Let’s be frank here. This is not a 4-star hotel when comparing with European standards for such level. I would classify it more as a bed and breakfast with hotel standard rooms, or a 3-Star because of the limited facilities (no 24h reception, lack of elevator, no breakfast buffet). It is more of a restaurant with a number of rooms attached. That does not mean that it’s not good value for money. It is. The restaurant is popular and the breakfast is well made. The house has a nice atmosphere in the old town, and I believe the larger double rooms are probably really nice. It’s just that people should manage expectations when they see the 4-Star label before booking.

This is a great hotel to be in the heart of old town. Modern, clean & very comfortable! The breakfast is an added bonus as it is in their actual restaurant/cafe which often than not has a line up at the door it is that popular. The food & coffee is exceptional! There was nothing I didn’t like. However, be aware there is no lift and the stairs are very steep especially on the top floor where I was. Whilst it didn’t bother me it may be difficult for some, so be sure to enquire what floor & book lower if that is more suitable. Note, there is a lift for luggage but not to the very top floor.

I arrived early for my stay and asked if I could check in earlier this was no problem, I was shown to my my room (Ruby) by the hotel the very friendly professional receptionist straight away. Any questions I asked regarding facilities in and around the hotel was answered in a very knowledgeable way.

Although breakfast was great and was good value being in with the price of my stay I had to wait quiet a while to be served I expected to be served a little quicker because I was a hotel guest the restaurant part of the hotel was full and people were queuing to get in though so I never made any fuss regarding this.

Good central location in the old city center. Close to tourist, shopping, and dining opportunities. Breakfast was generous and mostly good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fresh cookies in the room with coffee and fresh water daily were nice.

It's an older boutique hotel with 11 rooms. It was probably modernized 15-20 years ago. The rooms are small and there are not enough electrical outlets for many modern travelers. Access to the 2nd and 3rd floors is via a narrow spiral staircase, although there is a small luggage elevator which can handle 2-3 medium suitcases at a time.

It was all perfect. Hotel is beautiful, small but cozy. Room was beautiful. Hotel is located two steps from the center of the old city. A big thank you to the girl at the reception who recommended us a nice restaurant for dinner. We will be back.

We loved our stay at Design Hotel Jewel Prague! The room had everything we needed and more. We loved how they provided a carafe of fresh citrus water everyday and also some pastries. The location fantastic as it was close to everything but still off the busier section. The staff was very accommodating and friendly! We highly recommend this boutique hotel.

There’s a Mexican restaurant across the street that had loud music sometimes and karaoke on one of the nights. And one other thing we wished they didn’t turn off the air conditioner because it did get a little stuffy at times but we didn’t want to open the windows and hear the noise from the Mexican restaurant. Fortunately the music and karaoke died down around midnight.
