The room was large, clean, and updated. The beds were comfortable. It had a refrigerator, microwave, and a nice tv. The bathroom had double doors and was large. There is plenty of hot water and towels and a hair dryer. The shuttle service to and from the airport was nice. The lo by was no e with various chairs and sofas and opened to a beautiful courtyard. Breakfast was hot and good; sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, fruit, etc. There was an area to purchase snacks as well, and a large, comfortable computer desk with multiple outlets and soft lighting. I'd stay here again.

When I checked in, the person said they didn't have a room with 2 beds, which is what I reserved, and asked if I'd be okay with a room with 1 bed. After I said no, because I really did need 2 beds, they had a room available with 2 beds. Why lie? The room could have used a little more lighting and a fan.

We waited for the shuttle bus for more than 40 min. This is why the service section is rated at non satisfactory. Everything else was at a good to very good level.

I really enjoyed our stay here. I was nervous because I didn't realize the close proximity to the airport until after we arrived but you don't hear anything from the airport, just the usual noise outside the hallway. They had multiple choices for breakfast and my friend who flew in from out of state loved the texas shaped waffle maker.

The only thing I didn't like was the inability to turn the television down, which understandable though because I'm sure other people may blast the television so I get why you can't but felt slightly bad listening to music videos at six a.m. lol.

Stayed there for an unexpected overnight layover with a friend. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the place was for the price. You can tell it is newly renovated, the room was very spacious and seemed clean overall. I wish they had put in new tubs , that may be the only thing that wasn’t renovated if it was then it doesn’t look new at all but it was still decent. The staff was really friendly and we got our rooms promptly. Location was like 5 min from airport and they provide a shuttle. We did not make it to the breakfast but I would definitely stay here again if needed.

I can't tell you about breakfast since my wife and I needed to leave before it was served, but based on our experience of two different moments staying at the hotel, both rooms were exeptionally nice and comfortable. Room 201 (our first room on April 30) was much nicer than our second room, 144, but it did meet our expectations to rest and then go back to DFW. As promised by the front desk staff, the airport shuttle was there for us to be picked up on time. And the hotel is just 15 minutes aways from our American Airlines terminal. Staying at La Quinta was a great deal.

If I left any negative feedback, I would then be contradicting myself. Based on the two different nights we stayed in La Quinta, there was nothing we can criticized or give feedback on.

La Quinta was close to DFW and the shuttle bus was sooo handy. Sorry to the shuttle driver for not having $US for a tip. You deserved one. Room was huge. It was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The texas size waffles for breakfast were awesome.

At breakfast we were disappointed that all the cutlery and cups were plastic and the plates and bowls were all Styrofoam. In this day and age of trying to be environmentally friendly that demonstrated a lack of responsibility.

The room was very clean and larger than expected. very good vale for money.

The time from the airport to the hotel via shuttle was much longer than expected. more a function of the size of the airport than any issue with the hotel. However, if we had known, our expectations would have been different.

The location was very close to the airport. Staff were very helpful. The recent upgrades and renovations to property allow for a combination of refreshing and contemporary feel. The option to have room service by ordering from nearby restaurants was a nice added convenience.

The elevator was too far from the lobby. I could not figure out how to use the phone in the room to reach the front desk. The rooms are still a bit stark and can use more decorative accents such as sofa pillows, rugs and paintings on the walls.

Very close to Dallas Fort Worth Airport. Uber is about 22usd. There is also a free shuttle. Staff a friendly and helpful. Arrived at 1am in the morning and the hotel staff let me check at 1pm. I got to store my bags at the reception as I had a late night flight. I love you the room had an extra double bed so good for a family trip.

The omelette and sausages at breakfast isn’t nice. I just ate cereal and waffles.

Great customer service upon arrival. The woman at the desk was kind and understanding and the airport shuttle driver was quick and efficient both to and from the airport. The room was nice, beds were clean and comfortable we only stayed 6 hours due to a layover and just wanting a few hours of good sleep but I would definitely book again for a longer stay.

I didn't know about the $50 extra hold but it didnt ruin the experience just something to be mindful of at check in.
