The property itself is well appointed and interesting because it's a former brewery. There is a connected restaurant with decent food. The room we had was pretty spacious and had a kitchenette.

There is little parking near the building, but there is some if you look. They will tell you at the front desk that there is none, but that is not true. The breakfast was pretty mediocre, which was kind of disappointing because it was part of the reason I chose this place. It should at least be listed as a continental breakfast to give a clue that it's a small self-serve thing. When we arrived, no one came out for the valet, which was a blessing because we found nearby street parking. No one helps with bags or helps you to your room. For the price, I expect slightly more service.

Spacious, comfortable room; good size bathroom, nice shower; historic building, great conversion from brewery to hotel. Cool vibe, decor, and atmosphere. Walkable to restaurants and bars.

Felt the cost was too much; value just wasn’t there; for area felt the valet parking was also too much. Front desk personnel could be friendlier and more welcoming. First impressions are important. Complimentary breakfast fell way below expectations

It was very nice having a bar/restaurant connected to the hotel. Staff were very helpful and although the hotel was booked for the weekend it didn't feel full or overwhelming.

It would have been nice to know about the parking situation. There is no parking for the hotel. The options are valet, parking ramp a block away or 2 hour street parking. The lights were also very dim in the hotel room.

The hotel was beautiful. Very friendly and attentive staff. Love the history of the hotel and the neighborhood around it. Enjoyed the knowledge and love of the Pabst history people in the area had. The resturaunt connected to the hotel, On Tap, has very good food.

The breakfast could have a bigger selection such as eggs and sausage or waffle irons. Our room was on the 4th floor. The was a railing so the vats can be viewed from above. On the other side of the railing it was very dusty. I was surprised because the rest of the hotel was very clean.

Everything was great except....

I forgot an expensive item-Bose ear buds. Took me 2 weeks of sending emails and voice-mail until I finally got to speak to someone. And of course, nothing found. I had asked staff to look under the bed as it fell off my nightstand in the night. I figured they don't clean under there as the pull out sofa was dirty underneath. No one found anything. Well after 2 weeks, no wonder. If they had contacted me back right away, they would have been found

Room was very large! Beds are very soft! Only feather pillows so if you are not a feather pillow fan bring your own! While we were visiting it was a very quiet area! We love walking and we were able to walk to the third ward and to old world third street! Great area! Take the Pabst tour it’s right across the street!

They asked what we didn’t like so here are some minor things. Rooms are dark. Lightning in the rooms could be improved. No fan in the bathroom. Carpet floors seem a little dirty however room was clean.

The bed was so incredibly comfortable, and there was even a little bit of a view! Full kitchen and beautiful bathroom! Everything was stocked as needed and clean.

The room was a little cold so maybe a thermostat but there might have even been one that i didn’t see. Either way the bed and the thick blankets were more than enough to suppliment.

best shower pressure I’ve ever had at a hotel, but we were on first floor. The unique interior is a one of kind atmosphere and location in east walking distance to breweries and event areas such as the Deer District.

the lighting in our room could have been brighter but not a show stopper.

Hotel was beautiful and so much history , unfortunately the parking ruined our trip

Took 45 minutes to get our vehicle from the valet in the morning. We had to change our plans as we got such a late start! They didn’t even offer to refund us the $35 for the parking. Poorly organized valet

The manager at the pub next door was very helpful. Gave great information about the hotel and area around. Totally loved the sidewalk time capsules. I would have your staff (check in person) promote the history and area around. stumbled upon the sidewalk time capsules. We would have never gone to the church(pub) if not for the manager at the restaurant next door. I would recommend your hotel; it was a treat to stay.
