Breakfast Staff in breakfast and front desk Rooms

Staff in the beah area so slow and forgot our orders and everything we requested for. They just ignore you and the area it's not busy and they are a big team just lazy and don't want work. They make you feel that you bother them. The beach area very dirty so if you except to go there for a nice swimming beach are you are in the wrong place. The area of the hotel is so busy and crowded by night you cannot be outside for more than 10min.

This is my 2nd stay with them and everything was amazing. Fathi from the meet and greet was always a pleasure to see and very helpful as always. He remembered my daughter and I from the first visit and was very welcoming. Yazeen who greeted us every morning before showing us to our table and the breakfast staff were absolutely amazing, even gave my daughter some colouring books and pencils to distract her while my husband and I finished breakfast. Also a special thank you to Shaimaa in concierge services, who helped us with everything when we needed medical assistance for our daughter, just before our flight. Truly the best hotel to stay at ❤️

Nothing at all

everything was spectacular and special thanks to Ms.Shaima with her surprise gift to my sister for her PhD completion.

only the shower, the hot water stopped running after 2-3 minutes and turned cold suddenly. we’ve stayed in villa 301.

Room service was punctual sometimes 3 times in one day. Thanks for the complimentary sweets on first night. Staff were helpful and professional. Very clean rooms. Great gym and pool. Private and clean beach away from crowds.

The couch bed was not straight and not comfortable for my son. The price was expensive compared to other 5 star options. Room service should be once and at a certain time. I hired room with breakfast but I was charged for my son. This was not written as part of the hire agreement. The checkout was VERY slow due to release of monies on hold from my credit card (never experienced this, take the credit card details on checkin, and on checkout say to the customer that you'll be charging their credit the agreed amount plus any extras and thank them for their stay, (checkout process should be quick).

every person in the hotel will start greeting you , saying good morning , goo evening , hello , how are you today the monument they see you .. the staff will open every door for you . quick check in and check out . very high speed internet . house keeper will arrange the room any time during the day with smiling face the gymnasium is will equipped . the staff their are very friendly . i like so much the corridor connecting the hotel to the beach , bypassing cross the main road in front of the hotel . i spend time in that corridor checking the good paintings .. the fresca restaurant is good . the connection to the mall that got nice see views restaurants and cinemas

the ATM machine in the front desk is slow

At first, I want to thank Noursin and Ahmed Khalid at the restaurant for their always smiling faces and perfect service. They were great. The breakfast was pretty enough, could have had a little more options. Beach was fabulous.

The guy in the spa center should learn how to smile and connect with people. It is not right to be physically very close to the guests. He only should approach when needed, if I remember correct, his name was Ahmed.

The staff from the security guard to the managers are very friendly, trained, customer oriented and very professional. The sea view is on another level! I would definitely suggest the breakfast buffet and the valet parking. Value for the money is well worth it.

The check in process still takes too much. While the suite was extremely clean, yet there were a couple of stains on the couch and the carpet. I also didn’t like the parking garage as it was very tight and narrow. You could easily scratch you car against the sides.

Our amazing seaview king room was large and comfortable, the bathroom especially so. Every little detail was taken care of, and the staff were exceptional in all parts of the hotel. The breakfast & Kala restaurant overlooking the sea was a highlight.

It's a shame the hotel restaurants weren't more popular, but that is probably because we stayed over Christmas Eve, Christmas day and St. Stephens day.
