Good location about 5-10 minutes down the main road from the train station. Well-lit room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillow, although the placement in the room means that tall couples >6ft3 might struggle to fully stretch out as your feet will end up touching the wall. Plenty of space for a solo traveller in this room- and I think it would be fine for two people, so long as neither of you wanted to fully unpack as there are only 4 single hangers on 2 hooks, with no drawers or shelves to use. Quiet, apart from the noisy A/C unit which would probably drown out most things anyway! Nice communal sitting area on the ground floor. Luggage storage in the basement- 20dk compared to 70dk at the train station. Good WiFi in the room and communal area.

The self check-in process worked fine but wasn't that quick and I didn't like it being so impersonal even though it no doubt saves time for the reception staff. Bathroom was not perfectly clean but acceptable. As others have mentioned the design is not ideal, with the use of frosted-type glass in a capsule format meaning limited privacy especially as the sliding door didn't fully shut and also with such bright lighting as well! I gave breakfast a miss as it didn't seem worth the hassle, having read the reviews and seen the hotel's usual response about prioritising quality over quantity. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but this wasn't an issue for me.

The room was clean and what I was expecting. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of choice and ideal on the top floor for views and to relax.

I was on my own, but it was a double bed, If I had been shareing, two people getting in and out of the bed would have been interestiing as the bed went from one wall to the next, so only one side was accesible! But that is, I think, a minor issue. Unless you have trouble climbing over someone!

Location is the best, just behind the main railway station and Tivoli. Breakfast is good, not excellent, but with a splendid view on the 10th floor.

With the breakfast room on the 10th floor the lifts are constantly occupied in the morning. Better do some training and take the stairs. I rented a bike, rather expensive, 17€ for one day. The bike was a "grandmother type", not very comfortable for my habits. It had a rear pedal break, a Danish specialty, which foreigners are normally not used to. There was also the compulsory front wheel break, but which did not work. Otherwise, the bike was well maintained. Conclusion: check out your bike before taking it over.

Good value for money compared to some other options. Nice location near the water and easy to get to from the station / airport. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Lovely views from breakfast (go early to avoid the crowds!)

No negatives. The room / facilities were exactly as described and shown on the site so I don’t understand the complaints about the room being small and there not being any tea/coffee making facilities. You knew what you were getting. Also, you’re in a city - there will be some noise - deal with it!

Wakeup Copenhagen - Bernstorffsgade is very well located, close to the main train station (only a 5 minute walk). The staff was very helpful, and eager to recommend nice places to visit while in Copenhagen. Room was clean and well lit. There is also a locker for your baggage. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was the smallest we ever had on our journeys. WiFi was intermittently working on and off, so it was impossible to have online meetings. Unfortunately, our requests for assistance regarding this matter bore no results.

Carpet in room dreadful colour attracted dirt immediately, impossible to try to clean it...completely destroyed the clever use of space Bathroom smell entire time even though cleaning was done it remained

The hotel was very clean and the room was quite comfortable. The main advantage is the location of the hotel. It was like 5 minutes of walking from the Copenhagen main train station from which you can easily travel to the airport. It was also very near to the city centre. I also liked the check-in and check-out. You don’t have to wait at the reception. You can easily do the check-in on your own via one of their PCs at the reception. It was super easy and quick. And for the check-out, you just have to throw your access card to a box located next to the reception and that’s it.

There was only one thing that I didn’t like and that is the AC in the hotel room. It was quite noisy (even when I turned it off). That’s the reason why I put number 8 as my rating of the hotel. But maybe there was an issue only with my room and the others are OK.

The only thing was the room was small but other then that it was perfect but tbh we did not spend much time in the room bec copenhagen is a brilliant city so the room was only to put our head down so all is good ......

The hotel is modern and very clean. The room are very small but well designed and you have all you need. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and that's the most important thing! My room had a big window to the exterior and lots of natural light. A big tv that I never used but it was there. The bathroom was clean and the shower I thought would be too tight as I'm a big guy, but was very comfy as well. Had a hairdryer and soap and gel shower/shampoo. I also thought ot would be noisy but not at all! And the location was good. 400mts feom the train station and Tivoli and not far from the centre.

I think everything was good to be honest.

Great location! Close walk to central train station. The room was very small, but it had everything that I needed. The restaurant were nice too.

The breakfast. I expected a bit more for the price...also, it would b nice if you guys cook the eggs for a minute longer...peeling it's a nightmare..and no, it wasn't a one time thing..it was every day, every egg.. I know silly complaint, but it was very annoying.
