The front desk staff Claudio and co. all terrific. Jessie in the bar/breakfast is great--service with a smile/always. Everyone in house keeping is great. Sidney makes sure everything is perfect when you start your day--all chairs are aligned perfectly and everything is picked up (PLEASE pick up your bottles/garbage otherwise you're killing fish, polluting water and giving staff extra work). Kitchen is hit/miss depending is you have the lovely lady or the mean witch.... Thank you G.M./multitasker Carmen- if you need anything she'll go out of her way to help. Some reviews said place is loud but coming from a busy city this was one of the quietest places we've been--we did chose to be across from beach with 24hr attendant, rather than on the beach property ( no attendant/party music ). You decide what fits your vacation needs.

Pillows and Quality/variety of food--depending on who is in the kitchen or what mood they're in

The hotel was very close to beach- just had to cross a road and row of house across. The hotel has a cafe at the beach and sitting area there. Staff was not very good with English but they tried to help as much as they can. My mom’s is vegetarian, they didn’t have a lot of veggie options, but they let us heat our food in the kitchen

The rooms are not very fresh. Need sunlight to remove the damn smell that comes in whenever you come from outside, it is not unbearable but it is there. The tap in my bathroom broke at 3am and it woke me up. The hotel fixed it temporarily at night and then next day they fixed the tap. But it was a bit of nuisance

Very cool, basic hotel just 50m from the beach. A small passage just opposite the alley leads to a cozy beach bar serving great food and drinks, as well as breakfast. There are lounge chairs too, and the ocean is right in front of you. On the bar's roof top you can relax while having a massage. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I had an excellent stay at the Green Coast Beach Hotel in Punta Cana.

This is not a huge beach club or resort, it's a cute little hotel with all basic comfort on the backside of a nice and positive vibes little beach bar. The great location and friendly staff are the things I enjoyed the most. It's quiet and still one step from the beach, bars and restaurants Breakfast was also good and they made a vegetarian option as well. They also have a parking lot.

I stayed in the hut on the backside of the hotel, which I enjoyed a lot as it reminded me of the typical coloured houses in DR. It's spacious for one or two people, with TV, airco and all the essential basics. When I arrived the cleaning was not at its best (however the second day it was better done). But the issue was with the bedclothes which were broken and dirty. Also one window has a defect and couldn't be properly closed. You'll need good anti-mosquitoes ! However, overall I enjoyed my stay thanks to the staff and location!

The hotel's beds are so comfortable. Really you sleep very well here. There is always wind (a breeze) in the hotel, I think very good not only to prevent COVID spread (covid is mainly airborne) but also to keep everything fresh and chill, after all it is a tropical climate. Also prevents maybe a bit mosquito's they are blown away as well. It is so close to the beach and sea, there is always wind and it is only maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach. The room really feels tropical and there are fans in every room and the bedroom has a very powerful AC, although I hardly used it, could keep window/door open on the balcony, it was safe. The cook is good! Pizza very good. As most beach bars, try to rip you off, eating in the hotel or drinking something is a wise idea to do. Very close near the hotel is a mini supermarket called Germania (altough I did not see anything connected to Germany there) :) There are beach bars /restaurants and many resorts. I did not do it, but I think the resort directly next to the hotel also accepts the hotel's guests. Note that the hotel is in Bavaro, which is not the city center of Punta Cana. Although I started with a bit of doubt (they wanted to charge 20 dollar for early checkin and there is an additional 18% charge for taxes), I think it was all miscommunication. Booking is just not transparent on the taxes. It is written but you need to dig to read it. And the 20 dollar I think it was just miscommunication. Once you get to know the staff they are very very friendly, just they need to get some confidence in their English speaking capacity (I think they do well). If you are a light sleeper, there is noise pollution around the hotel, of bars and disco until after midnight. But hey you are in a busy and touristic area, so I think it is only positive. They can also arrange a reliable taxi driver. There are some issues with Über in Punta Cana unfortunately.

Although the showerhead is a mercedes, it did not work like a mercedes. Hot water supply was limited and so was the water. Bathroom had a bad odor. (but very clean). Just for people to know, I do not think there is an elevator in the hotel, but they have plenty of rooms on the ground floor.

The short walk to the beach and the Mojito Bar were amazing. We also stayed at a all inclusive and would have rather stayed at the Green coast hotel. there was not as many people, and service was great. Francisco treated the hotel as if he owned it. He is a excellent asset to the hotel. I hope the owners realize his efforts to customer satisfaction and comfort.

Beds could have been more comortable. Having a few fruit options on the menu would have been nice to have. These were the only issues.

The best thing about the place is its beach club. It is right by the water and it has amazing colours and breeze. It has character and it looks like the photos. You cross an alley from the hotel to the beach club. It is an alley end, so the spot is quiet and safe (there is a police post on the same street). Very easy to access if arriving by bus.

The cabin-style rooms are clean but not well-maintained and not necessarily comfortable. There was no wifi in the room. Quality (views and interior) seems to vary a lot depending on in which building the room is located.

Breakfast was fine. Dining room a bit small for number of guests

Strict compliance with checkout time. So much so that housekeeping came to clean room at 1130 already

Simple rooms, not many English speaking workers, all the breakfasts comprised eggs.

Fridge wasn't working but they fixed it after a couple days Don't count on the wifi being reliable - it was in and out for the whole stay. There's a coworking space called Cogarden down the street with reliable wifi ($15/day for a seat in the shared office)
