It was clean. Beds were comfortable. The lady who service the breakfast area is awesome. She greeted us for breakfast and told us to have a good day before leaving. She made sure everything was clean and restocked. She often asked if we needed anything.

The building is old. There is only one elevator. The tub dripped the whole time and there were scratches in the tub and bathroom sink. The heater and iron in my parent’s room didn’t work, but the heater was repaired and the iron replaced once we reported they were not working.

Staff was super friendly from check-in to check out. Room was very clean (bedding, bathroom, and floors). I also love that they tuck the shower curtain so you know there's no one hiding in the shower(sorry one to many horror movies). Breakfast was hot and fresh still when we went down at 9am. Open from 6am to 10am. They had make your own waffles(strawberry and plain), sausage patties, sausage gravy, biscuits, eggs, oatmeal,cereal, yogurt, bagels, breads, muffins, and maybe a few other things. Pool was open and looked clean but we didn't get in because of time on our part. Check out was at 12pm, later than most places we've stayed without paying extra. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Great value and staff!

Absolutely nothing

Front desk person was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was just enough to get us going in the morning. The location was very convenient.

Although conveniently located just off the interstate, no restaurants nearby that you can walk to. The fixtures and bath components were a bit out of date and could use upgrading. Parking was sufficient, but could use more lighting for security purposes.

was in town for a funeral for my sister who passed from cancer. I loved the hospitality of the staff. At check in, I told them why I was in town. They were VERY welcoming. The continental breakfast was excellent. They continued to clean throughout service and we replacing items with hot fresh items. The reason why I know is because I went downstairs about 4 times and the staff was always cleaning each time…refilling the orange juice and brining out hot fresh items. I loved how everyone was so approachable. They even assisted with the waffle maker! (smiles)

What I didn’t like was the location. There was one entrance and I passed it the first time so I had to go around this winding road. What else I didn’t like was our room key wouldn’t work for the room I reserved. I went back downstairs and got staff, who was happy to assist, but she couldn’t get the room key to work either. So they had to move us to a different room. The problem with moving us came…when I booked online I requested extra towels and washcloths. By them moving us, the room we were moved to didn’t have extras so when I went downstairs to get extra I was told they were completely out due to “a full house”. So a stranger saw my disappointment and heard our conversation and he actually went to his room and gave me extras that he had in his room.

The breakfast was fresh. Tami was amazing. She kept the coffee flowing and all of the tables bused. Having a washer and dryer on site was extremely helpful.

Just a bit more variety in food selections. I know it’s difficult in a situation where you don’t have a full kitchen and cook.

Breakfast was a pastry, juice, and a frozen sausage egg mcmuffin but I did not mind as I planned on eating breakfast elsewhere. The location was convenient. Staff friendly and most importantly the room was clean. No sign of bugs that I seen in other reviews. Also the price fit my budget. I will stay here again

The first morning the front desk receptionist made my 71 yr old mother come down for her breakfast. The morning of checking out my mom was able to grab both of our breakfast

The breakfast was fair at best. The offerings were somewhat limited but considering we are still in a pandemic, I was happy they offered any meal at all.

Like other reviews states the room and an odd smell it was better when I tuned the AC down to a colder setting.
