Extra beach fees

The room was nice and very spacious, we were overlooking the Mediterranean Sea which was great. Also the staff made our stay more pleasant due all of them were very attentive. The highlight was Mr Marcos Gad, he was excellent with us moreover, he understood our defensiveness due to a bad experience in Giza therefore he was patience and didn't push us, we really appreciated.

The building is a bit old, the window in our room does not close properly so we had a constant whistle from the wind throughout our stay.

Location right on the Corniche. Big rooms and cleaned by Haneen. Emad provided us with a good driver to take us around

Breakfast was the same thing everyday. EVERYBODY'S looking for a tip! Can't wait to suck your blood for some money! When we were leaving, it's almost as if they were ready to grab the money out of our hands!

This was an amazing Hotel whereas the location is fantastic, easy to move wherever you need. The room has a nice view directly to the sea. I advise everyone to book there. All the staff were helpful specially Mr. Morcos Gad. Thanks to all.

Very good service, staff and front desk are helpful. Size of the suite was comfortable with good sea view. Near to restaurants and shops.

Breakfast quality need to be better. We stayed for 4 nights but we have breakfast only once!!!!!! Furniture is old and need to be updated.

The location is very good, the beach is across the street. There are a lot of shops and cafes around. It's possible to walk on foot to the Montana Palace. You can enjoy the sea view from the room. The workers were very polite and helpful. The room was cleaned. That's very good that the breakfast is included because people in Egypt have no breakfast, usually cafes are closed in the morning but work from 12 pm till 3 am next day. It's not very quiet but you are in Alexandria. The city doesn't sleep at all. For my 10-year-old son it was amazing from the balcony to count a big quantity of cars down in the street. Of course, the furniture and building isn't the newest, but , comparing with other ones and comparing prices for foreigners, it can be.

If you expect to have a very rich breakfast, you will be disappointed. It isn't very veriable, but it's enough to eat and not to stay hungry. At the beach the entrance cost 50 egp. for the whole day.

Amazing hotel with Amazing staff , starting from the reception guys always smiling , they know very well how to make you happy , many thanks to the bellman’s, also many thanks for amazing housekeeping , and for the best hostess every in restaurant , thanks chefs , highly recommended and of course will back again.

Friendly hospitality specially mr medhat and mr bahaa they upgraded the room from standard into suite. What ever you asked they give it to you immediately. The view is magnificent Room service is great but you must tell reception that your room need room service

A very nice and cozy place for families , if you want a vacation well spent in relaxation , with great value for money, very friendly and helpful staff especially Mr. Morcous the hotel manager and Mr. Emad from reception they really made sure that our stay was well accommodated and made us feel more than welcome with their cheerful hospitality, we will definitely go there again
