Location was great pretty much 10 mins walk from everywhere. Breakfast offering was good. Had a small gym & sauna.

Booked the balcony room but balcony was tiny no chair or tables as the photo - just book cheaper standard room

The Casinos next to it are stripper clubs, you wont hear any noise or see anyhthung wierd but still.

Great location for anything in Prague. A lot of people say about the adult ‘establishments’ nearby, but you don’t actually notice them at all when walking past. The beds are extremely comfortable too in the hotel. We didn’t get breakfast but always seemed busy. Quick check in too which is always appreciated.

Nothing really. Our shower seemed not very powerful, but one of our friends rooms said it was fine. Was still able to shower, so not really worth complaining about.

Everything to be honest- upon reading previous reviews I was worried but to say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. Excellent value for money. Great location next to a small supermarket and very central. Friendly staff with an excellent check in & breakfast was great with lots of options which I didn’t expect! Rooms were modern and clean and beds were super comfortable. Absolutely nothing to fault will 100% be coming back thank you!

The staff at the reception was wonderful, very kind and present 24/7. The hotel upgraded our room given special circumstances, and the room was beautiful (but we managed to glance at the room we would have received normally and that looked pretty as well, exactly like the photos). All the facilities you would expect from a four-star hotel were present. The staff helped us store our bags in the hotel after we checked out. The location was central, 10 mins to the old town, and very close to many types of public transportation. Breakfast was good, a few vegetarian options.

Nothing. Perhaps the bathtub could be cleaner and the water pressure could be better but this is extremely minor compared to the great quality of our stay.

Hot water, big and comfortable bed, very warm in the bathroom, big windows, free coffee and tea at all times, a good variety of choices for the breakfast. The first day we arrived very very early, at 8:00, and the staff was very welcoming and, because our room was already ready, they checked us in from that time.

The heating did not work for my room, but the front desk offered an additional heater, that worked very good.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was gorgeous. It was worth it. The location is super. Very central. A few steps and you are in the middle of the action. All the main touristic places can be accessed by foot. It's a perfect location to visit Prague. We've also enjoyed the Turkish sandwich place at the end of the road. The food was tasty and relatively cheap. It was very nice that we could park in the underground parking. There are not too many places and it's using the first come first served principle. Luckily we've arrived early so we could find a place. But at a later hour is was full. There is place for about 12 sedans and 8 SUVs in the whole parking. I would definitely like to stay here again, next time I'll visit Prague.

The furniture shows signs of wear. Same with the bathtub. There were very few TV channels in English. Many TV channels didn't work at all.

Clean but small room..me and my husband slept in two beds that were next two each other.there was’t double bed so when we changed sides the beds were moving apart.on the site it said that the room has a view of the garden but there was no garden anywhere.we were seeing only a yard.no trees no flowers..there was nothing resembling a garden

Booking at this hotel was one of the best decisions we took for our trip to Prague. The hotel looks nice, the service is extremely kind, friendly and professional. The location is exceptional, very close by foot to almost all points of interest for tourism. The variety of breakfast options is very good as well as the food quality. Last but not least, the rooms are very nice and clean, we missed a shower instead of a bath tub, but that's a personal preference. The small fridge worked flawlessly! really unusual and definitely appreciated!

Cozy hotel in the centre of the city, near to a big street were you can find everything you need

Wifi connection in the room was not really stable, had to do video calls due to work and it was bad. Had to be with camera off. For many people it’s ok for surfing and watching videos but was not really good for me to work.
