I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Le Parc. I arrived around noon. The welcome was very friendly, and I could already access the room. The room was not extremely spacious but really comfortable (with sofa and gigantic television, but no desk); the bed was amazing. I had a rate which included breakfast, and the dishes we ordered (eggs Benedict & French toast) were really good; in addition, there was a buffet which offered a good variety of options. I want to highlight how friendly the service was. Before leaving, i.e., while waiting for the taxi, I was offered a complementary beverage, which I think was a lovely gesture.

There is really nothing to complain about. Only a small comment: there was no hairdryer in the room (or I was too clumsy to find it).

From the moment you arrive, you are looked after exceptionally well. The staff here are just magnificent and will do anything to help you with whatever you need. What a joy! The rooms are spectacular, the views are spectacular, the beds are so wildly comfortable you could sleep for days. Beautiful lighting options as well so you can enjoy a peaceful evening in, chilling out with nice lighting and great food.

The showers! The showers are water saving rain showers that are installed so high it’s impossible as a woman to shower without getting water all over your dry hair. Because the holes in the shower head are so far apart, the water sprays out not down in a direct way, so you end up with water sprinkles sideways - it’s almost impossible to wash off soap lather. Rain showers are bad enough for women (impossible to keep your fresh blow dried hair intact) but these ones are even worse than most because they are so high, and ridiculously impractical. Also, the bottles of product can’t be squeezed so you end up throwing most of it away anyway, because it’s impossible to get the conditioner or body lotion out of them. But the product itself is lovely!

Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Nice neighborhood to be able to walk and close to a park. We felt safe being tourist here. The hotel was very nice and clean.

Street noise outside of the building made it difficult to sleep. We felt the cost of the on site restaurant was more expensive that similar restaurants nearby.

Well decorated and very clean. Shower is really good, in fact it was the best we’ve had in Ecuador. Everyone is very nice at the hotel and always ready to help.

Not a dislike but the hotel was not easy to spot from the road, on our arrival the taxi driver overshot it and had to turn back.

Fantastic location, nice breakfast selection, very friendly and attentive staff. I stayed here for a total of six nights - three nights before and after a trip to the Galápagos - and would happily return in the future.

Mattress and pillows slightly too soft in one room, but not a big problem.

Very lovely boutique hotel! The staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. The beds were soooooooo comfortable, I didnt want to get out of them in the morning :). I really enjoyed my stay.

There is a bar above the hotel, so the room on the 12th (top) floor was quite noisy. I could hear the music from the bar, the movement of chairs, the steps etc. It was quiet after 1 a.m., though :)

This is nice hotel with an amazing staff. They went out of their way to be accommodating to us. The room was nice and a good size with a great bathroom.

It was my fault, but I didn't realize that this hotel isn't close to the historic district. However, the area around the hotel is nice and lively and has a lot of eating options.

is a solo female traveler to Quito from the US who is accustomed to 4-5 star accommodations, I was completely satisfied!! I was unsure initially since I was not familiar with the name, but feel very fortunate I made the choice to stay here for a few nights in Quito.

Location was great, and the facilities at the room were very good as well. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was varied, though not exceptional.

As I was traveling for work, having a gym was an important aspect of my stay. The gym was undergoing a restoration - which would usually be fine, but I wasn't informed when I booked the room.

The staff at the Le Parc Hotel in Quito took amazing care of me when I had a dental issue. They found me a dentist and made my appointment. I was delighted with that. But then they had a someone walk me to the dentist and explain the situation. Then he came back for me a couple hours later and walked me to the pharmacy before bringing me safely back to the hotel. I want to feel this cared for the rest of my life.

I knew in advance there would be construction, I wasn’t expecting my room to be right next to it.
