The staff there is wonderful! The place is beautiful. Hot tub, pool, hot breakfast, washer and dryer. Steve at the front desk is so helpful. I look at some of the reviews and they complain about this and they complain about that. I don't understand what the problem is with some people. I even read about a complaint about breakfast. I did not come there to sleep in eggs. I came to sleep and having breakfast is a perk. It's a hotel, not a five-star restaurant! It is surrounded by anything you need. You will not regret staying here. Thank you everyone.

The room was so pretty! I loved everything about this place! Better than many 5 star places I have stayed recently. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was very nice, loved that I could change the temp without changing the flow and the flow was nice too, with options to adjust. It was very clean and had nice toiletries, even a makeup remover packet. The towels were pretty, soft and fluffy, they were displayed/folded beautifully too. Nice blow dryer in a convenient holder by sink vanity, didn't have to unpack mine. There was a lot of varying lighting fixtures sconces, lamps, overhead, that I could control independently, had many with outlets and USB. The coffee from the little coffee set up was excellent I was really impressed with everything, including location, free wifi at an amazing price! I will stay here every time I come to Az!

Little low toilet. That is really the only thing. Maybe an update on the toilet would be nice.

Great location in Scottsdale, a more upscale suburb of Phoenix. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Free parking, breakfast, and wifi were an added plus.

The only unpleasant thing about my stay at Sleep Inn were the pillows. They were too small and too soft. Parts of the pillow felt lumpy and balled up while other parts of the pillow were flat. While uncomfortable, I still eventually got to sleep. Also, while there were several plug outlets, there was only one USB port in the entire room. My wife and I had to share it and alternate whenever we needed to charge all our devices.

The room, hallway and hotel lobby smelled and looked clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good, the waffles were so light and crispy (they would have been amazing with butter and not margarine) and the scrambled eggs were fluffy but not watery. There was also a clean and spacious laundry room. We hope to be able to enjoy all the amenities the hotel has to offer the next time we stay here.

It would have been great if breakfast offered butter instead of just margarine.

Location was perfect for us. Close to our relatives. The complimentary breakfast was a plus! Nice to have a little something instead of having to hurry to go out and get something. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was always pleasant. We will probably stay here whenever we come to visit our relatives in Scottsdale.

Really there was nothing that we didn't like.

I love this place, I stayed here with my husband many times in the past and traveled with my brother this time. I am totally happy here. Its clean, quiet, spacious, nice service, staff is nice, great location and CVS in walking distance for anything you night need late in the evening. The room comes with a microwave and fridge. I cant wait to stay there again soon. Love it here.

I don't have a bad word to say abut the Sleep Inn in Scottsdale. They could improve their breakfast and add a few more items to choose from, but its okay as it is. Everything taste good.

Breakfast, room, comfy beds, properly organize on towels. love vent machines availability, love there was a washer in the facility. Love the ice machine, very helpful.

A lot of noise during the night, I had the ice machine near by and it was laud.

My daughter and I were in town emptying out her storage unit. It was a difficult process but the Sleep Inn allowed us to bring in each container, sort and then either pack, donate or throw out what she no longer needed. They allowed us to dump our garbage and when my daughter learned the staff would accept our donations, it made it easier for her to let go of the things she had bought for her home in AZ. The Sleep Inn was so understanding, supportive and made a difficult situation more acceptable and comfortable for us. We are forever grateful. Especially when we arrived and got to the second floor and the first book on your bookcase we saw, read "Lea lead the way"! That is my daughters name and she sure lead the way and is now back in NY, Leading the way to a beautiful life. Thank you to everyone at the Sleep Inn!!!!

More staff to help maintain hotel.

Decent hotel for a very good price. Hot breakfast choices were pretty good too.

During breakfast hotel staff had to deal with a crisis. Flooding from one of the 2nd floor rooms started pouring out of one of the ceiling lights in the breakfast dining area. Gallons and gallons out of the ceiling! Looks like it has been a repeat problem. This really needs to be fixed immediately.

The room was clean and the hotel room and hallways were not smelly. The facility was maintained well. The location was very convenient. The front desk was friendly. I will return.

The turkey bacon was not good. The kitchen attendant seemed grumpy and hovered over the guests behavior more than making sure there was fresh variety.
