We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff truly stood out—they were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind. Every interaction was warm and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Our room was another highlight. It was huge, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. It really felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the center of everything. It made exploring the city so easy and convenient. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like free hot drinks and free water—small perks that added so much to our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience! We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

It will be nice to have a free parking close to the hotel.

We stayed for 6 nights. The location of the hotel was excellent, convenient for all of the city. Our accommodation was spacious, light and well equipped. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We asked to change rooms as the initial room had a depressing view across a mossy flat roof covered in cigarette butts. The receptionist changed our room immediately. The bed and bed linen were comfortable. The accommodation was clean, and well prepared. The WiFi worked well. We would definitely return

The only slight complaint was that the lift was very slow.

Our apartment was large with a separate living room. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a three-night stay. The apartment had a washing machine / dryer. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Once we signed up to the Ascott Rewards program we had both early check-in and late check-out. We had a place to store our bikes. The complimentary breakfast was great. The most outstanding feature was the location as we were surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and bars. The double-glazed windows ensured the noise stayed on the streets.

Clean,good location,quiet (double windows) even if on busy street,good sized room, free hot drinks,water in the lobby.Vending machine available. Soap,shampoo,body wash available. Good hot shower. Everyone at the reception was nice. The breakfast looked great, but we did not eat at the hotel as we did not take this option.

The door from closet needs to be fixed - hard to have access to the hangers as it was not sliding. I think previous people who stayed in the room forgot a pair of socks in the closet next to the iron table in the closet. Could be good to oil the squicky doors from room and from toilet.It is a minor change, but could help to not disturb your partner when waking up before or during the night to go to the closet in the hallway or when going to the bathroom. Lights on the hallway and in the bathroom are not very strong, hard to do your make up, but manageable. Towel hanger on the door in the bathroom are not practical as the towel is sliding of it. Maybe to change / add more places to hang/let towels to dry. Take these notes as improvements, not as huge issues :)

The location was perfect. We found paid parking a 5 minute walk away and were able to unload bags at hotel door beforehand. The room was very large, the bed was great and the kitchen was perfect for morning coffee and heating up leftovers. There were lots of cooking supploes,but who wants to cook in Lyon? It was handy having a dishwasher. It was like an airbandb with an elevator, a receptionist and a wonderful location. Would recommend absolutely. The desk help were awesome.

There was nothing not to like.

Mostly everything was perfect. This time we used the possibility of cooking our own food everyday, and this was very convenient. The dish washer provided with capsules is a great addition. We had a very nice check-in at the reception desk. The double-glass window was great to isolate from the street noise at night, while the view on the animated little plaza and street below is always warmful (and, for me, full of memories since I grew up about 75 meters from the hotel location :)).

Little things to improve. Kitchen: the knobs for the heating plates are a bit difficult to handle, the numbers around the knobs are mostly erased. Parking: it looks like there is some possibility of using a parking through the hotel but I did not see any offer when booking the room.

Water in shower really hot and with lots of pressure. 8. AC for better heating and cooling. 9. Hotel and apartment are very clean!

The location of the hotel is brilliant in the heart of Lyon and with shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed.

The cleaning stuff was using the same lift and when they were moving between floors we had to sometimes wait a long time for the lift or they would press for the lift and then wouldn’t be able to get on. There was also a very strong smell of vinegar in the lift one day.

The hotel is located within walking distance of many places of interest and there are 2 metro stations within 5 min walk for longer journeys. Restaurants are in abundance at the door step and many of the restaurants serve excellent French cuisine.

Some of the appliances in the room were not working, specifically the microwave that was not working and the hot plate stove that was not hot enough to heat up food.

The location was fantastic right in the center of town. Room was tiny but with everything we needed for our stay. Despite being surrounded by restaurants and bustling night-life the room is very quiet due to the sound-proof windows. Free coffee, tea is offered during our stay. Reception staff were kind and helpful.

On arrival we did not have a twin room as booked however it was solved. As a bonus we were offered breakfast next morning
