The place is beautiful and old-timey. The bed is very soft. The room gives out a very creative vibe. Very pleasant stuff. Good breakfast. Wooden key cards. 500 meters from the city center. A balcony. Beautiful hall. Access to coffee and snacks during the day. The elevator is a highlight of its own :)

The hotel is across from the train station. Very noisy with windows opened. Rooms are carpeted, and you can smell that somebody was smoking there before. It's faint, but it is unfortunately there. Corny jokes with sexual subtext about being mindful of water and electricity consumption around the room are hit or miss. (More miss)

the hotel is situated at 5 minutes from the train station. if you ask for quiet rooms you can have a room which is situated inside the court and then it is really quiet inside. the hotel rooms and water were hot. the breakfast was ok.

I have asked for a double bed but I have received a room with two single twin beds which where close to each other but very uncomfortable. the shower was a traditional Danish one with the same floor as the toilet making it hard for ladies to reach the bathroom sink after using the shower.

They have a "free for you" time between 15.00 and 17.00 where they provide free cakes, pop corn, ice cream etc. in the hotel lobby. That was a very nice touch. You can also make yourself coffee, tee, hot chocolate 24h per day. The breakfast was rich, they also offered pancakes! Excellent location near the train station. Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms.

The rooms are a bit outdated, it's an old hotel. No ventilation in the bathroom.

It was lovely to arrive and be offered complimentary cake/popcorn/pretzel and hot drinks. Really well situated just opposite the train station and walkable to all the attractions. Breakfast offered a really good selection of options. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious for a family room and the bed was increadibly comfortable.

There was nothing to complain about - we liked everything!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which featured a variety of different items. The afternoon coffee and fruit was also a pleasant treat. We could also leave our luggage at the hotel before check in and after check out while we explored Odense.

We only spent a night's stay, and everything was too our liking.

The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The staff were really kind and helpful as they provided us with a conference room for a meeting and had our room ready early, so that was great. Odense is nice in the city centre although there aren't that many restaurants, and it's only about 5 mins walk to the nice parts of town from the hotel.

Although the dining area was very nice, the breakfast was nothing special and some of the food was good, like the pastries, but some wasn't, like the scrambled eggs or the crêpes which were cold and a little flavourless.

Beautiful place and surrounding, right next to the train station. The beds were comfortable and we had a spacious room, good enough for a king or a queen. The restaurant is beautiful and you can get free hot drinks 24/7. We are definitely coming back.

The breakfast was nice but it would have been even nicer to see some greener options such as more vegan and dairy free options. They had oats milk which was greatbut no dairy free spread for the bread. In all fairnes I didn't tell them that I don't eat dairy but all hotels I've been to has at least had dairy free spread and some more choices.

Beautiful hotel😍. Rooms comfy and spotlessly clean. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Always greeted with a smile and nothing too much trouble to accommodate us. Loved the buffet breakfast and afternoon tea /coffee with cake and treats. Coffee/tea, juices avaliable at anytime day or night from the diningroom. Easygoing and relaxed atmosphere at hotel. Ideally located near all the local bars, restaurants and shops.Would highly recommend and will visit again in the future.😊

Absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel

Breakfast very good, but only one coffee machine for all breakfast guests (full house) , so it took some time just to get one cup of coffee

Would be nice with a few hooks in the bathroom, so as to hang up wet towels Would also be nice with shelfes to put your clothes on in the bedroom

There is parking outside the hotel and happily I got some but there is also other paid parking near by. The hotel is classic without being tired. The room was a decent size and the sound insulation passable. The hotel is centrally located so there are plenty of restaurants near by

Bit more fresh fruit and variety with the breakfast.
