The room is really spacious, it's really close to the beach, the hotel's bar/restaurant serves delicious food, the servers are really great, we never had to wait for too long to get served. Also really good price , i was impressed There's a security guard at night, the location is safe

There was a little inconvenience the last night that got me a little worried, but i believe it comes with the location, boca chica was fun but i believe it wont be everybody's cup of tea ,other than that the staff was really nice, I'll definitely be back.

The room was big. The room was clean. The AC worked great. Nice balcony on 4th floor,not crazy about the stairs but the room was quiet for Boca Chica. I did not use the pool but it seemed above average for Boca Chica.

There was no on site parking as stated and requested.Although there was a huge empty gravel covered empty lot attached to the hotel. The bar/ restaurant was nice looking but a little expensive.I had tacos that were not great at all and were served with squeeze bottles of ketchup and mayonase,I thought some salsa Verde or Rojo would have been better.

Provided breakfast was good. Room was good size and layout. Bar downstairs was also nice & staff at bar/restaurant were attentive.

Hotel is relatively new, and still has some work on their infrastructure to be performed. Room closet was nice size, but no clothes hanger (pole) to hang anything. Of my 4 day stay, had to ask at least one time (day) if housekeeper would be coming to room to replace towels, etc., so they might want to tweak that, as it was 4:40 pm & no one had been to service room yet. Not disastrous, but just nice when you don't have to ask.

Great Location! Only a small walk to the beach (5mins) which I like because there are some great little restaurants, gym, and vendors along the way. I suggest staying for 2 weeks or more as you really start to get to know the people in this beach town only 30 minutes from downtown Santo Domingo. Logan, Jessica, Felix, and the cleaning personnel (my second mother’s) were all amazing and really do a good job of helping you feel comfortable and guiding you through the town. Miguel (the owner) is a hands on manager and does everything he can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I highly suggest this hotel, bar and grill for your stay. Great facility! Live music, karaoke, and reggaeton DJ mixes.

Before you think this is a negative, I want to explain that a lot of Dominican food has spices and different types of vegetables/fruits for example plantains, that many North Americans may not be accustomed to, therefore, the food will suit your needs as much of the menu is more Americanized than what I would prefer. So for me, I’d like to see some more authentic food on the menu at the restaurant.

Although this hotel may not be rated a five star, the staff and service is. The front desk staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. If I needed a taxi they arranged it, if I needed directions, they walked outside to show me the direction. The restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.

They do not use washclothes - but they cut a towel to make me some!

I like the building its brandnew. I think the owner is rhe guy in the reception was awesome. And the price was very affordable. Maybe when the contruction is done this place will be a awesome and definetly will comeback and i will 100% recomment it!!!!

The washroom and the floor in the bedroom is kinda dirty. The bedsheets has hair . The guy in the bar is so rude!

Everything. The location away from the beach is perfect and it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are many restaurants, bars and corner shops close by. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

You have to pay $10 extra to get a safe in your room. Other than that minor issue, I liked everything else.

I like the place and the Bar was very excellent, Mileidy from the bar was excellent, i don't have time to go to the pool but it's very enjoyable i think i will be back again because this place is very enjoyable.

i don't know if it all the room but i think my room don't have hot water

Caring for the well-being of customers, employees seek to do the best for the place and work as a team. I'm glad they can grow together. The staff are wonderful and the property is sophisticated.

They have to improve cleaning, change the bed materials that are torn, stained and put complete bath products in the bathroom.
