The food, locations, and shows were amazing.

The rooms were very damp and there was mould on the walls. The smell of damp was very strong. The rooms should be better maintained. And when we used the blankets they didn't smell clean.

Enjoyed my time except for the fact that someone, im going to have to assume a cleaning lady stole my credit card (out of room as I never left the resort with it) and spent $50 at a local meat shop and $30 at a gas station

The resort was quite good!! Delicious food and facilities. The lady that clean our room was sooooo nice and kind and every day left us a detail like a flower or some arrangement in our room.

The beds and pillows, definitely need an improvement on this. Bed quite hard and pillows soooo bad

On the way you find yourself in a cozy grove of coconut palms, some barely showing their tender leaves from the sand caresses your skin as you admire them, and others rise majestically like guardian giants of a fabulous beach that lures you with the gold of its sand and the turquoise immensity of the sea...The sun plays hide and seek in the leaves of tall palm trees and when it kisses your skin you are ready to dive into the embrace of the sea - you want this moment to last forever....the beach sends you off with a cocoa tan and a flight of seabirds that swim in the sky, leaving a sense of timelessness....

great value for price, location is nice, staff is on top of keeping property clean. The rooms are nice - the wall in our room had some mold but we never addressed it with the property so can't speak on how they would've resolved. RUI Bavaro is good location for families - seems like the staff is eager to entertain kids and allow parents to relax. The beach was constantly being cleared of seaweed so that was appreciated. food is somewhat of a variety - wouldn't say excellent but on par with all inclusive foods.

no real complaints, would maybe try an adults only inclusive next time as we do not have kids and prefer a kid free vacation

The Adult only area and having the option to go to other pools .... the Elite Club Restaurant exclusive .... was beyond words ... the service impeccable... the food incredible and the over all Complex was awesome .... I loved the Buffet any time during my stay .... the only downer was I wanted King bed ... which I requested in the app ... but got 2 Queens ... I loved the large balcony on the 2nd floor and the room and bathroom beete so impressive ... the view from my room was awesome n.... I loved it and I will be back 🥰🥰❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥💕💕💕💜💜💜💜
