All of the staff was pleasant, some of the staff was great. Overall cleanliness was good and it was a pretty quiet, relaxing stay. My room was spacious, neat and functional. It had all of the basic hotel necessities. Also, a huge bonus for being pet friendly.

The shampoo and conditioner in the shower aren't personal bottles, they're bottles mounted to the wall, and you don't know who used them last. Also, there was a blood stain I found on the sheet, it was definitely very old and had obviously been washed MULTIPLE times since the exposure, but it was still an ugly sight to see.

I found the decor and color choices to be really pleasant! Breakfast was fine. So grateful to have somewhere I could stay with my dog. The one gentleman working the morning shift was so kind, outgoing, and was truly invested in hospitality; I really appreciated that!

Like most places, it could have used a deeper clean. Also not sure what the trend is with hotels using these small feather pillows on the beds??? I prefer a standard size pillow and not a fan of feathers

The breakfast was fine, the room was comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly although the front desk was very slow on check in. Quiet location. Friendly guests.

We could not find it!!!! The street has no sign. We went around and around. We used car gps, apple and google maps. We could not find it. I can't tell you how long we went around in circles. It looks like you are driving into a shopping lot for a mall or something rather than a road at all. Once you have found it you are fine, but I would not go by myself without a patient navigator.

Staff friendly Joe from breakfast, front desk and cleaners were very accommodating and friendly. Location has several restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance. The cleanliness of the building is amazing they vacuum every day the communal areas and also washed the floors. Staff was willing to clean the room anytime you wish and supplied clean towels daily. They went above and beyond and provided friendly and efficient service

The hotel decor was lovely, breakfast was very good ( the employee even made my waffle for me). Room was pretty clean but needs a little maintenance. Very happy that they accepted dogs. Neighbors were noisy, we could hear their tv and their voices. I would definitely recommend.

Needs some everyday maintenance. Bathroom door was scratched up from a previous guest who apparently locked his/her dog in the bathroom. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

I loved my stay, but the pet fee is more than any other hotel I have stayed at. Most are a $40 maximum. Here for 2 nights I paid $75. Seems like a lot! Wish it was the same as other hotels.

The breakfast staff member was excellent! He made sure that the tables were clean and always kept the breakfast items in stock and made and served waffles and brought them to your table! And I was able to charge my car for free!

The facility was very clean, the room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I liked that the room had a decently sized refrigerator as well as a microwave. Unlike other hotels that I’ve stayed in, I liked that it had a large window that was able to open in order to get some extra ventilation. The front desk staff and housekeeping was also very courteous and friendly. The location was also great, and it had a lot of food choices within the area. Overall it was a great experience, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Clean and spaceous room. Very pet friendly. The breakfast was delicious, a wide offering of everything you think of when thinking of breakfast, and the breakfast assistants were like the staff of a fine restaurant.

Unfortunately the motel is located in an industrial trucking area.
