We love everything in this beautiful hotel,the position,the room with view to Brighton Beach ⛱️,the ambience and pool.The bar and restaurant Ammos,wow ! The food to die for,fresh,rich Greek and International cuisine. The sea food fantastic and the surroundings superb.The last evening dinner with a friends will be forever in my book ,because of the exellent service ,special a girl with name Rosa. Just the first night of our stay ,I have call in 9.30pm.,after long flights,I don't understand why the receptionist should asking me if I paid the room ,when the booking is through Book.com and is for 2 nights.What was so urgent to disturbing my dream and relaxing time ?Next day the Manager made up and apologies,and we take this apologies with late check out 12pm. But mistake can happen,we understand.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. Initially, we were assigned a room at the back of the property with an uninspiring view of rooftops. After expressing our concerns, the staff graciously upgraded us to a stunning presidential suite, which made a significant difference in our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated, with a fantastic restaurant and bar offering great food and ambiance. The pool area, with its Mediterranean-inspired design, was a highlight of our visit and reminded us of Greece.

The pool area was tranquil and relaxing although later in the day, the atmosphere changed when it became more crowded with people off the street, It would be great if the hotel could ensure that all guests adhere to consistent standards for pool attire to maintain the experience for everyone using the facilities. Not allowing people to swim fully clothed.

I’m only local . And I booked to stay with my partner But she was sick last minute . And I couldn’t cancel for another time . So I stayed alone to make use of my booking . I actually loved it . I forgot how nice the area is . I had a swim . Had dinner on level 3 . Then slept very well . My partner missed out . I said I will take her another time . My mum passed away a few weeks ago . We had an amazing view of the beach and the resort court (pools and outdoor dining area). The location of the hotel was of course excellent, right on the beach, and very close to public transportation. The breakfast was 1st class - everything you could think of was available to eat, and the rooms simply comfortable and clean.

Whilst the hotel did express that it was under construction, it was unfortunate that the bulk of the hammering seemed to take place between 7am and 9am when people are most likely still sleeping. This should ideally be done during the day when patrons are likely to be out of their rooms and not disturbed and woken up by the noise. Also, the toilets do not have locks on them - not very practical for most customers.

Room was fine and so was view even that I was at rear of premise I try to always stay at Brigthon le sands

I was asked to pay a $300 bond on arrival this is new as it was only $100 last time - someone on a budget but wants to stay somewhere good this was a shock and I had to ask the manager to waiver this as I arrived on wednesday and I wasn't paid till friday and I didn't have the extra for the room - this is higher as a bond than most places - just because the hotel is being renovated I felt this was excessive

The staff were very friendly and helpful with our room booking and organising taxis and places to go. The room was clean and well laid out, with a nice view of the bay and the airport runway. The breakfasts were very reasonably priced and plenty of food choices, including fresh fruit.

Strange that the indoor heated pool is not available to under 18's, but this was made clear several times during the booking and checking in process, so it was not a surprise, just an odd choice from management. There was a nice outdoor pool, but of course it was too cold to swim, while the heated pool didn't have anyone using it at any time while we were down thre over the couple of days, but off limits to under 18.

The gym was very well kitted out, the indoor and out door pools were great. Plenty of parking available. The beds were very comfortable. A decent breakfast, (although it should be for $45 plus a 10% sur charge for paying with card)

House keeping was a little unpredictable; their trolley would be outside our room when we went for breakfast, but when we came back in the afternoon it usually still wasn't done. Also, the TV in the room boasted a screen mirroring option but it never worked with either apple or android devices.

I loved the facilities. Overall there was so much to do at the hotel, you didn’t want to leave. The indoor heated pool was my highlight and the sauna. The food and room service was also amazing. It was immaculate, one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at and the staff were all so lovely.

Honestly only a few negatives, firstly there was some construction that woke us up as 8am on the Friday. Secondly, I have a back injury and use a heat pack quite regularly but there was no microwave. This made it hard to bring your own food. We also didn’t have cutlery or a toaster..
