Yes my husband and I Donnie and Janessa Barnes we'd like to say one on the front desk works for the afternoon till 12:00 at night was very good with us was professional quick informs and a pleasure to deal with we stayed actually a total probably 15 days if it would have been cheaper we would have stayed longer

What I didn't like is that you didn't have a weekly rate and the rate would fluctuate up and down throughout the weekdays and the weekends you should have a weekly or monthly rate in that case my husband and I would have stayed

The room was big and spacious. The bed was comfortable.

The dead bolt in my room was not properly attached to the door. They also asked for a $100 security deposit which wasn’t included on the bookings website. I only found out when I got to the location. They said it will be returned to my account in 3-5 business days so I am waiting to see.

Yesterday a staff couldn't find my reservation that I booked on booking.com but he know that I had booked I made reservation so he was so patient he was professional and he see where they put my first name they put my last name for my first name and my first name for my last name so he correct everything and then charge me extra or charged it on my car extra then the night before I am running a room there and the TV didn't work but I didn't make you know a big deal out of it so when I run in the room again you know I told the staff they made sure I had a TV working everything was working everything was clean I enjoyed my stay very peaceful Pleasant I would recommend anyone to make reservations there

After previously living in Fort Lauderdale area for 20 years I was very surprised this hotel was there it is beautiful and very nicely remodeled I would definitely return

It is a beautiful hotel the neighborhood is not so great so they need to step up the security they were vagrants hanging around outside for my entire stay of 2 days

Everything was ok the room was a nice size it was very clean

I didn't like my bed it kept moving the fridge freezer had to much ice in the freezer couldn't put nothing in there and I think the living room should have had a TV you had a pull out bed and no tv

If I had read the reviews I would not have booked this hotel. Suffice to say I was extremely satisfied with my accommodations. There were no bed bugs or roaches.

It was a great everything was nice clean everybody was nice yes there was no people walking around it was really comfortable I loved it which day again and would. Recommend people to stay there..

Everything was perfect there was nothing wrong.

Customer service....... And the cleaning department that takes care of the rooms.... The cleaning service was excellent.

The shower not good pressure..... toilet did flush good at all.....know stoper to take a bath..... elevator don't work always something wrong with it.floor 3 have to up one take stair back to get down or up.

privacy was on point exactly what we both needed. the a/c worked the tv didn't have as much channels or netflix to watch something but other than that it was good

the tv not much options on the tv. which there wasn't much to watch but we had a tv lol there really isn't much to bad thing to say.

The rooms were nice, cool that they have a bar in it, the pool looked clean (didn't get in it though), staff was friendly and helpful. It has accessible computers in the lobby, in case you need to do anything like book reservation.

The only issue was that there was no phone in the room and that you can't pay cash. Which would have been nice in case visitor was on the way, considering guest may not have cell phone at time. The lamp was broke and that's about it. And they vending machines be taxing fyi. And there was a difference in if you get a microwave or not one room i had didn't (city side), but the pool side did.
