Very clean! Very quiet! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was spacious and very comfortable, including the bed. My favorite employee was the gentleman who fixes breakfast. He was nice and wanted to make sure we were always taken care of.

You only get housekeeping when you ask and then don't expect much. They left us towels, garbage sacks and toilet paper in a bag on our bed. Nice would have been them taking the trash, putting the rolls of paper on the holder, and take the old towels. This property does charge a resort fee on top of taxes. Maybe a little too much product on shower/bathroom floor, making it slick with wet feet. Marketplace was empty until Friday.

It is a very nice hotel. The lobby is beautiful. The staff was absolutely wonderful though. We had a dog with us and maybe that is why we got the room that we did, which had some damage to some of the furniture. The location was great.

While to lobby looked nice there is a thick layer of dust on the top of the lights over the front desk. We had a dog with us and maybe that is why we got a room that had damage to the wood furniture. There was very little water pressure, however, we were on the 8th floor which might account for that. It would be great if the pillows were not so huge. Not really good for my neck but others may like them. Bed was a bit lumpy.

The gentleman at the desk did explain the chef hard an emergency. Sunday, would have been better if we new there was going to be breakfast.

My brothers room, coffee maker was dirty,614. My room missing refrigerator, was not happy, 214. Standing in line to check in I over heard the times for breakfast and the pool hours, but when we were checking in this was not mentioned to us, if I wouldn't have over heard this it would not have been told to us. There was no breakfast Saturday and no explanation, when my husband ask.

Overall clean and tidy

The pool area like the walls could need some TLC I was there last and the jacuzzi didnt work but it did this time. But there was no timer the wires are exposed but covered but still what doesn’t it take to have someone fix all that in a day. Also I hit gym everything work expect the benches 1/3 benches worked and I’m so lucky I picked the one that did or I’d totally complain and have others involved. I also for Got to take pictures but just walk to the gym and see for yourself

Didn’t realize there was breakfast until the second day and didn’t know the hours. Good items…eggs, bacon, sausage etc but not much left by time I got downstairs. Lesson learned, will ask about breakfast when checking in. Staff was amazing. Always friendly and helpful when I needed something. Best part of the stay!!

Furniture in the room could use a little update (bedside tables)

Hotel is in a great position, staff are always friendly and all makes for a good stay.

I have stayed at he hotel many, many times. Weeks at a time. Still I never get any points added to my Sonesta account.

Everything…the location, the price, the staff. When we checked in the computers had just crashed. There was a lineup of about 6 people checking in. The 3 employees working the front desk handled the situation very calmly and remained friendly to all of us. they worked hard to get us checked in as quickly as possible. Also the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Loved the shower.

Location was great for where I needed to be. Staff was friendly.

Fire alarm going off but no one knew why. There was no fire at all. The room was a little too warm for my liking and the air didn't seem to work very well. Glad I brought a fan with me.

This location was just over a mile from Froedtert Hospital and the price was the best of any in the area. The staff was excellent. They asked on my son's progress daily. The parking was close and I felt very safe.

Of course disappointed that there was no breakfast offered due to Covid and the pool was closed for maintenance the last week of my stay, not that I planned on using it....

Breakfast was fine very accommodating. This is my 2nd stay there the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, the shower works. The staff is great very professional.

The jacuzzi and one of the elevators didn't work.
