We were charged a fine by the Qpark parking garage because we were not psrked in the correct hotel parking spot. We were parked right by the hotel sign, by the entrance to the hotel and there were no signs showing us that we could not park there. We paid our parking charges at reception. It is absolutely disgraceful and for this reason we will not be returning to this hotel! We tried to dispute the claim but the hotel are saying we need to speak with QPark and QPark are saying we need to speak with the hotel. What a joke! It feels like an absolute rip-off and scam.

A very nice, modern and clean hotel. The location is excellent - everything you need is within walking distance. It's a bit more expensive than other hotels in Odense but from our point of view, it was definitely worth it. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but fine for a one night stay.

The biggest minus is the breakfast - it is very unorganized and overcrowded. There were also issues with the AC (it made a lot of noise but didn't cool anything down. Trying to follow the instructions to change the temperature did not work) but luckily it wasn't too hot outside so we could open the window instead. Some smaller nuisances: Poor water pressure in the shower. Strange sink that is unnecessarily huge but at the same time you can't wash your hands without hitting the tap. It is a bit unusual to be forced to pay a deposit when they already have your credit card on file.

The property was new and stylishly furnished. Our room was spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast selection is good.

The hotel must be entered via a parking garage and the instructions are a little confusing . You can’t use GPS. There is also the potential for an immediate parking ticket before you can register your car with hotel. The breakfast hours are strictly enforced. You will be asked to leave the dining room at 10:30 even if you haven’t finished eating.

The breakfast was amazing. Great selection. Quality food and coffee selections. Plenty of seating. It felt spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal. There is a tram stop literally on one side of the hotel. It couldn't be any closer! Also within 1,000 ft of the train station, so it was easy to get to on foot. Also, there was a grocery within 400 ft. and a quick and easy walk to shops and restaurants., and the H.C. Anderson Museum.

We only ate one evening meal at the hotel restaurant. The food was more like a 6 out of 10. But everything else was spot on! I will be traveling back there in October and will book another week at the Odeon!

Hotel ODEON is our favorite spot in Odense. Very good location near to everything, and despite this a very comfortable and quiet room. Nice breakfast buffet.

If we HAVE to find anything, i think a Chair in the room would be nice, and that you had "real" Cornflakes (Kellogg's) at the breakfast buffet and not a knock-off. But as you can see, it is really difficult to find any negatives :).

Breakfast and location as well as the quality of the room was fantastic! Will stay at the hotel again.

I did not like the fact that there was no shower door so water splashes everywhere in the bathroom. Also, the drinking glass never got washed during the 5 day stay although it got dirty on the first day. Also the Fritz Hansen chair was not so comfortable when trying to work for more than 1 hour.

The best location you could choose.. tram right in front of you, main train station 2mimutes walk, market at the corner, plenty room for parking! Excellent breakfast! Tasty restaurant choices..

Rooms quite small, bed and blanket small sized (standard room with Queen bed). The room temperature was cold even after the technician fixed manually our AC but it never raised up to torelant and cosy temperature.

Nice breakfast spread - a wonderful combination of hot foods, proteins, and lighter food, comfortable environment, beautiful decor, friendly staff, and wonderful location - easy to walk to 'downtown' area.

Better wayfinding / signage regarding the underground parking. We arrived and were unsure where to park, proceeded to check-in and almost got a parking ticket within less than 5 minutes. An idea for breakfast - larger variety of fruit (e.g. berries), and veggies (e.g. cucumbers, tomatoes etc) that would be lovely to top up the cheese/bread, yogurt, cereals. (not detrimental! just an idea!)

Great location, a short walk to the H.C. Anderson Museum and many other attractions. Clean, quiet, and comfortable room.

If you go to the breakfast after 8:30, you will likely not find a seat near the buffet. Both days of our stay we had to sit across the hall. Breakfast is decent though. Wifi is a bit weak, we tried to connect to Netflix but it disconnected every 15 minutes.

The staff was very nice and very accommodating, when we asked for extra pilows. the room was comfy and quiet, and breakfast was good, both the quality of the food and the options. the location was great to walk the city.

The only issue is the car park. it is very painful to get to it from the main hotel door, or we give up and go to the street which is not very easy to walk with heavy luggage. The car park is so big, why doesn't the hotel have all the spaces in front of the lifts. Apart from that, everything was great
