Simple room and exactly what you would expect from it, amazing value for money especially if you're not planning to stay in your room for more than sleeping and waking. Comfortable bed and the bathroom was clean, the room cleaning was also consistent. Location is very quiet at all times of the day and night and nearby to essentials such as the bus depot and markets.

Near train station and the city center of this charming town. Cozy room and superb staff. In the main hotel down the street was a great coffee machine.

The kettle to make coffee was downstairs in a kitchen and I couldn’t make it work. I really need coffee first thing in the morning, but the coffee machine in the mother hotel down the street made up for it.

Good location 5 minute walk from train station and the citycenter. Cute small room with everything we needed. Would absolutely come back.

There where birds making noises outside so you could not sleep with the window open. This was not a problem when the window was closed.

I really like that it is located very close to the train station. Plus, the H.C.Andersen's museum was nearby. Very nice staff members. They give a coupon for a drink at nearby pub, but it is open from Mon - Sat until 6.

I didn't like that the room was very cold. I actually got little sore throat, but happily it almost went away by the evening of the same day. Shower doesn't have a hose - very uncomfortable experience.

Quite spacious and very nice location

There was 2 sheets covering the bed. As a result, it was gone away while sleeping and I ending up sleeping on the matress. You could use one big.

We had by far the best hotel experience of our Denmark trip in this hotel. This started with a very friendly welcome by the reception staff, who also took care of our laundry in just a few hours. The breakfast buffet at the Windsor hotel next door was generous and delicious. They also offer disinfectant and gloves for safety. A big, big plus for us was that we could just stop by and get coffee any time of the day for free! The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, our room was clean and big enough. There is also a shared kitchen with a fridge available, which comes in handy if you want to keep your beer or soda cold. The location in walking distance to the railway station was perfect for us and the area in general is really nice. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Odense!

The location was perfect. Really close to the port and center city as well. Walking distance everywhere I needed to go. The room was really clean and had all necessary things. The check in and check out was fast.

The bed was kinda small and so every turn I felt like almost falling and cuz of the thin walls, I could hear other guests coming in late at night making noise. But it wasn't that bad to, just a little uncomfortable.

Nice place to stay in Odense. Hotel is located near the railway station and city center in a quiet area. Room and bathroom were clean and good equipped. Staff of the hotel was very polite and helpful. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel when visiting Odense.

It was difficult to find the room. I assumed the room 11 would be on the first floor and that room 20-something would be above the rooms with room number starting with a 1. Some signs would be nice😊

Excellent location. It was exactly how I thought it'd be.

Perhaps a bit expensive given the facilities. There was no elevator to my room so I had to carry my suitcase. I was also not told where to get the advertised breakfast or free coffee/tea.
