The food, locations, and shows were amazing.

The rooms were very damp and there was mould on the walls. The smell of damp was very strong. The rooms should be better maintained. And when we used the blankets they didn't smell clean.

Enjoyed my time except for the fact that someone, im going to have to assume a cleaning lady stole my credit card (out of room as I never left the resort with it) and spent $50 at a local meat shop and $30 at a gas station

The resort was quite good!! Delicious food and facilities. The lady that clean our room was sooooo nice and kind and every day left us a detail like a flower or some arrangement in our room.

The beds and pillows, definitely need an improvement on this. Bed quite hard and pillows soooo bad

Hotel: Room size was big, hotel design is impressive! Newly refurbished it looks so luxurious and new! Loved every corner and design of it. Food: Excellent! Exceeded my expectation. Many A-la-carte restaurant- tried 4 f them and all super good. Everything else- incredible, drinks- good variety, strong enough!! Staff: Super friendly and helpful! Riu Party: Hotel provided bus taking you to the Riu Party at the hotel next to us- made it super easy and convenient. I was on a solo trip and felt very safe!

Steakhouse A-la-Carte restaurant- could have been better. This was the only restaurant where I didn`t enjoy the food.

great value for price, location is nice, staff is on top of keeping property clean. The rooms are nice - the wall in our room had some mold but we never addressed it with the property so can't speak on how they would've resolved. RUI Bavaro is good location for families - seems like the staff is eager to entertain kids and allow parents to relax. The beach was constantly being cleared of seaweed so that was appreciated. food is somewhat of a variety - wouldn't say excellent but on par with all inclusive foods.

no real complaints, would maybe try an adults only inclusive next time as we do not have kids and prefer a kid free vacation
