You guys were not able to accomodate my check in date as requested. There were a hurracane Lee in New England and I called to inform but no response nor my money back. Very disappoitaning on that.

Check in was 9.16.23 but was not able to make it until the next day 09.17.23 - not my fault as there was a hurricane in Boston and flight was cancelled. I have another trip to Punta Cana in November and wish i was going to be here if accomodations and requests were a bit heard on my side.

Beach is great, but rooms are tired and need more love from the property owners, I believe. Food is good, but not great, and justa as with the rooms, it only takes a bit more love into the menu and Buffett options offered.

The bathroom, more specifically the shower, works awful. The plumbing is not in good shape, leaking water everywhere in the bathroom. The water from the shower just spills and splashes out to the rest of the bathroom floor, making it a complete mess after one minute of someone taking a shower.

Impressive Punta Cana is not really a 5 star hotel, but it's a very good Resort considering the value. I would recommend the "Premium" pack, I paid 200 USD for 5 nights (Maybe you can bargain the price a little). The pool and beach areas are amazing, very well maintained and kept clean. it was all very comfortable and relaxing. Towels are clean but old! Please replace them. ROOM: (Premium guests get better located rooms) Once arrived, the main door and the safe were broken. Everything got fixed on day one, but basically we waisted half day . The room is clean, spacious and quiet. Good Mattress but uncomfortable pillows. FOOD/DRINKS: The restaurant reservations can ONLY be made at the "Lobby" located inside the "Diamond Cafè". Don't ask the staff for directions, they're misleading. There is only one operator for all guests, expect to find some queue. - Olive tree (Premium) : 9/10 - Mexican: 5/10 - Japanese: 5/10 - Buffet: 6.5/10 some food lack quality but the variety compensates. -Room service food: 3/10 - avoid!!! -Cocktails are very watery, sometimes they will give you the wrong type of liquor in it. Still worth having them, they make a good Ron y Cola. STAFF: Everybody was very kind all times, just bad at giving directions. At the checkout they'll push you for leaving a review on Booking in front of them, just say no and do it later.

This is a very good hotel for its price. Just keep in mind this is not Four Seasons, but you don’t pay Four Seasons price, do you? We upgraded to premium and it worth it: premium beach, bars and buffet were less crowded and food quality was better, I would say. I read some reviews before our stay and was expecting the worse. However, I did not encounter any of the described difficulties. Check-in and check-out were within 20 mins, no hours of waiting. An A/C in our room worked great, no funny smells. Food was ok and service was also good - drinks were served within 5-10 mins and there is a great food variety in bigger buffet in case you get bored of premium buffet. Beach was cleaned every couple days and overall was pretty clean. Entertainment was superb, you will not be bored if you participate in activities.

Some towels and bathrobes are tired - it definitely should be replaced. The hotel definitely lacks online system for restaurant reservation - we were able to get reservation in 2 restaurants, but it was not easy. Water on the bathroom floor - yes, something is definitely wrong with shower tub construction, but I would not say it was terrible.

The staft was nice it was a lot if people at this hotel. I like it cuz is very nice for family they have a lot of things for kids. Is very clean hotel. I like the food they have good taste also have a lot of different dishes.

The firts night my AC wasn't working and the give me a third floor .I didn't like that they dont have no elevator but they fix the problem and move me to the first floor. They didn't have no ICE cream. I was surprised usually all inclusive have that. Also the pool Bar wasn't working so we have to get out of the poor to get drinks.
