This hotel is amazing, the views from the room and service. We enjoyed the food at the hibachi restaurant that was the only good restaurant there in my opinion. The entertainment on the resort was a vibe from the sweet Friday pool party, neon party and after dark club was a vibe.

The buffet food could’ve been better. The food was cold if you didn’t get early and overall need more options like bagels cream cheese turkey bacon and salad bar

This property is lovely. The room was EXQUISITE!. Walk out to a beautiful patio and view of the ocean with a pool right in front of us. The bathroom and shower reminded us of some Asian hotels we have stayed in. The Staff is wonderful and accomodating. The food is above average but the Pastry Chef is amazing. So overall our 5 night stay was relaxing and just what the doctor ordered with a few minor glitches.

We do have some complaints. Primarily when we arrived we had to wait 2.5 hours for our room to be ready and it appeared as if they were not expecting us. There were not bathrobes, and no beach bag.(picky I know but that was part of our package) We were not shown the club aspect (also part of our package) We had to discover that on our own by asking. The internet was terrible. Which made communicating for work problematic. The afternoon music at the party pool was aweful for 2 of the 4 days. They played rap(which we don't have a problem with) but it was the degrading, disrepectful kind that speaks only of sex and women or men.

The resort is nice, not over the top, but nice enough. Our room was the highlight. We upgraded to a swim out ocean front and it was beautiful.

The booze selection wasn't great. Mostly lowerend. The staff could get it for you, but it was at their discretion it seemed. All we wanted was Titos. I ended up getting sick after we returned and I can only assume it was the ice or water from brushing my teeth or the shower.

I loved the selection of Restaurants and Bars 🍻. The rooms were very clean and spacious & comfortable. The staff were excellent and housekeeping was on point... The Night life was awesome. We had a great time.

We had a little bad experience with the check in person Andy. She was very arrogant with us about requests we asked for prior to our trip date. She talked to us very short like we were asking for too much. Then she was supposed to upgrade one of the rooms and never did. How do a family book rooms together at the same time but get placed in different buildings on different sides of the resort......

The property was beautiful and clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Whenever we asked for anything: towels, issues with A/C, etc, was remedied timely and politely. With room service being 24hrs, I liked how there was a little cubby for food and dirty dishes vs putting dirty dishes outside your door in the hall. The shower was amazing. Strong water pressure and definitely plenty of room for two. The bed and pillows were comfortable as well. The drinks were great. Mexican candy and Bob Marley is what I drank my entire stay.

The food. The food was not good. The hibachi spot and the danishes at the 24hr coffee spot was the best on the whole resort. There was another restaurant that turned into a steakhouse at night, I cant remember the name but they were also good. Overall, good food would have made the resort so much better. There weren’t a lot of seafood, vegetarian or vegan options if your diet is in line with that.

The property was beautiful, had beach access, beautiful ocean front views. In the beginning I thought it was going to be a chill older crowd vibe, but when I got to the other pool, I found the party ‼️ Building 5 and 6 is where the party at! Food wasn’t bad at all compare to some of the other resorts I’ve stayed at.

I didn’t like that I would have had to wear dress shoes to the French restaurant and long pants. It’s hot.

The hotel was a lot of fun with pool parties Thursday, Friday and Saturday with dj’s. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Very modern nice hotel and rooms. We had a swim up room with pool and it was very nice.

The food seemed to be very salty in a lot of the restaurants. Not a great location, as the beach was kind of nonexistent and had to get a taxi anywhere.

I like how the staff come to clean everyday. They restock the room refrigerator everyday. I liked the energy pool it was more calm, easy to get drink and more activities on that side. The fire show, neon night, and the club.

The food for room service could be better and given more options. The staff that prepared the food should pay attention to people allergies to avoid severe allergic reaction. We didn’t like the party pool side it was hard to get service we waited patiently and still was ignored at the bar. The barefoot grill treated me so unfair I waited in line patiently, I was skipped over multiple times. I watched to cook give people 6-8 wings per plate when he got to me.He gave me 4 and no fries.

Breathless was beyond our expectations. Literally when booking my bf and I narrowed it down to our favorite 3 resorts and must I say. Cancún owes us nothing :) , we had an amazing stay , and an amazing time. Cleanliness was great, pools, restaurants ect. where clean , staff was very on point and even maintenance fixed out one issue in 10 mins lol . Definitely a recommended resort. You won’t be disappointed.

One thing that ending my stay not on the best note was at check out they almost charged my card for the full amount of the stay saying I didn’t pay it was alarming n embarrassing being that I. Paid n booked this far n advance other than that great stay
