Absolutely stunning stay at the Wyndham garden. We arrived late but a guard was on hand to help with our luggage and we were checked in immediately. The room was beautiful with all the furnishings expected of a hotel of this quality. The bed was one of the best I have ever slept in, it was so soft! The rain shower was incredible and the tv was great with loads of sports. The breakfast is world class with so many options available, we loved it every morning. Located close to the metro and 2 huge shopping malls in a safe area of the city. You pay for quality with Wyndham and it was a fantastic stay for us.

Building is decades old and therefore limited space to improve. However, good to see installation of new lifts. Corridors dark and unattractive.

Nothing in particular, except rooms looking out on Avda La Republica tend to suffer from outside traffic noise, more noticeable during night time.

This was a wonderful experience. My mom and I traveled from Cotacachi for an overnight medical test at Hospital Axxis. The staff was amazing and attentive. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The taxi service back to the hospital in the morning saved us so much stress. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was exquisite. 10/10 would recommend.

This time booked a room with 2 doubles. Whilst room was fine, the location of the beds against the room windows still allowed outside traffic noise and to an extent a draft. No bedside lights.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were top notch. Will definitely stay here again when we are in Quito. The location was perfect to see most of the Quito area. Rooms were excellent and staff were able to help us many times.

The location is convenient. I liked the view from my room. The rooms were comfortable with good amenities. The breakfast buffet had many excellent choices. I decided last minute to book for another night due to having a late flight out. The staff was extremely efficient in helping me update my reservation.

Elevator was a bit shaky and felt insecure. Also, rooms did not have ventilation and were utterly warm. For a place like Quito we thought it was going to be good (upon arrival), but then we felt it was too warm and without ventilation. The heather/fan provided was helpful on this as it allowed us to ventilate the room with a nice cool breeze while sleeping.

Breakfast was fantastic. English speaking staff was very helpful. Was able to get laundry done in a timely matter. Near a great park. Had our visas for the Galapagos and provided them promptly upon arrival. Helped us with transport.

Noisy traffic. Nothing else.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Garden. It is centrally located, and the room was spacious and furnished in good taste and with ample storage space. The shower is also really nice. We had a warm welcome - and all staff was really friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast: there is a good variety of savoury and sweet options, and eggs / omelettes are made on order.
