Great location. Love the aim of being environmentally friendly. You get just what you need and no more. Who actually wants their room cleaning every day or uses a new towel each shower?

Other residents as with most other places can be so ignorant to their own impact on others. Babies cry in with no attempt to calm them, and the doors, Jesus why so people bang doors in hotels?!

The room was clean, very close to city center, bus stop and central train station. Staff was helpful, check in was 15.00 pm we arrived there at 11.30 am and they gave us the room.

Very small the room, very small the toilet and the bathroom.

The location was fantastic. You’re only a 7 minute walk to the train station, 3 minute walk to the bus stop and Tivoli Gardens is on your doorstep. Although the accommodation is basic, it’s clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff are very helpful. We were on the 5th floor and it was incredibly quiet with families and couples staying here when we did.

Nothing, we knew it was basic when we booked it and we were happy to use the room to simply sleep in. That said, the rooms are very warm so we slept with the window open.

At the hotel, I was greeted by smiling people at the reception. The room is very comfortable. Everything is there. Warm. The dining room has a good menu. There are vegetables, fruits, and meat. They cleaned the room once every two days, but did not refill the coffee and tea in the room the second time. The only thing I didn't like was that there were paper cups and chopsticks for making drinks in the room. But in general, I understand - if the styling of the hotel is similar to the cabins on the ship, then, accordingly, such glasses are disposable in the room. Even in my room, the internet was bad. But since the hotel is located near the center and everything important - the central station, buses, Tivoli Park... - the minuses are almost not noticeable, because I came to see the city, not to sit in the room on the Internet and drink coffee / tea. That's a 10/10 rating.

The location is great and within walking distance of most attractions, Tivoli park is literally just around the corner. The Central train station is within 5 min walking distance and there are two cafes and two shops across the street. The reception staff is exceptionally friendly yet professional and willing to help with any request. Antoaneta was amazing!

There was no type of temperature control within the room and I guess heating is centrally controlled. Although the room had a balcony I was advised not to use it for smoking as this will impose a fine but it served as an option to chill beverages as there was no fridge available.

I find the Cabinn Hotels very convenient and economical and appreciate their functional design. This location is very near to Tivoli and the main train station. I had a room facing the inner courtyard and it was nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast has a wide variety of cold and hot food to choose from. I found the staff friendly and helpful.

The bathroom in my unit had a rather strange hookup for the water which switched between directing the water to the shower or to the sink. It took me a while to figure that out. I also found that it was hard to shut the water off completely, I mentioned this to the desk clerk who did send somebody up to take a look at it when I was out, but I don't think they were able to solve the problem. The breakfast is generally good, but the coffee is made in a big urn and I did not enjoy it.

Great location and really friendly helpful staff. After check out we left our luggage in a private locker (free area was available and other options for different amounts of time) for only 60 DKK for the full day before our flight in the evening. Less than 10 minutes walk to the train station and trivoli and 20 from the main shops.

I wasn't the biggest fan that the dial to turn on the shower was connected to the sink kept accidentally splashing myself with the shower when trying to wash my hands. The shower being fixed from above with no way to move it was also a little awkward but wasn't terrible I still got the job done.

Great location and ideal for a city break! Short walk to the main train station which allowed you to visit anywhere in the city via train/metro but also walkable to a number of attractions too. Friendly staff upon check in. Compact room but very clean and comfortable and ideal for a weekend visit. Would recommend and stay here again if I came back to Copenhagen!

I found the shower difficult to use and control the temperature etc and when I did work it out the water pressure was incredibly weak. It didn’t really ruin the stay as we were there for a very quick weekend city break but anything longer and this would’ve been a problem I think.

The room was excellent, featuring a comfortable bed and convenient amenities such as a kettle with coffee, sugar, and milk. While the bathroom was compact, it was entirely sufficient. The facilities were outstanding, including the option to store luggage until my evening bus at 8 PM, with both private lockers and communal storage available. The 24-hour reception offered added convenience, providing access to drinks and sandwiches. The spacious lounge area was another highlight, equipped with ample seating, including couches, tables, and chairs, as well as business rooms for work or meetings.

Good location, very kind staff. Walking distance from the main attractions, very close to Tivoli and to the Central Train station. The room was warm at all times, though i didn't see an option to regulate the temperature. But it was cozy warm, not extremely hot, so I didnt mind. Generally cozy and clean but so so tiny.

I guess that's rather a normal experience for the Scandinavian countries but the room was so tiny, and the bathroom was giving the feeling of a train bathroom - size-wise and interior-wise. Though many trains do have a bigger bathroom. The shower doesn't have an adjustable/removable head so taking a shower without getting your hair wet was a challenge. The luggage storage is paid - a machine with individual cells for luggage. It is safer this way but i didn't expect it to be paid.
