Rudelania was a welcoming face upon arrival. She made checking in very easy. She also was very open to my questions about amenities at the hotel and about traveling around Santo Domingo. Víctor the taxi driver deserves an award for a job well done. He navigated with me through rush hour traffic and helped me get to each of the places I needed. The staff in the restaurant were also welcoming and attentive. The food itself was good and plentiful. Other staff in general greeted politely and helped with things such as towels for the pool. The grounds (inside and out) are well kept.

The only concern was a bathtub with the coating chipping off.

Very helpful and friendly reception! Good breakfast with large choice and also fresh fruits.. very nice pool area with tropical plants, we did not expect this for an airport hotel. Perfect distance to airport. Airport transfer: we booked it before arrival with Sichala taxi, the official taxi company of the airport, and paid only 10 USD.

A bit hard to drive to, but once you figure out the roads it is accessible. Great stop near the airport.

Not the Hotel's fault, but the Santo Domingo expressway is difficult to maneuver getting off or turning around to get to and from Hotel the expressway, airport, etc. Also note the toll booth can be PACKED to the airport if you're leaving around rush hour, so add and extra 30 minutes to get through the toll booths.

the property is near the airport, it was great for what I needed. Staff were friendly, such a rar finding in DR. I would recommend this hotel.

I didn’t liked the smell of the carpet in the hallway.

The service at the recpetion was excelent. I wanted to do laundry and it was handled so professionally, I work on the hotel area and this has never happened to me, it was instant service.

The wi-fi is too slow. Also the service in the restaurant was too slow as well. I had to wait 15 minutes to pay for the meal, the food was good, but the service and attitude can improve.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. This hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport. This is not a bad stay for one night if there is no time to get to Boca Chica or Santo Domingo.

The rooms need updating and maintenance. Bathroom floors and counters in rough shape. This hotel, while convenient to the airport, is in an isolated location, with no safe area to walk outside the grounds and nothing nearby. Any excursion requires a cab ride. A bit overpriced considering these factors.

The proximity to the airport, the breakfast and the cleanliness. Check in was quick, the room was very ample, very good bed.

The wifi can be better but that's my only concern. I don't have any other concern during the stay

I stayed in July 2021 with my parents and we really liked. I did a booking just for my parents and the staff was incredible, and they were super helpful during the staying of my parents. This time they traveled by themselves, and they needed some assistance. They were really pleased with the staff, the bedroom (bed super comfy), and the food was really good. It is really close to the airport and that is priceless.

Near airport. Reception arranged for taxi at 4am. Club sandwich and flan at the restaurant were delicious.

Bathroom hairdryer needs to be replaced. Had to play with the outlet and the screen is not attached.
